Light weight but very warm and comfortable for TN winters. Pockets for everything. I am not a fan of the hood because it seems smallish but I am not a hood person so it's minor compared to how well I love the other features, comfort, not bulky, and looks good. I wear a M and bought a M which fits fine but if I were in a store I would have tried on a L just to see the difference. I don't want an oversized coat but a tiny more room for a bulky sweater might have been good. However, since I love the coat I kept the M because it works.

It fits good but I feel like it fits too good. I weigh 160 so i have curves and breasts (32 DDD) and it fits but at the hip and breast it's a bit tight but I know if I would size up it would be too big so I'm an in between size. But I am able to wear a hoodie underneath it. But if you are more curvaceous please size up there's not much room in the hips area.

I bought 3 different warmest jackets - Iclandite, Juniper, and Apres Arcon , large. The Iclandite was the one I would love to wear, it is soft, roomy and liked especially the sherpa collar, however there was one big drawback - too short on the front. I have no idea why companies make these coats that are long in back an shorter in the front. I am 5.9" and my thighs would be freezing. What's the use of an ultra warm jacket when your legs are freezing anyway? The warmest was the juniper, long enough but not flattering at all, and the pockets were placed oddly - the upper ones just below the chest and the lower ones below the hip. The juniper went back right away. I kept the Apres Arson because it hits my knees, but it's a little tighter in the chest area. However, I am in love with the Iclandite, only if it could be a little longer.

I really love the fit of this coat. It is not too bulky but still very warm. The belt in the back can be adjusted to make it a little more form fitting and the length is perfect.

Good quality jacket. It was challenging to remove the fur and put it back on.

Was between this one and the Juniper jacket. I am 5'4 and tend to be between small and medium. Went with medium. The fit was good in the hips, a bit more roomy in the top - might be better if you have a bigger chest. In the few minutes I had it on to try, it seemed warmer than the Juniper jacket - I felt the heat accumulating while I had it zipped up. The outside material on this jacket was a bit less soft than Juniper, but still nice (not too noisy). The hood however left much to be desired, definitely too small. I also wish it was longer (to the knees instead of mid thigh).

I got this during the Black Friday doorbuster otherwise I could never have afforded it. I'm originally from the UK, just moved to central NY after living in NYC for 3 years where I was never walking outside long enough to need something this warm. So far, I've worn this on windy days hitting around 20f (-6c) and snowy days and it has been toasty AF. I walk to 20 minutes to work as we don't have a car and there's no simple bus route so I wanted to invest in something good.
Overall I'm loving it, very glad I purchased
Size/Fit - I wear a size 8-10 US top and a size 10 bottom, I bought this in a Large because I hate feeling like I've been stuffed into my clothes and probably could have worn a Medium snugly with maybe 1 thin hoodie or sweater, but I wanted space for chunky knits and happy with the choice I made. It has darts on the chest so it's relatively flattering over your bust (I'm about 39" overbust).
Waterproof - Only feature I haven't managed to test yet, but I'm inclined to believe I won't have any problems as it didn't absorb damp from heavy snowfall.
Warmth - Wonderfully warm, the OmniHeat warms up with you, so when I'm walking around town at a leisurely pace it's cosy and stays that way, but when I trek uphill to my job it gets hot very quickly even when it's below 32f (0c) out. I have a similar style coat from TNF which only has a polyfill quilted lining and I have to wear like 5 layers under that once it drops below freezing and the wind is blowing. Honestly anywhere around the freezing mark I feel like I could just wear a thermal base layer alone under this and still be pretty warm. Once we get into the real lows lows in February, then I'll maybe need to layer a little more.
Design - Good length to keep your thighs and butt warm without feeling too bulky. I'm 5'5" but short torso so this sits about an inch above my knees. Soft knitted cuffs feel nice on the skin and are super stretchy to fit glove cuffs under. I'm someone who HATES to wear a winter coat with a short sleeve t-shirt because usually the lining feels gross, but the lining of this coat - even with the reflective dots is SO smooth and silky. I was pleasantly surprised that the coat I received has brown fur on the hood not white like the photo - I wasn't keen on the white but couldn't pass up the deal so went for it anyway. It does shed some feathers, I've maybe found one every time I've worn this so not unmanageable. Love the fuzzy lining on the neck, a coat this warm does not need a scarf every time unless we're dropping drastically blow freezing so it's nice that it has a warm collar to keep the drafts out. Only thing I don't love is that because the outer fabric is a twill weave (which I'm sure helps with durability) it gets pet hair and fluff stuck to it like no-ones business.

Not as warm as my similar coat from another brand. But, it breaths better and water beads right up! I wish the hips were slightly wider to accommodate for placing items in the pockets as they can get a bit tight.

Very warm and I like the overall look. I don't really love the way the fur lays on the hood but it's ok. I wish they made it in petite because the sleeves are a little long for me.

I haven't worn this in very cold weather yet, but it's been warm so far in 30ish degrees. Other reviewers remarked how it's tight under the arms and I agree. It's like the sleeves should be sown on slightly lower and/or more toward the front. It does tent out in the front, but I feel almost all winter coats do, so I'm ok with that. I like all the pockets and the elastic on the cuffs. Overall, so far so good.

Great very warm collar was just a little too bulky for me but would be nice if you didn't want to wear a scarf!

Today is the first time wearing this jacket in NYC winter weather. So far, it is warm. Good length, not too long. I am 5.2 and I ordered the Medium, it seemed big as far as fit, however, if I ordered the small, it might have been tight-especially if wearing bulking tops. It is a heavy coat versus my 15+ years Landend squall(which I still love). Love the hand warmer pockets. I wish there were reflective elements on the outside of the coat, for when wearing at night. By far is a good comparable to a good LandsEnd or a North Face. So far, I am liking the coat.... lets see how many years and nyc winters this coat will last...

This is a nice looking and perfectly warm winter jacket and the Medium was a perfect fit from the waist up. But it was too tight for my hip/derriere area, so I had to return and get the Large. The hoodie is not great because the faux fur is thin and it looks silly if you wear it - but I use a beanie anyway so it's all good. Plenty of pockets.

I absolutely love this coat! It is so WARM and I love the length! I bought it a year ago. I deducted 1 star because recently the back belt detail pulled from the seam and detached. I always carefully and rarely wash my coat by itself and hang to dry. So I'm unclear why in one year the back belt detail would come unsewn on one end. Very disappointed with this and not the coat is out of commission until I can locate some matching thread to try to mend it. Not very fun while we are having a cold spell.

This is a good jacket, but the stone color is more of a neutral grey then the pretty ivory shown. I liked the leather accents, however. Pocket placement seemed good. Really loved the sherpa collar. Ultimately sent it back, though, because grey doesn't go with my clothes.

I was hoping to find a technical coat masquerading as something a little dressier for winter in Montana. The coat was nicely made, although the armpits bunched up uncomfortably on me. I'm a medium in everything, and this was spacious even with a sweater on. That said, I was disappointed with the Dark Stone color. Online, it looks like a pretty, bright ivory, leaning neutral to warm. In person, it's a solidly neutral to almost cold very pale grey. The color of fog. It'd be pretty on someone else, but on me, super bleh. I thought I'd like the drop hem but it looked a little weird on me. I do like the adjustable belt in back, adds a bit of cute shape.

Very warm, feels well made. Am 5'5, usually wear size m/L in tops and ~12 for pants. Large has enough room for several layers. The cuff links are thick and warm. Pockets not super big but does the trick. A handy little jacket. A little short if it's very cold out but will keep your chest very warm probably. Not the most flattering coat but it is cozy. Color not as bright as pictures shows
