I hope the makers of Brooks sneaker are reading this! I am so disappointed that my go-to sneaker brand and style now feels stubby and far too short. This is why I switched from NEw Balance to Brooks. When you "upgrade" the style (i.e., number, do not switch the length, which is the #1 reason for buying a shoe-proper fit and comfort. Also, just because my feet are alarmingly big for a woman doesn't mean I want only 1 color choice. Go Back to the 14 model, 15 is terrible.

These Brooks don't disappoint! They are very padded and feel like your walking on clouds. They are definitely for someone who wants a lot of squish when their foot lands. Would be great for running on hard surfaces. The colors are same as pictured. I've received several compliments on them. You can use them for both running and style.

These shoes are absolutely great out of the box. I have had the gylcerin's before and these are over the top. I ordered true to size, 7.5 and in a wide. I love the toe bed and the feeling on walking on air. I don't use these for running but I do use them for speed walking. The support on the ball of the foot is like walking on a cloud. These shoes are the most comfortable, cushy shoes I have ever worn and still giving me the support I need. This is a shoe that gives stability and comfort. I love this shoe and don't have one negative thing to say about it.

These are amazing sneakers! I'd been wearing Asics Gel-Cumulus and Nimbus for the past 5 years, but read that the new iterations were running a half size short and were narrow in the toe box. I do not have wide feet, but I need a wide running shoe because of bunions and also to accommodate orthotics because of plantar fasciitis. These sneakers are hands down the most comfortable I've ever worn right out of the box. In doing my research I also learned that the Brooks Ghost 10 is rated very high, so I bought those too, and they are also extremely comfortable and supportive.

First pair of Brooks, I've been wearing new balances for several years. I have a high arch and wear a 9.5 Wide. I felt they are true to size with good arch support. I put them on and wore them to the gym an hour later. Fit perfectly, didn't have to break them in. These were recommended by my PT to help with my planters fasciitis. They are very comfortable. Looking forward to putting miles on them!

Seem to run a half size smaller than the Glycerin 14. Overall very comfortable and versatile. Color looked to be black in the picture but is actually navy.

Nice looking shoe, but the toe area is very narrow and the toe box is low. Uncomfortable.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks Ghost 10 has a much wider toe and higher toe box.

Great fit and good support. After trying several running shoes in wide widths, I settled on the Glycerin 15 and another shoe by Hoka as the two I wanted to keep. I have neuroma pain in both feet, and it's hard to find supportive shoes that also provide sufficient padding to prevent or limit pain when I'm walking. These Brooks runners are a top choice for me, although I must say they aren't as padded in the footbed as I thought they'd be, given that they are listed as offering the greatest amount of cushioning in athletic shoes. They do lace up to provide a snug and secure feeling and, although (thankfully) they look sleeker than many wide models, they do afford plenty of room in the toe box.

This is an addendum of my recent review. I finally figured out what is weird with this expensive runner - the heel to toe ratio. It really makes you feel like you're sliding down to your toes as you step. Plus, it just doesn't have enough consistent cush in the meditarsal area. I've gone to the Brooks trail shoe, Caldera 2, which has lots more lovely cushion all throughout the insole, plus just a perfect arch. Fits like a glove, and I have very fussy feet with high arches. This Glycerin is just too expensive for what you get.

STILL LOVE THIS SNEAKER! Been buying for years because of the great combination of feeling secure and stable in a very light sneaker. I primarily walk on hard surfaces. "Walking on pillows" is a common and accurate description. I did have to go up a half size in this version. My foot tends to "fall out" in the heel and this keeps it well supported.

Incredibly comfortable shoes! Very cushiony. Take heed of others reviews: I always take a 9 W in athletic shoes. It was comfortable at first, but honestly, too short. Hard to tell at the beginning because the cushion factor made them so comfy. I returned and ordered a 9.5 wide, which I have never had to to with any other shoe. It fits perfect! And the mesh provides comfort to my bunions. Love love this shoe!

This shoe runs a little bit short. I've always worn a 10W in Brooks which fit perfectly. My toe seemed to hit the shoe in a way it never has before so I went up 1/2 size. The shoe itself is great so I still rated it 5 stars.

Brooks was recommended to me by an avid athlete who also overpronates, a problem I dealt with as a runner and now as I do intensive workouts involving jumps, lunges and running in place. These (Glycerin 15) shoes are terrific - no break-in period and no issues with my feet or knees bothering me. I'm on my second pair and have two more in inventory just in case I don't like the replacements Brooks has produced. I did go up a half size from my normal workout/running shoe size (from 9.5 to 10) but wear two pairs of socks with them for extra cushioning.

This is my third pair in the wide for my bunions--size 10 1/2 and use my orthotics. Love them and have one for working outside, one for good and one for back-up.

After wearing Asics running shoes for years, I needed a change. The backs kept wearing through with big holes so I researched another brand that would work for me. I run on pavement, about 15-20 miles per week. The Brooks were comfortable right out of the box and are very cushioned, both in the sole and around the ankle. I had no breaking in period and think I’ve found my new brand.

The only running shoe I have purchased, over the past ten years is the ASICS gel nimbus. This year I decided to do a little research to see if there was something better. The Brooks Glycerin is AMAZING! There is no comparison. I have bunions on both of my feet, near my big toe. For years, I have taped my feet with moleskin to protect those areas. I have been running for two weeks now, in my Brooks. Never once have I had to tape my feet. I will never buy anything else!

Love everything about these shoes! I have worn Brooks for years, but these are my all-time favorites. The colors are great...colorful, but not obnoxious. I actually bought a second identical pair to have on hand when these have run their course.

I absolutely love Brooks Glycerin shoes. I've had several surgeries on my feet, and these shoes are cushioned enough that my feet don't hurt after walking in them. I highly recommend these shoes!
