Great jacket - does seem to run a little small - had to get a large after the medium I ordered was too small but great besides that.

Great for every day wear! Perfect for east coast winters.

I love that this coat is warm and waterproof. It has some nice tailoring for shape but I can still layer underneath. The zippers can be difficult, but overall a great coat

I wear this coat every day and live in NYC so I spend a lot of time walking outside in the cold weather. This is so much warmer than other coats I have had that it is no longer torture in the winter months! Love this coat. Fits perfectly.

So comfy and warm. Not too bulky!! I hate wearing coats but in Chicago winters it's a must and I don't mind wearing this one.

I purchased this coat for a cold December football game in the North. It is great for very cold weather conditions. True to size.

I bought this coat to wear in 40 degrees and lower, and in rainy and windy cities. It works perfectly! I am 5'2", 160lbs, and have a true hourglass shape, and for most clothes I need a medium top. A medium jacket was way too small. The large coat looked less bulky, and fit okay, but it would not have been comfortable with a bulky sweater on, so I went with the extra large. All in all, I highly recommend this jacket.

I had a little trouble with the zipper, but this coat is so warm and stylish. I am very happy with it.

I'm husband bought this coat for me as an early Christmas gift, I've been wearing it and I just love it! This is the warmest coat I've ever had and very comfortable, I will definitely purchase again.

Great parka, it is very warm but still manages to not feel very heavy. Fits well, but had to exchange for a size large after the sizing tool recommended a medium, which was a bit tight in the chest and shoulders.

I bought this for when I'm uptown it's my "nice to wear to work parka" and it's awesome. Warm, stylish and honestly couldn't ask for a better winter coat. It keeps me so warm on the commute to and from work. Would highly recommend

Perfect coat, bought 2, all black and black with camo! Medium is roomy for layers and sweaters, I could have used a small but wanted room. Warm without bulk, slim look, 2 way zip is awesome.

I bought a large thinking the extra room I might need for thick sweaters and multiple layers. I'm 5'7" and 140 and its a tiny bit big but I love it. I'm always cold but this coat has been keeping me very warm walking the dog for miles every day. I had a coat that went down to my shins but it fell apart after 5 years and I needed a new super warm coat. This does the trick. I will say that I bought a few pairs of outdoor, cold weather pants to keep my legs warm to compensate for the coat length; this coat keeps me toasty from the top of my head to mid-thigh. The tapered waist keeps any draft out and makes it a little more feminine. The collar comes up high enough that I don't need a scarf and the fur trim on the hood protects from the wind without being obnoxious. I love that its waterproof too. We've had several days of sleet and this coat has kept me dry.

Love this coat, warm without bulk, sleek slim fit but roomy. Medium is perfect, can wear light layers also ordered large to see if I want more room for bulkier sweater underneath.

I absolutely love this coat. The only complaint I have about it isn't even about it, the weather has been to warm for me to need to wear the coat. I've been leaving my air conditioning on just so I can wear it! It's so comfy and warm. The zipper is very low so it took some practice zipping it up, but I love this. My last coat was a North Face coat, and it lasted for 5 years. I'm looking forward to hearing this one just as long.

I LOVE this jacket! It's the warmest, coziest, most comfortable winter coats I've ever worn. Perfect for cold weather, and it fits great! I wear a small in most brands, but a medium in North Face. Very stylish. The New Taupe color looks way better in person than online. It's pretty much like an olive drab green. Highly recommend!

This is a very warm coat, yet lightweight coat with the usual North Face quality. It's roomy enough for bulkier sweaters and things, but not so much that I feel the wind whipping through. Its exactly what I was looking for to get me through a northern winter.

I LOVE this coat. I tried this on (along with 10 or 15 other coats) in a store near me. This was my favorite out of all of them l tried on. Comfortable fit, warm and not too poofy. But because l have a hard time pulling the trigger when it comes to spending $300 for a coat, l left the store without one. I came home looked for a sale price online and read several reviews. It wasn't until I saw this coat in Black/Taupe (aka camo) on Zappos, that l knew this coat was the one for me! I love the camo lining, something a different than every other black coat out there. When it is zipped up it looks polished and classic, unzipped it is fun and unique. For me the fit is similar to all my other North Face coats/jackets. I am 5'5" and 116. I purchased a small and l am happy with it. Wearing a long sleeve tee or thin sweater l could probably use an xsmall. However during the winter months l usually wear two layers with a little bulk to them so the small is a better choice for me. Thank you Zappos!

I like it so much! Where I live snows a lot and this parka is heavy and can prevent the cold! The length is above the knee and can cover the thigh, which is warm enough. I'm 5'4'', 113 lbs and wear S.
