We own many thermoball coats in our home with 4 females--they are so very comfortable-this is def our fav go to jacket and have in may colors-you can dress up or down-I've even gone for runs in mine-LOVE IT!!!!

I had my doubts about the warmth of this thin and stylish parka. I thought there was no way at all that such a flimsy piece of fabric could keep me warm, but it does! AND, it actually has a useful hood that fits properly and isn't just one more annoying and useless piece of fabric!

Love this parka! I was looking for a lightweight longer coat and this is perfect! Most of my North Face jackets are medium (I wear 8-10), so I ordered up according to other reviewers, and I'm glad I did. The waist cinches in on the inside, so it doesn't look boxy at all, and there is ample room to wear a thick sweater - although you wouldn't need one. The coat is warm, but not too hot, like my other North Face Parka, which I'll use during the really frigid Michigan winter days.

Very lightweight and warm.

I had planned a trip to Budapest and Vienna to see/shop the Christmas a Markets and I needed something that would be light weight to take on the plane but also warm because I would be a tourist all day. This really was everything I needed! It looked stylish and yet covered me almost to my knees. It was light, repelled rain and snow and kept me warm. Great choice!

I live in Chicago, where the winters can be harsh. This coat is warm but still lightweight, so I don't feel all bundled up.

I purchased this for my mother who lives in Montana and she loves it. She said it's the warmest coat and is totally lightweight. She even wore it to Texas when she came to visit us. She said even though it is much warmer in Texas she brought it to wear just because it is si comfortable!

I was looking for a warm down-free coat that would be dressy enough to wear to work. When I tried on this little gem, it was so lightweight and comfortable that it almost felt like wearing no coat at all. I live in Minnesota and decided to test it against the cold climate. After a few weeks, I think I'm in love with this coat! At first, I called it my black lizard coat because the stitching and shininess were not something I'd usually select. But I quickly got used to the look. It holds up against frigid wind chills. I think this is the most comfortable coat I've ever worn. It's perfect for travel too, because it is not bulky and never wrinkles. It also looks stylish. I wear a petite medium in clothing and the size large fits me perfectly. I highly recommend this amazing coat!
