I have been wanting this coat for a couple of years, but my "current" Columbia coat wouldn't wear out or break a zipper. Well, I finally broke down and bought it. Although, I have lost a bunch of weight and could have comfortably worn a Large, even with a sweater or bulky top, I bought the XL. Now I can easily layer with a hoodie. I love it.

I just got this coat and I loved it from the moment I put it on. It is lightweight but definitely warm - it is not bulky. It's a nice long length (to my knees and I'm 5'3"). I live in the South but my kids all live up North. This is perfect to take in the car or on the plane and comfy to wear in the car. I think it will be great to wear down here in our cold months, Vertical pockets are stylish and lined with something warm. I also like how there is the extension to put your hands through (not sure what it is called). It is slimming. The color is fabulous - bright and fun. This is everything I wanted. Will be interesting to see how it does for my Chicago Christmas visit.

Love this jacket! Lightweight yet warm. So soft and comfortable I feel like wearing it around in the house. The length is great to keep my thighs warm, the pockets and hood have a light, soft lining. Great all around.

I ordered the same jacket over a year ago and liked it so much I ordered in a different color. I liked that it was not only light weight but also very warm and good lines

Love this jacket! Everyone said to size up, but I got my normal size (small) and I can still wear a sweatshirt under it very comfortably. Keeps me super warm with Michigan weather.

Warm ... water resistant = perfect for our PNW rain ... well made ... Columbia = Quality. :)

Probably the best coat I've ever purchased. It's warm, comfy, and fits perfectly.

This was my favorite coat I've ever owned. It fits perfectly and is super flattering, and the olive green is a great color. It is thin but also keeps me warm. But after only 1 full winter the zipper has broken and I cannot zip my coat. Super disappointed. I would purchase another, but afraid the exact same thing would happen. Bottom line, I recommend but also do NOT recommend at the same time.

The coat was really cute but the zipper was broken right out of the box. In my mind, that didn't bode well for the product. I decided to go with another brand that looked similar

This is thin for a puffer jacket, but incredibly warm. Too warm for me. It's a nice looking coat, super soft fur in hood and true to size.

Fit was true to size. Great lightweight jacket that keeps me warm when I walk my puppy.

I love the cut and color of this jacket, it just wasn't warm enough for me (live in Michigan). I called and was able to return, and bought a warmer coat. Easy process.

I love this coat! I have had a previous version for the past five years. Basically wore it out! Perfect coat for anything from a cool fall day through a freezing winter day. The Omni Heat material perfectly insulates in any cool to cold conditions. Love the new color choices as well. I branched out from my usual black and chose the merlot this time. I am 5'10" and the length is perfect at thigh length. One thing I do prefer in the previous version of the coat was that the hood is not lined with the Omni Heat material but with faux fur. It's not enough to lower the rating of the coat though.The coat also runs small. Order up one size from what you usually wear.

Helped my mom order this coat as a in between fall and winter coat. She needed something warmer but not as warm as her full length insulated coat. The fit is flattering and the navy color is beautiful!

WOW! This coat is just fabulous. The fabric is exceptional. The hood inside is soooo soft. I am 5'6 and it comes just about the knees, which is perfect. Two way zip is great. The zipper on the top does not scratch you, as there is material, making it nice and soft around the neck. The holes for the thumb is so nice! I am 160 lbs and 5'6. The large is a super fit. You will not go wrong. I am ordering another one in a different color. I got the white and it is beautiful.

From reading other reviews I chose to go up one size (I'm usually a medium and ordered a large). It fits great with room for layering. It's very lightweight, but warm. However, I have only tried it in 40 degree temps. I'm not sure how warm it will be below that for long periods of time, but I'm in the PNW so it should be good for most fall and winter. I'm 5'3" and it didn't seem too overly long even with a size large, but it does go to just above my knees.

I bought this coat in an XL though I typically wear a M/L as I decided this would be the perfect coat during my pregnancy. I definitely have room to grow and while it looks a bit dowdy as it's still a bit too big, it's lightweight while still being warm for Boston's early winter. If buying this coat normal, I would buy a large because I like to have a layer underneath. If you don't anticipate wanting to layer then a medium would likely work.

It's very flattering. Very warm too. But I would say for extreme cold days like -30s in Minnesota, it would be a little too light. Unless you wear good layers underneath. Otherwise it provides great warmth and protects from wind too. It's very lightweight too which I wanted. Two way zipper is a great plus. Hood looks nice too even when worn. Highly recommended

Great jacket. Originally had black but wanted another option so went back to buy this color. Super cute for the colder seasons.
