It's warm, looks and fits as described. But the zipper is cheap and doesn't work well. My wife sometimes is not able to get the zipper to work at all.

I love this jacket. It is comfortable and warm and fits so nicely. Unfortunately, I cannot zip up this coat most of the time and that makes it pretty much unusable. It has a a two-way zipper which seems smart but it rarely catches. It is so bad I HAVE to send this jacket back because otherwise, the only way for me to use this jacket is to never undo the zipper completely and use it as a pullover, which isn't great due to its length. If it had a functional zipper, I'd give this jacket 5 stars. Since it is not functional without a functioning zipper, though, it gets 2 from me and only because I like everything else about it.

I am on my third Heavenly Long Hooded Jacket. I still wear my first but have to deal with the zipper being super touchy. The zipper broke on the second one and I was able to return it since it had been less than a year. My current coat takes several times to get the zipper to work and a couple times it has stuck at the neck and was miserable to get out of. The coat itself is great except for the zipper. Super warm. Tried to get hold of customer service and was informed that I was number 116 in line, lol!!!!

I purchased this for my daughter and within 2 months the zipper separated from the coat. Short seamed in several areas. My daughter is extremely thin so there was no pressure on the coat or zipper. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this jacket. I am very disappointed in the Columbia brand and the quality of the zipper.

This was not the jacket that I ordered. I ordered the one with the hand cover and this one didn't have it. I was so shocked to see that the tag had been removed and wasn't attached to the jacket. It appears to have been worn. The tag said it was a medium and the jacket was labeled as a small. I feel like the color is more of a navy and I ordered black. I am wondering who is packaging the items? I wanted this jacket but will not re-order from Zappos because I don't trust you to get it right. I am returning this. Please do better for other people.

They sent me the wrong item and wrong size. I was very disappointed and had to send it back. The jacket actually fit me, but it wasn't the one I ordered and appeared to be worn at some point. The tag was in the bag but not attached to the jacket. The tag said medium, the jacket is labeled a small. Very strange. I really want the jacket I ordered but am afraid to order it now because whomever is packaging items is not paying very close attention.

I ordered this coat online and returned it immediately! My husband and I have Columbia omniheat coats for years and love they way they are lightweight and WARM......I wanted another one that was longer. I really wish it had a good zipper since the coat was exactly what i was looking for......maybe Columbia's Quality Control Department will see all these comments and change the zipper to a more quality one. If they do change the zipper, I will definitely purchase one next year.

I have multiple other Columbia jackets, I love the Omni tech and this was a perfect in between for Oregon fall/winter

In all honesty, the color is the first thing that caught my eye but upon receiving this, I can see that I will be wearing it a lot due to fit and quality. I especially love the glove option at the end of the sleve and the length of the coat.

Striking color for a coat. Liked it so much, got me a second one and the same color. Comfy and warm. Light weight but keeps me warm.

Great fit (bought size M and I'm 5"9, 145lbs). Perfect for 50-75 degree weather. Hard to find long-length jackets that are not too hot and not too warm. Would purchase another!

This coat fits as expected and it is a very pretty color.

Very warm for minimal bulk. Slightly feminine cut. Only downside is the top of collar area lies a little strange, maybe from the lining of the hood.

This is my second Heavenly Long Hooded Jacket. I like it so much that I wanted to have them in different colors. It is neither hot nor cold. Maintains optimal body temperature.

This is a thinner jacket but still plenty warm! The fleece in the pockets and on the hood is lovely. Highly recommend!

The color, the fit and the style are just perfect! I was not expecting the lining to be what it is, sort of like the fire blankets that firefighters use, but I am expecting to stay warm and cozy this next winter.

I wanted a thigh length coat - found this one and LOVED it!!! Light, warm, comfortable and the hood has a wonderful soft lining! I liked it so much that I also ordered the shorter version for warmer weather.

I love this coat so much I bought in 3 different colors. Not bulky but warm. Perfect for spring and fall weather.
