Love, love, love these sandals. I have painful feet and have invested in Wolky, Finn... neither of which feel great for me. I bought the SAS for a three-week trip to Europe and wore them everyday. Walked miles in them. Still don't want to take them off. They are super comfortable and are holding up very well. I hope I get another summer out of them. I ordered both wide and regular and kept the regulars. I have pretty wide feet but the regular was fine.

I love these sandals. I have been wearing them for many years. They are very comfortable - the foot bed is soft. The "relaxed" sandal is great for a wide foot and at least medium arch support. I wear a medium width in this sandal. I wear a wide in athletic shoes.

These sandals were a last resort for my short, wide, high-arched, narrow-heeled feet. I have exclusively worn Chacos in the summertime for the past few years, but recently I have wanted something more cushioned, as I do a lot of concrete surface walking. Tried some Birkenstock soft beds but after 40 minutes of wear I had some terrible new pain in my heels that made me unable to endure the famous "break-in period" I read about. Out-of-the-box comfortable, and not as dorky as I thought they'd look. Hopefully the comfort lasts as I put some miles on them. I wear a New Balance Wide size 7, a Chacos Wide 6 and the 6.5 SAS hit my arches at the right spot without a large amount of shoe out past my toes. Hopefully this review helps others under 60 who are at their wits end shoe-wise.

These sandals are completely awesome. No break in period; no sore feet at the end of the day. The adjustable straps mean you can fit each foot. I have wide feet with a bunion on one foot. I also need to wear a heel lift on one side (I attach it with velcro in sandals). I only needed a B in this SAS shoes though in other for fitted styles I am a WW. They are not the most stylish, but I got the all black and my chic 17 year old niece liked them ok, so they are a keeper.

Wish I had tried SAS sooner. I have a high instep across which a strap is uncomfortable; nevertheless, I need arch support. Some nerve injury due to pinched nerve is also a problem with a tendency for "drop foot." With these problems plus arthritis I was so pleased to find the SAS Relaxed sandal. Buckles solved the high instep fit. The back strap lifts and minimizes drop foot. The cushy and shock absorbing linings are like sliding your feet between silk sheets...so comfortable! As a result I ordered an additional style, Twin, which required wide since I wear thin socks in them. Thank you Zappos for the free shipping and return so I could get a perfect fit.

Love the shoe a little big

Loved this sandal as someone, with painful arthritis and bunions. BUT the very wide strap at the ankle digs into my ankle bone. Otherwise, this would be heaven. Love that you can adjust the strap across the toe box, So sad.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable and soft! I purchased Birkenstock, Mephisto and SAS in denim.... no comparison.... I was hesitant to order them because of the style, I thought they would look huge but actually was so pleasantly surprised! They look very cool with jeans, shorts and long dress/skirt. I am yet to try them outside but I am sure they will be super. They just mold into the feet. Thank you so much SAS, I have had so many shoes in my life and finally found comfortable ones. Please make more hip colors!

Very comfortable and attractive. Great for wide, problem feet.

I was able to wear these shoes right out of the box - no break in time. I have a narrow foot and often struggle to find shoes that fit without sliding, but these shoes worked. Not the most fashionable but are very comfortable. I would recommend them to a friend (especially if they have narrow feet!)

I have worn SAS Relax Sandals before in 6.5 M. These didn't fit, I need the W.

The shoes I kept are 7.5 normal width. I originally got the shoe in size 8 wide width, but sent them back. They were both too wide and too long, even though I usually wear 8 and in pointed toe shoes even sometimes 8.5. Well, my slightly wide feet with short toes swam (haha) in these beach-perfect sandals when I put on my “usual” size of 8 wide. The arch support is very good and the tread seems nonskid and safe. So I sent back previous and got these 7.5 not-wide. Woot woot they fit! My only complaint is that they are the ugliest shoes I currently own but I’m trying to accept these for the sake of conform and safety. Would never wear these any place stylish ie cruise ship dinner.

Ok I have slightly wide slightly flat somewhat puffy feet that are hard to fit. Sometimes wide is too wide - that’s almost the case here (used tightest holes in front and middle). Sometimes 8 is too long in the toes area - that’s the case here. Sometimes no arch support - not the case here. Therefore going to try 7 1/2 wide and hope it works before the 19th when I leave for the beach. Also these really look like boats and I will only keep the 7 1/2 wide if !!!! they are so frickin comfortable I can swallow my vanity. Gulp! ??

These shoes are not at all attractive, but if that's ok with you and if you want very soft and flexible, they could be for you.

I bought these shoes to take to Asia. The support and fit were great. The problem came walking in them in the high humidity. They have what appears to be a foot bed that is made out of man made material. It does not allow your foot to breathe. At the end of the day the bottom of my feet and toes were covered in blisters. A total waste of $200.

The size was okay, but the sandal itself was not impressive, especially for the price. Just kind of ordinary. It lacked support of any sort and the buckled straps didn't allow for enough of a difference in fitting it to my feet which are different .

No idea how the shoe fit. I was so very disappointed in the condition I received these shoes. No packaging around the shoes and could see imprint of feet in the shoes. Obviously someone had worn these and returned. Very dissatisfied with quality control Zappos.

Wonderful sandals. Will buy again.

My first pair of these sandals and my favorite summer shoes. Absolutely love the color and the comfort.

My second pair of these sandals and I love them. Very comfortable and good arch support. Love the style. Would get a third pair next summer if other colors come out.
