I ordered a small and received an extra small. This jacket doesn’t go past my hips and cover my butt as shown in the picture. Description says “ long”. Definitely not a long jacket. Did I receive the correct jacket?

I wouldn't know anything about this jacket as i haven't even received it yet.

Jacket zipper broke in less than 6 months. Completely non-functional as this is supposed to be a waterproof jacket. Columbia insisted I pay for shipping in order to get it fixed. Target jackets last longer than this. Won't be shopping here again.

Coat was fine, except there were no tags on it and it clearly had been worn as it smelt heavily of perfume......EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Zappos

Wish i could say i love my coat but its been exactly 14 days since i have received qny type of update on when my coat would be here. Originally it was supposed to be here the 3rd or something. Now who knows. I messaged customer service and they say there isnt anything they will do until the 16th.

The coat was really cute but the zipper was broken right out of the box. In my mind, that didn't bode well for the product. I decided to go with another brand that looked similar

Not warm at all during winter, have to add a warm base layer. Poor zipper.

The jacket fit well and looked nice but it was defective. When I returned it they charged me for a return shipping. I won't order from them again.

Terrible if windy, to the point where I questioned if there was a hole in the back. It also stains easily, I've had it for less than one month, have only worn 4-5 times, never wear it when eating or anything, and it is ruined by I have no idea what because I only wear it to and from work. Would be ok for like 50-60 degree weather. Not very warm at all.

I had this same jacket for about 5 years and I finally needed to replace it. I can see quality has plummeted. I wore this a few times, and the bottom zipper is totally dysfunctional. I'm incredibly disappointed in this purchase. Nice color though.

Zipper didn't work. Thought it was just on one so returned it and got another one. Zipper didn't work on the second one either. Loved the color...but don't bother buying because it won't zip back up once you unzip to try on, and you'll be out the cost of return shipping, like I was twice. Had high hopes for a good quality, warm, but packable jacket and was very disappointed.

This coat came to me with black stains on it!! The zipper is going to break any minute & the stitching is awful

I have been a Columbia customer for about 5 years now, I gained some weight over the years so my large no longer fits with a sweater under so I moved to an XL...I felt like it was a medium. I could not believe how tight fitted the coat was. I'll put on an XL on any other brand and swim in it. Columbia really needs to make coats to their actual size.

I ordered this coat online and then went to pick it up at the store. The zipper on the coat set aside for me didn't work. I went to the rack with other sizes and of the 5 other coats none of the zippers worked. In fact it looked like other people had tried because all the zippers were stuck in the down position and unable to be zipped up. Needless to say I did not leave the store with the coat. Beautiful lines and weight on the coat but that zipper doesn't even come close to working.

I'm sad because I had to mail it back today, it was so small I could barely get my arms in. I wear a medium/large in most coats and dresses. According to the sizing chart, I should be able to wear a medium so that is what I ordered. Well, I couldn't even get my arms in. I will be ordering another coat, but it won't be in the same color (which I loved).

Wouldn't buy again. I returned it.

I ordered this coat online in the color olive. I was very shocked when it came in and was more brown than green in color. In just the right light you could see a green tint but the coat that came in is not close to the color pictured online. I wish I could upload a picture so you can see the actual color before you purchase the coat. I love the fit and style of this coat so I will try to exchange it but I am disappointed in the serious color discrepancy.

This product came and was much larger than the size I ordered. Upon attempting to use the zipper, it would get caught, and would not zip. At the top on the hood, a portion was not stitched together and the inner fluff was coming out.

Brand new jacket and the zipper does not function properly at all. It has been a headache and an inconvenience to me to get this exchanged and it has still not been resolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this jacket or any items from Columbia.

I bought the lighter weight version of this jacket about two years ago and I loved it! I thought it would be nice to get a heavier version because I loved the jacket so much. Unfortunately, after wearing the jacket for about a month the white fuzzy fluff is coming out of the jacket and it looks horrible. I got the black jacket so the white fluff coming out of the stitching is really noticeable. There are three spots that the fluff is already coming out (front bottom, front shoulder, and middle back) and I am sure it will only get worse. I really don't recommend this jacket at all!

I have worn this coat for about 2 weeks and today the center front zipper broke. I can't get it to unzip. In order to get the coat off, I had to pull it off over my head.
