Lightweight, very warm and windproof with layers underneath, and still warm with justca tee shirt underneath. The blue is vibrant, seems waterproof though I haven't had it in rain yet. Well made, with a two way zipper. I am 5'9" 148 lbs, and I got a large to be able to layer up. It is roomy in the hips but I need that for my shoulders and arms. Sleeves are long enough. Just below mid thigh. Sift fleece lined collar. Great errand coat, stadium coat, dog-walking coat. Casual and outdoorsy. I like it and it looks good with black pants or denim.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The coat is very warm, lots of pockets, looks good, and it's big enough to fit over a sweater.

It is super cozy. I was walking in a snow storm (20F) the other day and I didn't feel cold at all. Instead, I feel like I was lying in bed covering in a huge cozy blanket. This jacket is a must for anyone who lives in cold places!!

I bought this coat in the fall and it's been absolutely amazing for this years winter. This coat is very warm and waterproof! I can move so easy in this coat and the armpits don't sag down like on some of my other coats. The fit is great! I bought a small, that's the size i normally wear. I'm glad I decided to buy this coat. I probably should have waited to buy it when the price went down cause it was pretty expensive but overall I'm just glad I have a great coat

I love this jacket even more than I thought I would! It's so warm and cozy, i can't even feel the cold winter air! It's perfect for my job, which I bought it for. But I've also just been wearing it in my regular life... at least until it gets too worn from working. Love this thing!

I bought this last year and it is my absolute favorite winter coat- E V E R! it isextreemly warm, the length keeps hips and thighs warm too, lots of pockets soft fuzz inside hood..... it's just great!

I've been looking for a warm, stylish, and flattering winter coat. I didn't think there was such a thing until I found this coat. I am in love with it. Fits beautifully and so warm. New England can be bitter cold in the winter and I also have kids playing hockey so I needed something super warm! I also went for the light grey color and it's perfect. Highly recommend. Coming from someone who is very very picky! For reference, I'm 5'2 and 120lbs. I got an XS and I'm glad I did. Plenty of space!

This winter coat in amazing! I live in Chicago and you definitely need a coat which will protect against snow, wind and the brutal cold. This coat does all of that! Very well made and the Omni-heat keeps you toasty! My Columbia winter jackets have always lasted me years so it is definitely worth the investment.

I just received my coat today. I bought a small and it fits great! I still have a little bit of room to put a few layers of clothes on. I can't wait to try it out this winter. I'm hoping it's waterproof like it says it is. I don't like how the fur is on the hood i was hoping it zipped on instead of buttoning on. Overall it's a very nice coat and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought this coat in the fall of 2019, and used it through the winter. I just love this coat! It's light and very warm. It's shorter, so great for a car. It definitely is my favorite winter coat ever. LOVE IT!

I needed an extra heavy duty coat to wear out in bitter cold for extended times. The first test was a trip to Yellowstone in the winter and it passed with flying colors. I liked the styling - as much as it could with the full materials, it kept me from looking like a total blimp. The locals were even complimenting the coat

I just received my jacket yesterday and I am extremely happy with the quality! I took a risk and ordered a small. I have a pear shape and ALWAYS struggle with my bottom half with most jackets. My hips measure around 40" and I'm not awkwardly stuck trying to zip this jacket . I bought this size knowing that I won't be really layering much though. I can't wait to test it out these up coming days, with this snow storm that's about to hit the Chicagoland area.

I'm 5'4 and was worried this jacket would be too long. I was so relieved that the length was just right because the jacket is stylish with a fitted and more tailored appearance. The jacket does feel a bit roomy in that it would easily accommodate layers or a thicker sweater.

I saw this jacket and it was sold out in my size. I kept checking back in until I saw it available in my size and color. I'm SO GLAD I waited. It's waterproof, surviving Chicago winters, and is an overall great product.

I absolutely love this coat. The material is very durable. No snags with this coat! Adjustable cuffs, top pockets that I love to put my hands in because of the soft material inside. I love the adjustable belt in back, it gives you a nice shape. Also with the cold Chicago area weather, it keeps me warm and cozy. One of the best coats I've ever owned!

This jackets is completely insulated without being too bulky on you. I have worn it in -16 (real feel) with complete comfort and warmth. The medium fits just right, not too loose not too tight and can easily adjust in a sweatshirt if needed. For reference, I am 135 lb, 5.5 ft. The color midnight blue looks good too, though it could have been on the brighter side. This jacket is all you need to save you from catching wind and cold in the harsh wintry days.

I bought this ahead of a move to the UK, and I can't wait to wear it on a daily basis! It is incredibly warm without being too bulky - that's the main thing. I was searching for a while for a long jacket that was both down and waterproof - it's a rare thing! I also love that the hood hangs over well so that it won't be blown back, and there are useful interior (and exterior) pockets. This was my first Columbia purchase, so I'm not sure how the sizing usually is but I found I was very much in between the Small and Medium. Small fit, but I couldn't have layered much underneath. Medium didn't give quite as much of a fitted look as I would've liked, but I can layer and arm movement was much more comfortable. For ref I'm 5'7", 140 lbs and usually wear a size 6.

It's good for me in this cold weather.But a little heavy.

I purchased the navy (midnight) version of this coat, motivated by a January trip to Cleveland, OH. The coat is stylish, flattering (for a puffy coat), and highly functional. I love the color of both the coat and the fur trim on the hood. Due to the down fill and the full-length Omniheat interior, the coat keeps me toasty warm from head to mid-thigh even when temps dip below 20 degrees (haven't tested it in colder conditions, but suspect it would be warm enough even in zero-degree weather). The hood is easy to pull on and off and gives full protection from rain, snow, and sleet. The waterproofing is topnotch. I also really appreciate all the pockets -- lots of storage options on board, plus comfortable pockets to tuck my hands into. I will still get a lot of use from the coat now that I'm back in more temperate Oregon. In terms of size, I am 5'7" and weigh 125 lbs. I ordered a size S, which is an almost perfect fit. This is TTS, except for a slight bit of tightness in the underarm area.
