I’m trying these for the first time. ASICS is a brand that I’ve worn before - it rotates in and out of my mix with Saucony mostly, sometimes Reebok. My feet keep growing and I couldn’t find a pair of Saucony running shoes the fit (their sizing seems all over the map right now, within and across styles, and all ran too tight and small for me) so I’m trying these. So far, so good, tho I haven’t used them a lot yet. They seem like they’ll have good support and traction. I tried multiple colors and stuck with the Carbon/lime: merely personal preference. I excited to try them more...

Good basic trail shoe. I actually enjoy these at the gym for my workouts. They don’t slip around and provide good support and grip. Good for walking neighborhoods and trails with older roads, potholes, etc.

I wear a 9W and these felt true to size. Enough room in the toe box which has been a problem with other Asics's models.

I have worn ASICS for years, always the same size. This shoe is comfortable through the midsole, but is so short in my usual size that my toes were all the way up against the front of the shoe. Also, there is a reinforced area on the top of the toe that pressed down uncomfortably on my toes. I'm unsure whether this would still be a problem if the shoe fit me properly.

I typically order asics a half size bigger but these came and they were huge! I sent them back and ordered my regular size and now they are a little narrow but I'm still going to keep them.

These were pretty snug. I had to send back. Not a bad shoe though.

I like this sneaker. It has moderate bounce. The ankle collar is thick... which for me, took some getting accustomed to feeling. Good price- good standard sneaker. Felt on half size short- feels really wide in tow box- lots of room for toes to splay out. Felt like less padding bounce cushion under ball of foot. Kept them- like them enough for sale price.

Felt narrow and tight. I don’t think Asics is for my shaped foot. I need stability and arch support and a lot of cushioning. I have wide, flat feet. These just felt very uncomfortable for me.

My wide toe and narrow heel will be happy hiking in these shoes. They felt right from the moment I put them on. I just wish the manufacturers didn't feel compelled to put bright colors on athletic shoes!

Very comfortable and stylish sneaker

I tend to agree with the reviews that suggest this shoe feels slightly large and is wider at the heel than other Asics. I put a Spenco insole in for extra support and the fit is good enough, so I kept them. They look great and even without the insert have good support. I usually wear a 7 to 7.5 in shoes, but in my past few pairs of Asics I have needed a size 8. When I compare this shoe to the Gel Venture 5, I can see that the Gel Venture 6 is just slightly larger. This shoe is a real bargain at the sale price, and I keep coming back to Asics because they are a superior shoe to all of the other popular brands I've tried (many of which were quite expensive but lacked quality).

I guess I’m a size 10.5 now, maybe feet flatten out as we age! These are comfy, would have liked more arch support but I guess you pay more for that. These are fine for wearing for a few hours but any more would require my danskos.

They are comfortable. There seems to be a lot of room in them and my feet seem to slide around in them. Something in these shoes material must be different than most shoes I buy because there is odor already occurring after less than a month. I don't have that issue unless I've had shoes for a long time.

It’s a good quality shoe, but I should have ordered a 1/2 size smaller.

The fit is very good. I had expected more cushioning. I have an old pair of Asics that seem to have more cushioning than these. I haven't used this new pair outdoors yet. I think they will be fine. Do you happen to know if there is another style of Asics that has more cushioning. Thank you.

These shoes are perfect in color, but feel a bit tight when worn with medium weight socks. For the left side, my big toe is right up against the front but the right side is fine. Eventually they will be broken in, but I cannot risk a long walk in them as yet. Until then they will be my gym shoes.

This is a comfortable, fairly stylish athletic shoe. It fits true to size and is easy to get used to. I think it will be perfectly suited to walking and use in the gym.

I've owned this shoe in a previous version - and ordered these knowing they'd likely fit and figured they'd be fine if nothing else I ordered worked out. I only wish they would design running shoes for women that were a little more aesthetically pleasing. These are fine, but I wish there were another color besides the neon pink in the accent areas. Regarding fit, I have a very high arch, and many running shoes I try on (mostly New Balance or Asics) have the arch too forward on the shoe for my feet. This one hits pretty much in the right spot, so though they aren't the most cushioned shoes, they'll probably be keepers.

I wear an 8 to 8 1/2 Wide and went with an 8 in these. I find them very comfortable and ample width and length with wool socks for the winter. It looks as if these will be another good value from Asics. As always Zappo's service is phenomenal!

These shoes would be a winner, especially at this price. For normal feet, they'd be great. I have high arches and plantar fasciitis--there is some, but not enough arch support for my foot.

I have a wide foot and the width on the wide shoe was perfect for me. The shoe itself is a bit stiff (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars) but it is comfortable right out of the box. The shoe gives a lot of support. I've been on the treadmill a few times with them and it feels like the right amount of support.

I like this sneaker a lot, it's one of the most comfortable sneakers I've ever had. I do think it runs slightly large, as I normally wear an 8 in sneakers but for these the 7.5 fit perfectly. My only (minor) complaint is that I got the black/pixel pink color, and in person it does not look pink at all. I was expecting a bright pink, but it is actually more of an orange-red color. Not a big deal, especially since that color is just the trim, but I think the name is a bit misleading, and had I seen them in person before purchasing, I probably would have chosen a different color combo. But overall I am very happy with these, and hope they hold up for a long time.
