I love the look of this coat. It's warm enough for most days over 0 degrees F for my short timeframes outside. I have the same coat in purple that I bought a couple uears ago. The one I just is slightly smaller though. I normally wear a S but got the XS since that's what I got the last time. I should have gotten the S this time. I would recommend purchasing your normal clothing size.

I like it! The only thing is sizes a little bit weird. Jackets in different colors, but the same size can fit differently

Great light-weight but warm jacket. Good for in the car/grocery shopping/etc... only complaint is the zipper is finicky to get started.

This jacket is gorgeous!!! The color is spot on, the length is perfect, it is super light weight and not bulky at all plus it keeps me very warm!!! The only reason I have it 4 stars is because the zipper kind of sucks. When starting to zip I have to make sure it is aligned perfectly or it will not zip. Sometimes takes several minutes before I am able to get it to zip. Other than that this jacket is everything I hoped it would be!!!

I like that it gives me some shape. I like the full coverage and it is more beet red than bright red. The lining is rflective. I was not expecting that. We have had below zero temps and it was so warm.

This jacket is perfect. It's light weight but keeps you warm and fits perfectly. My only issue is I hate that it will unzip from the bottom because of the double zipper.

I've been wearing this coat for about a month and a half, got it to replace my mighty lite that was looking a little worn. I just spent about an hour in steady Washington rain, and my coat soaked through along the back of my neck, along my shoulders. This never happened with my Mighty Lite. Wonder if the additional seams form the fleece lined hood are to blame? In general I don't love the hood shape. But do like how warm this jacket keeps me. Like other reviewers the zipper can be tough to get started.

Not as warm as I thought and runs smaller than I thought.

I am in love with this jacket. The red color is great, fit is as expected (I'm 5'7", approx 130lbs, and usually a small, and the small fits perfectly), it isn't bulky, and the thumb-hole cuffs keep my wrists warm. My only complaint is that it isn't quite as warm as I was hoping, but with a sweatshirt underneath I'm plenty toasty for all but the very coldest Maine winter days.

I wish I could give a 5. If you splash or get a drop on the coat the stain is there. It will be reduced by washing but doesn't disappear. Keep this in mind if purchasing a lighter color. I havent tried a stain remover in fear of adding to discoloring. Otherwise very satisfied with warmth and fit.

I LOVE this coat! The length is great even though I'm only 5'2". And I don't get overheated wearing in stores. My only complaint is that the zipper is stubborn.

I love the color (gray) and I could immediately tell this was going to keep me warm since when I first tried it on I felt heat building up within the first 5 minutes. The hood is soft inside and a great size that doesn't hang over your eyes. I also really love the half glove feature for the hands! Great length along the body and in the arms too. I'm tall and this doesn't pull in my arms and hits my mid thigh. I'm disappointed that the shape of this coat isn't more feminine in the waist; you're going to have PLENTY of room in that area. At first I thought I had sized this wrong, but when I came back to the site and looked at how it fit the model, you can see the bunching in the mid-lower back and the loss of shape from the side view. I'm glad I came back and looked because I was going to try to exchange it otherwise. It does fit correctly through the chest, shoulders, arms, and hips though. Those areas being the most important since I'm going to prioritize full range of motion over fit. My specs for size comparison and choosing your own fit: I ordered a Medium and I am 5'9", 142lbs, and my bust including my breasts is 36" (because why wouldn't we include the girls when sizing?)

This coat is truly lightweight yet warm, easy to move in and comfortable. I love the slimming lines too. The attached hood has a nice fleece lining. I have the dark nocturnal color and it is a really pretty color. The longer length is great !! The only issue is the inside lining (omni heat thermal reflective ) which is very shiny, takes some getting used to.

Absolutely love this coat! I am 5'2", 125lbs, 34b with thicker upper arms & a bit more weight sitting at my hips. Ordered the xs and fits perfectly. I tried just about every coat they have in this length, in small & xs. This was the best fit by far for my proportions. I live in CO and am outside every day for a couple of hours at work. Has kept me warm but still able to move around. The fuzzy hood is nice perk. The zipper however is quite irritating for such nice a coat otherwise. Great color but should note hard to get stains out around the cuffs, especially oil based stains as well.

I bought this coat several months ago and love it! Unfortunately, I had to return the first coat I received because (as many other reviews state) the zipper was very poorly made and kept sticking. When I got a replacement, the second one was also pretty bad, but I kept it and have been using it for a couple months now. Other than that, it's a great coat! It's warm, and the length is perfect. I bought a medium, which is what I usually wear, and it was perfect. It's nicely fitted (but not too snug), and flattering. I just wish they would put a zipper on it that matches the quality of the rest of the product!

Great jacket, it's warm and comfy but the zipper needs a serious upgrade. You have to spend a few minutes just to zip it!!

This cost is a great weight, looks great and is very comfortable. The length is just right. I've had trouble with the zipper from day one. It's difficult, but I kept the cost because I love everything else about it.

The zipper is terrible. It is not a smooth zip and is difficult to get started. The coat itself is very good at keeping warmth, nice looking, it is lightweight and not bulky.

Love the color! The only thing that I don't like is that the zipper can be sticky at times. Size spot on for me.

My sister bought one two years ago and she seemed to like it, last year I was in need of a winter coat and decided to get myself one. Its nice but the zipper is a little annoying. I like how they are two zippers so you can unzip the bottom part (It was nice for skiing). Although it is very nice I am still cold when only wearing a short sleeve t shirt in 20-30 weather. I would buy it again since I prefer the longer coats and this one it's my favorite. The pockets are big and I can even fit my iPhone XS MAX in the top chest pocket.

I love this coat... once I finally get it on! Seriously, what’s with the zipper? It’s very hard to line the 2 up. I don’t understand the need to zip it up from the bottom. It fits really nice and is not bulky while still keeping you warm. I’m 5’4” and it hits right at my knee

I ordered my first Columbia coat, I wear a medium in everything I own, this coat I think, runs very small. My medium fit like a small, very tight in chest and arms. I am 5'11" and wear size 6/8. I could only wear a thin shirt underneath this and I live in Maine and wear thicker shirts on the daily in the winter. Size up if you plan on wearing anything warm underneath. Despite the sizing, it's a perfect everyday coat!

I bought this a month ago and I am glad that I did. I hate being COLD! I wanted a light weight coat that keeps me warm while I walk my dog this fall/winter and while I watch my son run in cross-country meets. This coat is perfect! I can walk my dog in 30 degrees with a t-shirt on and be warm. Its great! Also, this coat has HUGE warm pockets for gloves, doggy bags, cell phone etc. The only downfall is the zipper. It is annoying.

I am 5'5", 130 pounds, small chest, and Medium is a perfect fit. I bought the short version of this jacket 4 or 5 years ago, and I've always loved it! The only issue I have with this current one is that the zipper quality is way lower than the jacket I bought earlier. It jams up and is very frustrating to use. However, that said, after spending a lot of time experimenting with it, I finally figured out how to hold it just right to get it to work smoothly most of the time. I'm willing to put up with this problem, because everything else about this jacket is great. It's lightweight, warm, great for layering underneath, and true to size on their measurement charts. The spruce color is a very nice dark green. The cut of the jacket is very flattering. The hood doesn't have adjustments, which is another significant drawback for me, as my head size is small, and hats always come down to my nose. But even with my small head size, I can at least turn back the fleece edges and make it stay up. Overall, I'm happy with this item, and I can usually never buy clothing online because of fit. This jacket works.
