Love this jacket, keeps me warm during recess duty in our cold WI winters.

This jacket is everything I have ever wanted for ~30-55 degrees! I have a short lightweight puffer and a long down parka and was looking for something for those in between days. It has everything I need: a hood, 3 zippered pockets, length to cover my rear, and is warm but not bulky. My only wish is a greater variety of colors, including some high visibility options. I love love love this jacket!

I bought this coat last winter and ended up wearing it everywhere. It is just the right temperature for 25 to 50, which is what I get here in Oregon. The code is a new technology and physically weighs hardly anything, yet moves very flexibly And is very comfortable. It looks good on my curvy figure I just bought a second color this week because I wear the coat so much and I'm so delighted with it. Thanks Columbia!

Runs small glad I sized up to a large. Love the length it definitely keeps me warm which is what I wanted.

Loved this jacket. The color is beautiful. Ordered as a gift but when it arrived and I saw the color and soft hood, I really wanted one for myself. But they were out of my size in that color. I would say size up one size.

Lightweight and perfect all around. I'm 5'2" and 107 lb and the small is great, but I'd imagine if I wanted to layer, I'd need to size-up.

I love this coat - it's the perfect length (you can still get your phone out of your pocket after you forget and zip up your coat!). It is super lightweight but so warm - i have been a HUGE fan of the Omni-heat technology for years - the coat is comfortable to wear inside, but keeps you very warm outside. I love the quality of all my Columbia products and will continue to order. Some reviews say it runs small, but I think it is very true to size, I am 5'5, 140 and ordered a Medium - fits well everywhere with room for a thicker sweater underneath (maybe a full hoodie would be a tad tight, but i think you could still make it work).

Warm without being overly bulky. Fits comfortably with a sweater or fleece underneath. Zippers work smoothly without catching the lining. Love the fuzzy lining in the pockets and hood.

I was looking for a packable and warm jacket that was also stylish enough to wear with office-to-evening clothes for a recent business trip, and this checked all of those boxes. Kept me cozy in 30 degree temps. Folded down enough to be stuffed into a pretty full backpack during travel. Arrived quickly due to Zappos superior shipping service! I’m 5’0”, petite-athletic and the XS fit me perfectly with room for a hoodie or sweater. Completely happy with this purchase!

It's very flattering. Very warm too. But I would say for extreme cold days like -30s in Minnesota, it would be a little too light. Unless you wear good layers underneath. Otherwise it provides great warmth and protects from wind too. It's very lightweight too which I wanted. Two way zipper is a great plus. Hood looks nice too even when worn. Highly recommended

I have been looking for a light weight winter coat. Both daughter's have one, so I looked at Columbia because I love all their stuff. Found this one with Omni heat, which makes it really warm even in CO. It won't work for our big snow storms, but most of the winter it will be great (we get more sunny days than Miami Beach!). I've used it quite a lot since it arrived last month. Bought the blue, which is really pretty. It will smash down to nothing for travel! I normally buy a medium and that's what I bought this time. A sweater will be fine under it, usually I wear long sleeve teeshirts though. I will say, I have a closet full of coats and jackets from Columbia, & this one is probably my favorite so far! Love it!

Lightweight yet warm. I liked the double zipper and the length of it. Perfect option for fall or mild winter days.

I absolutely LOVE this coat. I've been looking for a coat like this, with this fit and warmth (but not bulk) for years. I agree that it possibly runs smallish--the small is great for me and I'm a 2-4 on top with narrow shoulders, 4 waist down. If you're a 6 the small would probably be tight.

I LIKE this coat. It is light weight and comfortable. "Minor" details like an inside vest pocket, hood, and zippered outside pockets with a cozy interior add to the charm. I have been wearing an earlier model for a good 6 years, it still serves well, but when I saw a lively color at a decent price, I bought. It serves me well until Wisconsin winter really hits. It is not adequate when the temperature is reliably below 30 - 35 degrees. I want the ease for cool weather sweaters and no rump bump. I'm wearing size large. My weight 135 lb, hips 39", 5'5".

This is my 3rd Columbia coat. Columbia does not disappoint. True to size. Love the inside pocket. I actually make very good use of the inside pocket. I am in love. Quality is exceptional. It keeps me warm. A very worthwhile investment. You get what you pay for. I didn't have to think twice if I wanted a second coat. The only thing I had to think about was, what color.

This coat is so comfortable! It's 1/4 the thickness of my old winter coat, and it's warmer! It's like magic. It keeps me warm outside, but doesn't make me overheat when I'm indoors. I am very happy with it.

I love this jacket. It's so lightweight but also warm enough for Wisconsin winters. I love that its not bulky and its very slimming. I did have trouble with the zipper at first but once you figure it out, it works easy everytime. And I LOVE the green color!

The jacket is a showstopper !!! Everyone has asked me where I got it. It is warm , but lightweight. It can be dressy or casual !

I got the XL to make sure I could wear a sweater comfortably underneath without the coat looking too bulky. It fits well, lightweight and the fabric inside the hood is cozy. The zipper was a bit tricky, you just have to make sure the bottom pull is all the way down to the bottom and there are no problems zipping it up.

This is my first order from Zappos and all went well. The Columbia long jacket I received is just what I wanted. This is my third Columbia jacket, all with Omniheat, making it so warm and lightweight. I wear them all through our Duluth MN winters.

I love it!!!! The fit is perfect!!! Looks good with my Ugg boots and Timberland boots

I haven't had a chance to wear this outdoors yet, but this jacket fits the way I hoped it would. I'm petite (short) but a little fluffy around the middle. (I have two children under 2-years-old, and I also have a carb addiction.) That being said, this jacket is a little snug around the mid-section. Still, I would say it fits "true to size." I looked carefully at the size chart before I bought this, and I took my measurements to be thorough. My measurements say I'm a medium bust but a large waste. I refuse to wear a large, so I bought a medium. I am happy I didn't buy a large! I plan to start exercising more (baby steps) and trim down a bit. In spite of my stomach fluff, this jacket currently zips up, and it's so warm for those cold, windy days. In general, I would say fits really well, and I'm happy with the size and my choice.

This is an awesome jacket, long enough for a dress to look right. Outstanding value, watm and stain resistant in the chalk, I got beet juice out with wiping it off lightly, washing and soaking. I bought another style for someone else and it also is very warm. Zipper may give you a little issue but it can be worked with.
