These shoes are excellent at first. However, over after a couple months of use, they do tend to lose support and I can see where the shoes show my feet are now supinating and rolling out to the side. I have plantar fascitis and a heel bone spur and after a couple months of wear, my feet are killing me.

I tried four different Asics running shoes and these were the most comfortable. I have worn them running on a track and on a paved trail and they were fine on both. Some Asics gel shoes are too squishy for me, but these are about right. The look is cute. The laces have a tendency to come untied, though. And I wish they had the lace holes for ankle locking. On sale, good value for the price.

I have extremely high arches and I always use arch inserts with my shoes but these are super comfortable for me. They are currently my second pair and I will continue to buy these because they are a great value and they offer several design/color combinations.

Front to back and width felt good but cut into the outside park of my ankle on a pressure point.

Loving this shoe. I ordered the Carbon/mid grey/seashell pink in an 11.5 wide. They fit very well and provide a good deal of support. Actually made other sneakers feel flat after having tried these on. I walk about 2 miles daily in these with our pup and they are quite comfy. They did take a few days to get used to, as I have not worn sneakers regularly in years. The only drawback, is that I don't feel the laces are long enough. In order to be able to tie the shoes in a bow, I am not able to lace them all the way up, which I would prefer to do.

The new sneakers fit better than the 7 D Wide. Can also put a thicker sock into it.

size was a bit large I reordered 1/2 size smaller and it fits fine.

I so wanted these shoes. I tried the size 12M at Nordstrom's but I my toes were a bit squished, so decided to try Zap's for same size but D width. Very disappointed when I tried them on. They felt just like the M width and when held up against my New Balance (Avon shoe) 993 size 12D the toe area was narrower than the Asics. I need a rounded toe box and the Gel Venture 6 just didn't have it. Unfortunately I am returning the shoes. I might add that I have difficult feet, extremely sensitive toes and just generally miserable feet. It is aggravating to find the sizing among the brands so off standard. I spend a lot of money on shoes that all are lacking, but tolerable. For example I have a pair of Brooks size 13M which fit like an old pair of Asixs Gel size 12D and which I wear only on the gym floor in order to keep them good as long as possible because I love them. Then I have several New Balance ranging in size between 12W to 13M. My advice, if anybody is interested, would be to buy as many of the shoes that fit really well, so one has spares when one wears out. These manufacturers are completely unreliable because when they change specific models they are never the same fit that one is used to.

I got these to walk in. They are a comfortable shoe, great support. I normally walk 2 to 3 miles 4 to 5 times a week

My first pair of Asics! I bought these as a work shoe-as I am on my feet a lot. A little stiff out of the box, but not uncomfortable. After wearing them for a few hours they were fine. Decent cushioning in the toe box, but would have preferred a bit more. I will just add my gel inserts. They are well constructed, and were as pictured (I purchased the gray with pink). I typically wear between a 9.5 and 10 in shoes and almost always a 10 in athletic shoes. I went with the size 10 in these and was glad I did. They fit perfect with regular weight socks.

Great everyday shoe with good traction on dry and wet surfaces!

I liked the style and weight of the shoe and also the support but my left foot has a bunion that "bumped" up against the shoe. I felt that this may be a problem when walking/hiking for any length of time. Too bad - shoe came with a good recommendation.

I feel like the sneaker is a little small & therefore doesn't have enough room for toes to naturally spread out during a work out however they do help keep me from over-pronate so they are serving me well as a walking shoe.

Loved the look of these but they were about a half size larger than my feet. May be good for someone with a wider foot base. Awesome looking. It was also not as cushy as the Gel-contender 5. I opted for the 5 as I think it will cushion the run better. Will find out soon.

These are great, & the extra support really helps prevent me over pronation.

I am very happy with these shoes. I just need them for walking long distance so I am sure these fit the bill!! Needs a little more arch ! Worth buying

I purchased these shoes to use for long dog walks. They were comfortable right out of the box and seem to fit well. I ordered my exact size. They were not expensive, so my expectations weren’t terribly high. They will be fine for what I need.

The shoe is quite comfortable, except that the back tab comes up a little higher than my other shoes. But I am keeping the shoe because it really is comfortable. Thank you Zappos for helping me find the right shoe! You guys really are the best!
