everyday city wear in cold and freezing weather

For years I've been buying a new coat every winter trying to find that ONE that would replace them all, well... the search is finally over! This triclimate coat is the only one I'll ever need again. The shell is perfect for the upcoming fall season of rain and wind as the chill starts to develop, the liner on its own is perfect for that time up to thanksgiving with maybe a thin long sleeve shirt underneath and by the time December comes around it'll be time to combine these remarkable solo jackets into the Glass slipper of winter coats! This coat is heavy so you know you got your money's worth without compromising movement and also being waterproof rain nor snow is an issue then being windproof to seal in that warmth and the best feature with the pit zippers making it breathable I'm geared up for anything this winter throws at me! North fave definitely hit a home run with the coat! Style, function, versatility, and quality is what makes the north face my top tier brand when it comes to clothing.

I am waiting until winter to use this product but. once I tried it on, I could tell that it fit me really well and looked good on me. I could also tell that it was very warm.

Very warm jacket with the two layers. I love the fact you can unzip the down jacket and wear either one on their own. Could use more inner pockets but great overall.

It's a fantastic, high-quality coat, but unfortunately it was a little too snug to wear with layers under it.

I use this product in the state of Minnesota where the temperature can get below -20F. Battle tested and approved.

Very lightweight and warm. I was looking for a jacket that would do a better job of keeping me warm and I found it. This jacket is comfortable and keeps me warm. I love in Texas so we don't get the -20 degree temps but we do get wind chills down to zero degrees and this jacket does the trick.

Great high quality jacket, very warm in 20-30 degrees weather in Texas. Ample wind and rain protection, a nice modern fit.

I can use ether jacket or as set depending on how cold or wet it is.

Great coat

When searching for a heavy winter coat, I read about fill, down numbers, and all kinds of things except the most important: how warm is the coat? This coat is really, really warm! I have used it in 20 degree weather over a dress shirt, and even with strong wind, whatever the coat covered was warm, even when the wind whipped through jeans and long johns. This is a serious winter coat, and would recommend if you live someplace with regular temperatures below freezing. Really soft and comfortable shell material, and the liner works really well outside the shell as a stand alone medium warmth jacket.

I wear the inner lining almost everyday. It's a great color and very warm even below 30 degrees!

Great jacket for skiing. Keeps you warm and dry. Looks great. The 2 in 1 layers is great for handling different conditions. I had to order a size larger than normal. In my regular size, it felt a little too snug to layer up underneath on those really cold days. I had this for a week in Tahoe with some decent snows and it was perfect.

Great jacket, color combo looked better than I thought it would. Great for cold days, cold rainy days, or ski.
