I took a chance and ordered my regular size despite the reviews because this has worked out for me in the past. But unfortunately this time they were truly too small and I needed a 1/2 size bigger. Customer service was wonderful and the return was easy. Other than the sizing issue they seem comfortable and I have had good luck with Brooks in the past.

I'm usually a 9 in Brooks (including my last pair of Glycerin 14) and these seem to run a half size smaller than my previous pairs of Brooks. Once I got the 9.5 (customer service was great with making the exchange!) they were great right out of the box.

I have totally all the Brooks Glycerine but this Glycerine 15 has the best width but is running small. I normally wear size 7 with a thick sock but this you have to wear a thinner sock. I agree with the other reviews, let the consumer choose and buy what best fit them and not the makers of the shoes change what is currently working. This is not selling well, make more colors and leave the design for the consumer. I will keep this shoes because as I said I can make it work with thinner sock but this is not the best production that Brooks did.

I really like this shoe. It fits good and it is very comfortable. It has good arch support. I have a lot of pain in my feet and these shoes minimize it, even after taking my 2 mile walks. They are very cushioned. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I felt they broke down a little sooner than they should have.

I have very high insteps and tend to supinate, so it is very difficult to find that perfect shoe. The Glycerin is close. It is one of the most cushioned shoes I've ever thrown on my feet, but all that cushion almost feels sloppy--like there is no support, and my feet are sloshing around in the wider-feeling shoe. I typically wear a 7M in athletic shoes, and this one is no different (size 6 or 6 1/2 in street shoes, NEVER a 7, so go at least 1/2 size up from your street wear size). I debated keeping these, but to be honest, the Ghosts I purchased at the same time fit my foot like a glove. If your foot tends to run wide, and you like a highly cushioned neutral shoe, this is the one for you.

For quite some time, Brooks Glycerins were all I wore. They were perfect for my wide, finicky feet. After a redesign, however, I found that they no longer worked for me, and I've been searching for the perfect running shoe ever since. The Glycerin 15 is closer to the model I loved but isn't quite there. I normally wear a 7 wide, and in this shoe I needed a 7.5 wide. The toe box is nice and roomy, and the foot bed is soft but not squishy. I do wish there was a bit more arch support, though. What caused me to return them was a problem with the heel of the right shoe. There was a point causing an uncomfortable (and eventually painful) pressure on the bottom of my foot. The left shoe was fine, so I'm sure it was just a problem with that particular shoe.

Very cushy and comfortable shoe. I am not a runner, but wear running shoes most the time due to previous injuries. I need support, cushion and stability. These were great, but not stable enough for me.

Like many other reviewers, I'm having to wear a half size up in the new Glyerin 15s. I have a very narrow foot, wear 6.5/7 in regular shoes, and have worn an 8 in Glyerin & Ghosts since I switched to Brooks from Asics about 6 years ago. I tried both the 8 and 8.5 narrow in these new Glyerins and the toes of my left foot hit the end of the 8s when I walk. The rest of the shoe feels a little better in the 8 for some reason, but I can't ignore my toes hitting the end. Guess I'll stick with the 8.5. Fortunately, I like the evening blue/purple/teal color because that's the only choice in narrow. I wanted the new Ghosts, too, but those colors are boring & they only offer the worst color in narrow.

First time trying Brooks (usually wear Saucony) and was slightly disappointed. The biggest problem for me was the narrowing of the toe box towards the end of the shoe. Very uncomfortable on the side of my big toe. Actually ended up with the Mizuno Wave Riders.

This would have been my 4th pair of glycerin. I’ve worn the same size for years...until now. Too small..whaaa? Too short. Do I size up? Or are they just not for me anymore. I’ll be returning these and going into my local running shoe store to try on the new version. So bummed!!

Width felt good, I have narrow feet, but they run quite short. I need maximum cushioning under the ball of my foot. Was hoping that these would have that, but they don't, plus the formation of the footbed under the toes and ball was wrong for my foot. Had to return.

I have 4 pairs of Ghost 10 and thought I would try the Glycerin 15 since they were now on sale. Ordered same size as Ghost 10, and the Glycerin 15 feels shorter in length, as well as in toe box area despite ordering the shoe in a wide width. I am willing to try a 1/2 size up in the 15's before giving up since I do not care for any of the current color combinations offered in Glycerin 16.

As other reviewers have said, these shoes are short. This is my fourth pair of Brooks, and this is the first pair for which I've had to size up a half-size. Otherwise, great shoes.

Seemed to be a barlike custion under the ball of my foot that hurt after walking just a short distance. I wear a medium width and felt wider and a little larger than a 5.5. Need to return.

I’ve owned numerous glycerin shoes from books. The version 15 is a half size smaller than the previous versions. I had 2 black toenails after my long run in these. Definitely go up a half size!

This had been my go to shoe for years; buying a couple of pairs each year until Glycerin 15 this shoe fits short and stubby. I totally agree with all of the reviews that say this. Why did Brooks change this shoe? Too bad. Back to the drawing board. Also, by far the super popular look is a black/gray mesh shoe with leggings to wear out and about. Why can't Brooks get this look down? I don't want to buy Nike to get the look :-(((

Good cushioning, but too wide and bouncy, with too high of a rise in the toe area, making them too short. I tried in 11 N and 10.5 N, but both were too short, with the 11 also being too wide. Go figure. Also, need more over-pronation control.

A bit narrow in the ball of your foot. I was looking for a substitute for the Transcend model (as it was completely out of stock everywhere). I never had a problem with width in Transcend, but did feel it after a couple of miles moderate treadmill walking in these. Not as soft a cushion-y feeling as those either. This may be a pro or con depending on your exercise preferences. The big toe of my dominant foot, rubbed up against the top/front of shoe. I did buy a 1/2 size up as usual...so, overall, a bit on the small side and not a great amount of cushion or arch support.

Loved the shoe, the style and construction however, the fit was not even close to accurate. I purchased an 11M which is the same size I wear in Asics, Clarks, Sketchers and Rockport. I will return and order a 1/2 size larger and hope that resolves the problem which was that circulation to my toes was completely cut off in the 1st 1/2 mile of my run, ended up limping home.
