I've been looking for a comfortable blue pump that's a little dressy. Can no longer wear heels like I used to (I'm 61). The kitten heel does look a little dated, but they are still classy looking. The leather is great quality and the color is nice.

I waited to try these on and walk around the house after I worked all day...still a bit narrow but great style and color! Wish they worked!!!

Wow-these shoes are so comfortable. Solid and sensible shoes.

These are my first SAS shoes. I don't like to spend this much on a pair of shoes but these were the most comfortable pumps I've tried and I've tried a lot of shoes. I usually order a 6.5 or 7 Wide but I read a number of reviews that said these ran narrow so I tried 6.5WW and they were perfect. The leather is soft but supportive. I might even get these in another color.

These pumps do not disappoint on comfort. This is the first pump I have worn after recovering from a broken ankle. Although it is a kitten heel, it feels great to be able to wear even a small heel without any discomfort. I’ve tried other shoes and they just are not as comfortable or sturdy as SAS. These glide on, are incredibly comfortable, and provide enormous support in the heel.

Nice shoes. Toe box is comfortable for my wide feet with bunions. Unfortunately, the heel slips off when I walked, and my big toes were pinched by the top of the shoe. Have to mention that packaging of this expensive shoes was rather poor, I was surprised.

Unfortunately, too tight for my worn out feet. For someone who can wear heels, these would feel like walking on air! SAS truly has outstanding workmanship.

IMHO these run very small. Really cute however.

Nice dress shoe that can be worn with a dress or nice slacks. These seem very comfortable.

Elaine in a size 10 does not allow enough room for my orthotic. Even without my orthotic, the shoe was tight around the edges. The Milano in a size 10 did allow room for my orthotic. I guess it's trial and error with SAS. I'd rate the shoe a 31/2 but that's not an option.

This has been a long journey to find some basic black pumps that fit my short, frog-shaped feet. Narrow heel, wide toes, high instep....just couldn't find anything that worked. Pair after pair went back because they pinched my forefoot and threatened to aggravate the Morton's Neuromas. I went through four sizes of the SAS Elaine (including repurchasing one size twice, because I'd forgotten I tried it. Oops. Sorry, Zappos). I typically wear a 6.5 - 7 W to WW; I have SAS loafers in a 7 WW that I have worn for years. I tried this shoe in a 7 W, a 7 WW, a 7.5 W and finally a 7.5 WW, which I am going to keep. It's a teeny bit long, but it is the only black dress pump I have put on my feet since I started looking in January that didn't actually hurt my toes. I don't think I'll be able to wear it for long periods of time, but for a special occasion that warrants a conservative dress shoe, I think I can make it work. Finally.

Ok, typically I wear a 6.5-7 W or WW. The first pair I tried was a 7 W. It was too snug through the toes, but I thought a 6.5 WW might work, so I tried that. Nope, too small. the third one was a 7 WW, which is still too narrow for my frog-like forefoot. I would try a 7.5 W, but they are out of stock. It is a cute shoe, and doesn't look terribly matronly, for a comfort shoe brand. I wish it had fit.

I usually love SAS and have a few pair of their shoes. However, these seems a bit small and even a bit narrow. The style is very classy, but my foot didn't look that classy in the shoes. The front part cuts across at an awkward area so my foot "poofed" in front and my small bunion, which usually loves SAS shoes, was uncomfortable. Really wanted these to fit

I ordered three similar pairs of shoes - one was too small, one was comically large, and this one was just right. It was also COMFORTABLE. Only one little problem, the right shoe made farting sounds when I walked or flexed my feet. So sad to be sending these back.

This is a well made shoe that is clearly attractive. I ordered a narrow size, however, and it was much wider than most narrow shoes. They will stay on my feet (for now) and I've already worn them, so I am not returning them. They're perfect for work (minus the width issue).

These are good looking shoes and they are comfortable as well.

The fit was true and very comfortable. I sometimes need a wide shoe and sometimes not. This wide fit well in that it made my toes comfortable without my heel slipping out. I returned the shoe because I have a prolapsed arch on one foot and the shoe didn't support that arch enough. It fit my "normal" foot quite well. The color is a navy with a bit of a green tinge to it so I didn't love the color. The heel has alot of flair to it and makes the shoe more sturdy.

The size felt right. The leather is soft and very comfortable. The shape of the heel gives stability unlike a "kitten" heel that feels unstable. I was a bit concerned that SAS was handing over production but nevertheless this shoe seems to maintain SAS quality. It's a good dress shoe if low heels are what you need.

Beautiful shoes but not good for high instep. Fit was snug

This is a very comfortable low-heeled pump. Very soft and flexible. Not high style, but I have a problem with one foot and this works.

These are comfortable pumps and pretty nice looking. The leather is very soft and they feel like they are made well. The sole is flexible and since I can no longer wear flats, they will work well. Fit a 2A foot well.

Loved this shoe, but the front toe are is cut higher than the black ones I bought and hurts where my foot bends; it also seems a bit smaller than the black ones.

Ok just not comfortable for me. I picked a different shoe that was better.

The right shoe fit but makes a sound while walking. The left shoe had to be stretched but still uncomfortable as it hurts the small toes.
