Awesome coat .. I loved it , but the first day I wore it one of the buttons pulled off unbuttoning it and I lost it on the ground .. I actually tried just exchanging it for the same coat , but they didn't have my size .. too bad I really liked it

I originally ordered the S size but had to return it and order the XS w/c now fits perfect for a 5'4", refular built guy like me.

I normally wear small im 5'3" 130lbs. ordered a size Small, feels like a Medium. i had to exchange for an XS. fit is great XS with sweater as layer

It's difficult to give a 100% accurate review without the true test..currently abnormally warm Mass. weather for March, most likely will not give me that till next season, but in the short time wearing it, it feels as it will stand up to the harsh elements. I hate wearing jackets, however I anticipate I will wear this often. It is very comfortable with my sweatshirt under it, still have plenty of room to breathe and move around. Love the style of the jacket. The face mask sewn into the jacket is a nice bonus when it is cold. Still trying to get used to the hood, it is very large even without the "fur", the adjustment strings are difficult to tighten.

I work for Alaska Airlines where I had a Anchorage layover today.....tried out my NorthFace jacket for first time at the Iditarod opening ceremonies 2020. I was 14 degrees. The Jacket did well in keeping me warm, but had I spent more time outside, I would have layered clothing to help keep core warm. Overall....great Jacket with style, function,and warmth. Recommend..?? Definatey YES

Mostly commuting in downtown Toronto. The jacket is great and warm in -5 and above I don't really need much of a sweater, -10 and below I need a big sweater with it. When I walk down the street I can feel the wind come through the bent areas of my arms when the down is compressed, this is why I need a big sweater on colder days. Large sizes usually fit me tight (and extra large is too big) so I don't have room for a bigger sweater, this jackets large has a roomy chest and arms to allow for a bigger sweater on the colder days. I don't regret the purchase and would likely buy again.. I wish the hood was detachable though.

Use it for going to class and going out and about. Basically for everyday wear.

Overall this jacket is warm and comfortable. It also hides my growing middle age belly well. My major complaint about this jacket is that the hood is way too big. It would go over my head and cover my eyes. It might help if I zip the zipper all the way up but frankly I rarely zip it all the way up. There's no zipper on the side pockets where you put your hands in. And there's a sleeve covering the pockets so you'd need to kind of dig through before you could put your hands in the pockets. It is not a smooth, one step process. The jacket is a dust magnet. It attracts dust easily.

I have one in brown now I got the black, it's a nice design and warm enough for cold days , but leaves a little to long

Bought this coat as a birthday present for my husband. He loves it. Very warm and comfortable.

For sizing help: I am Male; 5'9; 210lbs. Jacket(size:XL) fits good, but I don't know if I can wear a hoodie underneath. I wish it was a little bigger, but I am afraid of purchasing an XXL and then it's too big.

For cold weather

Jacket is very warm and puffy. Very stylish. Only complaint is it is a little longer than I thought for size small.

I love the coat the only problem and issue I'm having is that the TNF logo on the black matte shine is not stitched in it's a sticker or whatever you call it and I'm worried it will start to peel off debating on exchanging it for the regular TNF black

I'm 5'8 at 155 lbs and have a relatively broad shoulder. This jacket at size small feels still a little big on me. I don't know what XS would be like but I'd settle for this size. This size might give enough room for a hoodie or a sweater.

Great jacket,very nice color and perfect fit. Reasonable price with decent quality. Look forward to putting it on Houstonwhen we travel to new York this winter
