I receive Compliments everyday on this jacket it's warm and stylish for this hockey mom .

This jacket is great for walking around town in the winter. The jacket is long enough to keep everything warm. The only thing is the zippers on the pockets kind of get stuck when zipping them up and down. Also it hasn't been that cold yet in MD to test out (if it really keeps me warm). I was a little cold when I was in 40 degree weather in it, so it would probably not fly walking around in below freezing temperatures when I used to live in Colorado.

It is a good quality coat. warm and light weight. Hope it could be a bit more stylish.

Was a bit frustrated initially by the zippers on side pockets - they didn't move up/down smoothly. After looking closer, noticed that pockets are curved, so zipper needs to be pulled in a curved direction. A-ha! Problem solved....!

A nice jacket but not what I was expecting. The waist almost looks like it has a belt. I wanted a long jacket with some shape but the belt like middle was a little much and makes the bottom look like more of a A-line skirt. I returned the jacket for a different style long Northface jacket.

The coat fits great, feels comfortable. Hopefully will keep me warm enough for my first Chicago winter :)

I just got this coat a few weeks ago. I love the fit but wish it was just a little longer. I look forward to facing the winter weather with this coat.

Bought it for my daughter for college when it's winter and she has to walk long distance. Very warm and not too bulky.

This coat was exactly as I expected. It fits true to size - I'm a small but opted for a medium so that I could put sweaters etc underneath it, and it was a true medium. It looks and feels as described and is a good value option for winter weekends.

Living in the very cold Northeast, the parka is going to be a wonderful asset to my wardrobe. The quality is fantastic and what is even better is how very lightweight it is. I recently purchasd a fall jacket that is so warm and was anxious to order a winter parka. Your product is pretty hard to beat and would recommend these to anyone. I'm a customer for life.

I waited my whole life for this coat! I love it. It is warm and waterproof to shovel snow or walk our dogs and play with my kids. The only problem is the zipper. Sometimes it works and sometimes it sticks. I think a coat this expensive needs a better zipper.

Very cute parka and I love the style. It seems like it will be very warm for freezing temps. I was really looking forward to having it fit me when it arrived. I measured myself (twice) then looked at the size chart to make sure I'm getting the right size. According to the chart I would be a size large because of my chest size. Unfortunately I was swimming in it, the sleeves are too long, loose all over and the waste line sat lower on my torso. I'm 5'3" chest 40" waist 31" and 133 pounds for reference. Sadly will have to return and they are out of medium.

I am guessing the coat was at a cheap price due to it being a used item, I wish u knew it was used before purchasing. Coat came without tags and had food crumbs and coins in the pocket when I received it, which I felt wasn’t very sanitizing when purchasing from Zappos, if I am spending an amount of money on a coat, I at least expect it to be in somewhat new condition, unless I’m told otherwise.

Delighted that it was light weight and good length. I wanted it to cover my knees. Size memdium: The top part fit beautifully but the bottom was snug. I told the rep my hip size 41" and top size 34" with 31" waist. I could not wear a sweater with layer underneath. Color: taupe. Online it looked sort of brown which usually is what dark taupe is. It was dark olive green. The color was lovely. However it did not matter becuase of the fit. I am not giving up! I just returned the jacket &ordered 2 others also in medium. The rep on the phone was lovely and patient with me.

I returned because is like a black regular jacket same like the one that wear daily. Other wise is a regularly black jacket.

It didn't work out for me. well made, warm & light weight.. but weird fit. I'm 5'1" 115 lbs. ordered small. looks good on front (waist line makes me look cute) ..., but not on back or side view. waist line make hip huge!!!. wish they make waist line adjustable like other jacket.

Poofed in the middle. Otherwise, was warm and comfortable.

I absolutely love the look, fit and feel of this jacket. I am, however, so disappointed that the down is constantly escaping through the fabric to the point that little feathers are always floating around me and my vehicle's dash and console are always covered (I've had to leave a swiffer cloth in my vehicle to clean up the mess). So sad as I love my other North Face items.

I asked customer service if logo was same color as jacket BEFORE I purchased. She told me yes. After I received garment this was not true. I do not like the flash of the logo, it detracts for me from overall seamless look.

I bought this coat in the black & have notice that so many feathers have been flying out this coat. This coat was a lot of money for any feathers to he showing.

Had to size up, arms were too tight. Did not like the way it made my hips look, puffed out below the waist. Love North Face, this was not for me.

This is a great coat but North Face really needs to start offering petites. The sleeves of my size Small coat reach my knuckles and I'm 5'3" tall.
