Like another reviewer I’ve ordered this Glycerin shoe year after year and all of a sudden with this new series my toes are jamming up toward the front of the shoe- so weird! Will try a half size up but don’t understand how they break the mold on a successful shoe like this!!

These shoes are great, but unfortunately I have just bought these and they have already started to separate at the toe. It is obviously a design flaw. The fabric on the top of the shoe at the toe point has stared to separate from the toe rubber. There is a small hole already there. It's like the fabric was cut too short and there was not enough to properly adhere it to the toe rubber to prevent the separation. I noticed it on the last pair I bought, but thought it was b/c they were a year old. These shoes cost too much money for anything to be wrong with them after an extended period of time. I don't even wear them everyday, nor do I run in them. I own them simply for the comfort. I would like these shoes replaced.

I’ve been wearing Brooks for years, and these are my third pair of Glycerin. They run about 1/2 size small, and I have wide feet so am happy they come in widths. I put a lot of miles on my shoes, 20-30/week, and the tread was worn off within a month. That was disappointing considering the price.

I’ve been a die-hard Glycerine wearer of so many generations of this shoe for years. No shoe seemed to address my high arch and significant supination as ably. However, much to my disappointment, my first run in the 15s felt too narrow. After fiddling with the laces and changing into thinner socks, and hopefully a bit more wear, it seems I’ll be able to make them work. However, out of the box - and as other reviewers have pointed out - the new design is a not up to par with previous generations. With that said, the cushion and arch support are excellent.

A little narrower through the toe than my previous Brooks...didn't care for this fit.

I loved Glycerin since the 13 model; however, in the 14 (which I had 2 pairs of), my feet kept getting cold. After a time, I looked into the shoe--under the insert--with a flashlight and discovered a small round hole in the footbed of the first shoe and a short slit in the second. For awhile I thought it was a deliberate design. So, I tried a 15 model but looked in the shoe before purchasing it: again a flaw, not a slit or hole at this point, but a flaw. I didn't buy it. Some time passed, and I missed those 13 models and gave Brooks another chance. Bad mistake: there in the same place on the left shoe is a piece of material sticking up; the right shoe was fine, so I guess the flaw is sporadic. It is a pretty shoe though. Regardless, I'm returning the shoe and looking for a different company who produces wide running shoes for women.

I wanted to like these shoes, but after wearing them for half-an-hour, my arch started hurting. Otherwise, very comfortable shoes and available in fun colors.

Sizing is way off here. I am currently on the 4th pair of this shoe (ordered) to finally get a good fit. I had the Ghost 9 by this maker and had no problem with sizing, in the Ghost 9 I as able to wear my true size which is an 8 1/2 W. On this shoe both the 8 1/2 W, and 9 W were too tight. I have just ordered the 9 1/2 W and hope this size will fit. I don't know what the manufacturer did in regards to sizing between the Ghost 9 and this shoe, but from the other reviews that I have read I can see that the sizing is way off here!

So so comfortable and I love them BUT...less than 3 months later they have a hole in the toe and the stitching is coming undone in the toes of both shoes. These were pricy shoes for that to happen. Thankfully Zappos is sending a replacement pair. Hope this one lasts.

Seemed to run large compared to other Brooks shoes I have worn in the past. The white on the sole of the shoe made it appear really large. Don't like to overall look. Maybe it would look different if the main part of the shoe was a lighter color.

Runs too short. Everything else feels great and I am a true 9 1/2 and this is the only shoe I ever had where my toes hit the end.

Shoe runs at least one half size too small. My toes rubbed right up against the end of the shoe with no sock. Moderate arch support at best but I have a high arch so there is that. Quality is nice and the shoe is comfortable, just too short. I wear 8N in dress shoes and 8.5N in athletic shoes. Returning and will replace with Brooks Adrenaline.

I always wear Brooks but I have ordered these in 11 N and 11 1/2 narrow and I just can't get a good fit on my foot. The arch doesn't feel like it's hitting where it should. Sadly returning them both.

I always wear an 8...but I actually had to return the 8s in these shoes and order the 8.5. They fit much better. My toes are squished.

The sneakers are nice, comfortable; but alas a half size too short.

These shoes ran much smaller in length than the past versions of the Glycerin.

I had purchased this shoe in past and loved everything about it. But for a while I thought the colors were too bold. I liked this gray/silver color (more subtle, especially since I'm a size 11) These are very stiff and since they run small with not much toe room they are unacceptable.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They were much cuter in person than the picture, and had good support and good cushioning. However, the toe box was way too narrow (I ordered a wide) and they felt at least a half-size too short, if not a full size. I was disappointed. I’ve noticed this same trend with a lot of the Brooks I’ve tried recently, and I’ve worn Brooks for years!

This version of the Glycerin was over cushioned in my opinion. I owned the 2 previous versions and liked them better. Toe really points up and feels weird. Sizing also ran small. I am going to try Brooks Ghost 10 instead as I really like Brooks for running shoes.

I've always worn a size 10 in Glycerin but I need an 11 in this shoe. The toe box is also more narrow than past models. Please quit messing around with the sizes.

Feels cheap and not at all comfortable like my old glycerins. This Size 6.5 W has my big toe touching at the end and its stiff and tight across the toe area. Very disappointed! Will return.

Liked the look of the shoe and have worn Ghost 10 in a size 9 narrow, one size up from my normal shoe size. This shoe fits size and 1/2 up in length which makes the narrow too wide. Unfortunate.

So disappointed. I have trained and ran marathons in my glycerines. They were the best shoes. So boring, I always ordered glycerine, same size, style, color. My 14s are well past their prime and I had to stop running until I got new shoes. I opened my Zappos box put on my new shoes. They felt small to me. My husband checked too. My big toe was touching the front of the shoe. I usually wear size 6, 6.5 or 7 in all my shoes but always sized a half size up for running shoes. The toe box is short and narrow. I couldn’t decide how uncomfortable they were but honestly for as much as they cost, they need to be pretty comfortable for me to keep them. I will be returning these. Let the great running shoe search begin!

I have been a loyal Glycerin customer until now. The 15 is a much cheaper made shoe. The mesh is too stretchy and the outside of the shoe does not have enough structure to hold my foot in place. The insole of the shoe is shaped so that my foot slides forward, and even though the sneaker is the correct length, I found my toe pushing through the front of the sneaker. I really do not like sending this shoe back, but it was a horrible fit, so off it goes. It looks nice, but can't get in miles just looking pretty.

After probably 8 years of wearing the Glycerin, I have to break up with them. Toe box is not what I am accustomed to. Too short. I wear custom orthotics and these have always been a great shoe for me, but not this version. This is a fail. Luckily I was able to track down a pair of 14s. Not sure what I'll do in a few months when I am ready to buy again. :-(
