Had this jacket for over a year and loved it. The jacket is super light weight and will provide the warmth of a heavy duty coat from Canada goose. However, if you plan to do sports with this jacket, it might be too hot for most Vancouver weather.

Bought this jacket in preparation for my Antarctica trip and brought it to Peru as an after thought and I am glad I did! This was definitely my most-used item in my pack and the item I was most complimented on. While hiking the Inca Trail it was perfect for the cool morning/evenings and folded up into a small pillow during the night! It was the perfect addition to my day pack for the chilly summits above the clouds. While not on the Inca Trail it was perfect for touring around Peru and o was glad I had it for every Instagram shot.

The Cerium is so versatile and practical. It fits true to size, packs up small and is the perfect blend of weight versus warmth. It pairs really well with my Beta AR and Gamma MX. I have a slightly long body but the Cerium is the perfect length. I like it so much that I own two of them!

This is a great tool to keep you warm. It's lightweight and fits snugly to keep the warmth in. Packs up into a small package for stowing away for changing weather. Overall, a great investment!

Bought this last winter to ski layers, but unfortunately sidelined myself with an injury. I've used this way more around town/hiking and have been very happy with the level of warmth. The color, Iliad, is stunning in person

I bought this jacket a few years ago and have worn in all 4 seasons. This jacket is has a great warmth to weight ratio and I have been personally been warm wearing it to around -15 Celsius. The jacket has a trim fit so it fits well underneath a shell.

I've had this jacket for at least 5 years. I've worn it backcountry skiing, around town, took it to Spain for a month climbing trip in January. It is hands down my favorite jacket for the warmth to size ratio. I'm 5'1" and 115 lbs and an xs fits perfectly. I do have an older model and I think current sizing is a bit different. I think they made the newer model longer which I don't actually prefer.

I bought this a few years ago and am incredibly happy with this purchase. This jacket packs so small, so light, and it's so very warm during the coldest winter months. I've taken this on many expeditions out in the backcountry, while also using it as a daily driver around town. Would buy this again in a snap.

I bought this a month ago and so glad I did. It's a beautiful jacket and the colour is perfect. I can't wait to wear it on the slopes.

I got this jacket a couple weeks ago. I was finally able to use it in some cold weather in the mountains. It is my first down coat and I was pretty amazed how warm it was. It also comes with a little bag you pack it into, couldn't believe how small it can pack.

This is a super light hoody. Around 300 grams and one of my favourite late spring and early fall travel companion. I can pack it in a small stuff sack the size of 3 golf balls. I primarily use it as my post swim or run jacket, during hikes and wear it around the neighborhood and city. I love the Arcteryx colors and my cerium LT is KINETIC. you'll definitely love it.

This is my #1 Arc'teryx staple. I don't know how it breathes under a ski jacket but it does and I love it. I pretty much wear this all ski season for any day below -5 and it keeps me warm but once I start warming up I never overheat. It is also summer staple for camping. Packs up super small and is always warm for alpine environments.

Bought at the start of the year and worn almost every day since... West of Scotland winter weather is cold (-5 oC regularly in Jan-Feb), wet and windy - this has performed very well indeed. Withstands damp impressively well, and in fact the shell fabric has not allowed the down to get wet even in frequent light showers. I have put two small holes in the fabric without much effort, but it is 'lightweight' after all. This does not bother me, but if you are rough with kit, it may affect your decision.
Jacket is significantly warmer than my previous 800-fill one (this is 850).
I am 6'1" and 86Kg, large is perfect, sleeve length is long as it should be and the tail does a good job of trapping the heat as it is longer than other brands of similar for the size (Rab and Patagonia).
If it had a wired or shaped peak hood it would be perfect, as there is nothing to protect the face when walking into the weather, or from spindrift when it's under a helmet... but that is the only criticism I have.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and like that it's light enough to use as a layer under a raincoat as well as on its own for cooler spring or fall days. While I don't typically like hoods, this one stays on and is very useful during heavy rain under the raincoat.
Fits a little snug in the chest and I sized up.

I bought the men's jacket instead of the women's for two reasons. First, the color selection for the women didn't suit me, and I didn't want yet another black jacket. Second, at some point Arc'teryx changed their sizing. My old Atom LT is a women's medium and fits perfect. Perfect. The women's Cerium LT in a medium was difficult to zip up across the chest (Note to Arc'teryx: not all athletic women have flat chests), and the large was way too big everywhere else. (I tried on a new Atom LT and had the same sizing problem.) The men's small is bigger in the chest than the women's medium, and it comes in cobalt moon (dark blue), or the intriguing labyrinth (sort of blue or sort of green depending on the lighting). Both of those colors are awesome, but I chose the cobalt moon. I'm 5'3" and 125 lbs and the men's small fits good everywhere except the hips, where it's a little tight. I wore my Cerium with a Beta LT shell a couple weeks ago for our Rim to River hike in the Grand Canyon. It was 27 degrees and very windy and I was not cold, and I live in Phoenix so I get cold easily. The jacket weighs almost nothing and packs up very small, which was important for such a long hike. My only concern with this jacket is its durability. The outer fabric feels very thin and I worry about brushing against something and tearing it. Also, I would be willing to wear/carry an extra ounce for a better zipper. The main zipper feels fiddly and weak and I would prefer something more substantial. Overall, the jacket looks good, feels good, keeps me warm, and I have no buyer's remorse over the cost.

Purchased a month ago, and have worn it every day. Much warmer and better made than my previous down jacket. Feels very well made, and looks good for technical use of day to day.

I treated myself to this coat this winter and man, am I grateful I did. Love the color and love the fit. Incredible warmth for such a lightweight jacket. I did have to size up to a large. I'm 5'8" tall and 175 pounds. I have an Atom SL Hoody and that fits perfect in a Medium. When I tried on the Cerium Hoody in a Medium I had a tough time being able to zipper it up so I went with a large. Sleeve length is fine and I have a little room to layer. What a great jacket in cold weather. As mentioned, the warmth to weight ratio is excellent. It's nice you don't need bulk to stay warm.

I have been using this to start off on a cold day hike many times now during this winter. It kept me warm when I needed it. Once I started to warm up, I can pack it away in my pack easily. Pretty light for what it can do.

Warm mid-layer Jacket that is perfect under a Shell in cool to cold temperatures. Packs well for when only Shell is required for high output activities like skiing up the track. Also my go to for dry cool windy days in early spring or late fall. My only complaint is the ease of ripping the fabric on sharp objects. Nothing my sewing machine couldn't fix but that's the price for this awesome light but warm cozy jacket.

Incredible thermal power: despite its slim-fit design it keeps you incredibly warm compared to similar products of other brands. The color palette is very particular and nice. The little bag in the internal pocket allows you to store it into a very small volume, making it very easy to carry it around!

I bought this jacket for myself for Christmas. It's extremely warm through rain and snow. ITs also very lightweight, more so than others on the market. And it folds up into its own pocket for travel.
