This is my second pair of Addiction 13. I wore the Addiction 12 until they were replaced by these. I love the support of these shoes as I'm on my feet all day. I wear them everyday as well.

Excellent! Good width and support for overpronation

First time that i order a Brooks shoes, recommended by site sale support, because my favorite Asics Kayano ( 16 Size ) was not in stock anymore in my size. the Brooks felt a little too small, like a half size smaller, that asics. but i have a taller big toes that a second toe.

Great fit, very comfortable and supportive. I bought them for my son and he loves these shoes. So thankful I found Zappos, 13 2E is a very difficult size to find in the stores. The style and color also goes with multiple t shirts and and athletic shorts, which is his everyday attire.

Very well made good looking shoe with comfort to top it off!

These are the only shoes my husband will wear. I wish they came in different colors for the larger sizes such as 11 4E. He has been a Brooks wearer for about 5 or 6 years now. We only buy from Zappos as they always have his size and so easy to return if they if don't fit. No searching and searching stores to find the size that fits him. Thanks Zappos for always being our go to place for shoes!!

I am a fan of Brooks so I know they fit small. My size 11 is 12-1/2 with Brooks. My podiatrist recommended these shoes. Great support.

I always bought The Beast from Brooks, but I thought I try something different this time and I'm glad I did .The Addiction 13 are the most comfortable shoes I have had in a long time and the style is great.

Zappos was very good about processing my return order, which I did because the first pair felt a half size too small. This new pair feels great. These Brooks Addiction 13 shoes have more cushion than my previous pair, which were addiction 11. I do like the style of the addiction 11 better, however. These seem much more plain & more dark in color. I wear orthotics, and I'm hoping the added cushion will not result in a reduced useful life span for the shoe.

I have decided to give this sneaker a try since I have read others mention that Brooks is a good shoe for gout sufferers due to the fact that the toe box is wide. I have ordered it in my usual footwear size which turned out to be way too small. I had to exchange it for a full size bigger. Using an online chat, the exchange was super easy - the chat was at 7pm and the replacement arrived the next day in the afternoon. So far I have worn the pair for one day and I am happy with the purchase - the gout pain I had felt while wearing my Nike sneakers, I did not feel with Brooks.

So I wore my new shoes to work today: when I got home, I took off my shoes and my socks, and my feet didn't do the normal "twitch/constrict like crazy so bad that it makes my stomach turn from the awkward pain related convulsions" that I have grown accustomed to

Very comfortable. These are my 2d Addiction purchase. Last year’s shoes served me well but have worn out. I used to wear Beasts and the Addictions are a little lighter.

Have worn other Brooks athletic shoes and wanted to stay with one of the "older" styles. But, time takes it toll and old styles go the route of the dinosaurs. Because of the overpronation mention I went with the Addiction 13. Was certainly glad I did. Another reviewer mentioned that they were TOO soft and some wrote that the fit was either too wide or too narrow for the sizing. Sorry guys, they fit my 13B foot great and they are getting better by the day. Thanks Zappos.

My son wears an 11 4E (extra wide). These Brooks are comfortable and provide great cushioning for comfort. My son tells me they make his feet "happy.'

thats my second pair, I have gout and standing and driving for long hours was killing my feet with regular sneakers till I was given a prescriotion for this shoes and oh what a difference it made, I was able to complete my days with way more comfort and way less pain, its truly worth every penny

I was looking for a replacement for GEl Walkers Assics, which are now in very limited sizes. I like my walking and wear-around sneakers in all blac, and with plenty of cushioning because knees. This fills the bill. I also tried the Brooks Adrenaline, but preferred the Addiction for the additional support and because it is not ALL fabric. I do like and want some substantial fabric weave for cooling in SOCAL. I also tried the New Balance 990, which is pricier. I like them too. I sent back some other NBs, as they had too little fabric. I dont consider sneakers that are black but with light colored soles. These Addiction 13s are super supportive, fit well, lace nicely, and really are limousines for the feet.

i bought one pr of addiction 12 and glycerin 14 last yr. at the end of the season, i bought 2 more pair of addiction 12 on sale and save them until a yr was up wearing the other 2 pair. i tried on the new pair and was amazed the arch had held up on the old ones. i could barely tell the difference between the fit and arch of the new one and old one. i switch out shoes every other time for work and stand on my feet all day 4 days a week. i live and work in brooks addiction line

Looks and feels great!

I am kind of between sizes normally, however, the first pair I tried were unusually tight even with thin socks. Half a size and one width up to 11EE are a pretty good fit. I did a 4 mile hike right away with no problems.

Great shoe very comfy. Fit true to size. The Addiction 12 was a better shoe.

Had to return as they run a half size too small. I originally ordered 10.5, but has to return for the 11's which fit perfect
