I wanted a longer jacket for walking in the cold weather this winter, so I bought this. I love it! The length keeps my backside warm. I love the thumb holes that keep the cold air from going up my sleeves and keep my hands warm on a cool day. Also the hood is cozy if I forget a hat. I've received a lot of compliments on the peachy pink color.

Wasn't sure I would like this but it has been toasty warm and blocks the wind on my daily walks in the Minnesota winter weather. Buy a size up if want to wear a vest underneath.

Comfy and warm for Ny winter. I would purchase again.

This coat is light yet it keeps me incredibly warm. Very badly with this purchase.

This jacket is adorable, lightweight and warm! I love Omniheat - have it in my other Columbia coat, as well. The hood is super soft and fits snugly enough that it doesn't flop off in the wind. The two-way zipper takes a little finagling, but it's nice to have the option to open the coat from the bottom for venting or freer movement. I would recommend this coat!

This Jacket keeps me toasty warm in the freezing Gorge Winds. As I am only 5'1"+ short/tall (I wished) the Jacket is a Coat which is okay for me.

I love this coat: style, color, brand! However, I need to return the S. A medium would be a better fit for me. When I sit, I can tell that I would have buyer's regret.

I ordered a small and the fit is good. I only wish the hood was more fitted.

Bought this coat few years ago and LOVE it! It's starting to show some wear (it gets a lot of use) so I bought a replacement for next season. I tried it on and couldn't zip it at all! No problem with my old one but the new one is clearly defective. Returning it tomorrow and hoping I find a replacement with a working zipper. Everything else about the coat is great!

I love this jacket. It is comfortable and warm and fits so nicely. Unfortunately, I cannot zip up this coat most of the time and that makes it pretty much unusable. It has a a two-way zipper which seems smart but it rarely catches. It is so bad I HAVE to send this jacket back because otherwise, the only way for me to use this jacket is to never undo the zipper completely and use it as a pullover, which isn't great due to its length. If it had a functional zipper, I'd give this jacket 5 stars. Since it is not functional without a functioning zipper, though, it gets 2 from me and only because I like everything else about it.

I had to return my coat. I would have happily kept it, but I found it impossible to get the zipper to work. I tried it in multiple sizes and each coat's zipper was impossible to use. It took me about 10 tries to get it to zip up, and I also had issues getting the zipper to pull apart at the bottom. Columbia, fix your zippers!

Beautiful coat, but it's just not very warm. I would not recommend wearing this coat in temperatures under 40 degrees. I am disappointed in the performance, and I may return this coat.

I am on my third Heavenly Long Hooded Jacket. I still wear my first but have to deal with the zipper being super touchy. The zipper broke on the second one and I was able to return it since it had been less than a year. My current coat takes several times to get the zipper to work and a couple times it has stuck at the neck and was miserable to get out of. The coat itself is great except for the zipper. Super warm. Tried to get hold of customer service and was informed that I was number 116 in line, lol!!!!

Great fit, warmth without the bulk!

I've had this coat for almost 2 years and love it! The quality is great...the only complaint I have is, as other reviewers have said as well, the zipper is tricky. It rarely catches on the first try. But once it's up, the coat is fabulous. I wore it to a parade in 30-degree, windy conditions, and I stayed warm and cozy! Just to note, check the size chart. I'm a solid XS in most brands, but the XS is a bit snug on me.

My sister bought one two years ago and she seemed to like it, last year I was in need of a winter coat and decided to get myself one. Its nice but the zipper is a little annoying. I like how they are two zippers so you can unzip the bottom part (It was nice for skiing). Although it is very nice I am still cold when only wearing a short sleeve t shirt in 20-30 weather. I would buy it again since I prefer the longer coats and this one it's my favorite. The pockets are big and I can even fit my iPhone XS MAX in the top chest pocket.

I actually bought this for my daughter who lives in Phoenix, but walks to work every morning. It is light weight but warm for the cool winter desert mornings. She is also tall (5'9") and length and sleeves were perfect.

I ordered size M and it fits my 5'6" 145 lb. self perfectly. Sleeves are nice and long, and I like the slim fit. Ordered it in Chalk since I wanted a very light color for my long daily walks on winter days in the Northwest. The zipper is kind of sticky, and I wish the hood could be drawn tight. But for the price I think I'll keep it.

I ordered this coat online and then went to pick it up at the store. The zipper on the coat set aside for me didn't work. I went to the rack with other sizes and of the 5 other coats none of the zippers worked. In fact it looked like other people had tried because all the zippers were stuck in the down position and unable to be zipped up. Needless to say I did not leave the store with the coat. Beautiful lines and weight on the coat but that zipper doesn't even come close to working.

I ordered this coat online and returned it immediately! My husband and I have Columbia omniheat coats for years and love they way they are lightweight and WARM......I wanted another one that was longer. I really wish it had a good zipper since the coat was exactly what i was looking for......maybe Columbia's Quality Control Department will see all these comments and change the zipper to a more quality one. If they do change the zipper, I will definitely purchase one next year.

This jacket is very aesthetically pleasing. However, it is not warm. I live in Las Vegas where winters get chilly but are not extreme; lower 40's at the coldest, typically. This jacket does not keep me warm, not even if I layer a long sleeved shirt under it. For the price, I was really hoping for better performance. It also seems to run a bit small, as I am 5'3" 160 lbs (normally a L in outerwear) but had to size up to XL for this style.

The fit is perfect. Love how it looks on me. Very comfortable and warm.

It's really cute and comfortable, but not overly warm. I even wore a sweatshirt under it, and I was still cold in the 35 degree weather. The zipper is absolutely terrible!!! So frustrating. Will probably return

I purchased this for my daughter and within 2 months the zipper separated from the coat. Short seamed in several areas. My daughter is extremely thin so there was no pressure on the coat or zipper. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this jacket. I am very disappointed in the Columbia brand and the quality of the zipper.
