wanted to share that in person the toe box is much rounder than it appeared to me online, wasn't what I was looking for and wanted to share with others

I do have problem feet and thought for sure this SAS shoe would be the answer but unfortunately not. They seemed tight especially in the toe are. They are made well but I have to return them. Thank goodness for Zappos for people who are hard to fit.

Very narrow for a WW shoe.

Very pretty and practical shoe, but too wide in heal for me.

I wear a 7 W and have a high instep. The cut of these shoes dug into my high instep so I had to return them. If you don't have a high instep, you will probably be happy with these shoes.

My search for a comfortable basic black pump will continue. I tried both W and WW in this, based on other reviews, but I found that the vamp on both sizes "bit" right into my bunion. Back they go.

Unlike flatter SAS shoes, these heels ran narrower than usual, and the Extra Wides were just not very wide. Nice leather, but zero arch support and heels felt wobbly.

So narrow! I don't have to wear a W but prefer it. I read these run narrow so I ordered a WW and they are so narrow I have to return them.

The medium was too big and the narrow was too tight.

The shoes are very nice looking. I normally wear a 10.5B. These shoes were very narrow. I tried them on when I received them in the afternoon. Then I tried them on in the morning to see if that made a difference. They were still too narrow. I felt the toes and they were long enough just not wide enough. I am sending them back but will order a different style and I'm sure I will be happy! Thanks Zappos for the great service. I'm going to have my next order shipped UPS. I had these shipped to the Post Office. The box was so beat up, you could not read the label. When I did not receive my shoes, I finally went to the desk and asked about the order. I told the postal person that I was expecting a package from Zappos. He said he thought he had seen it. He went in the back and came out with the Zappos box. You could not read my name of my PO Box at all. Also, there was no return paperwork in the box. If I had not checked on the order I guess they would eventually have been returned to Zappos. Oh well, better luck next time.
