OMG, finally found a super comfortable sandal! I wear a size 9, usually a Medium but right on the edge of needing a wide, however usually wides are too wide. These are perfect! I have bad knees, one replaced the other needing it and hammertoes. I find sandals that do not have a wide bottom to be hard on my balance. My knee replacement left one leg slightly longer than the other and I am 72 so that can create balance problems. I have tried so many sandals with Zappos. I live in a small town and could not try different shoes if not for Zappos! I love them! These do not crunch my toes or hurt my bunion, they are so soft to walk in. I got them in the dark brown color but immediately have ordered another pair in the denim suede looking ones. I think these will get a lot of wear!

A great shoe. Comfortable. I can walk for hours with this shoe. This is my second pair. I earlier bought a pair in a different color. Because of a painful bunion I am limited in what I can wear. These are perfect.

I have a pair of SAS sandals that I purchased 10 years ago. This is one of the two pair of sandals that I own, so I wear them a lot. I even wear them around the house in the winter months because they offer the support for my feet that I need. These sandals keep me from having heel and foot pains caused by several foot problems that I have (planter fasciitis, Morton's neuroma, bone spurs). I purchased 2 new pairs of SAS sandals at this time and I am extremely happy with them. I was able to wear them out of the box without experiencing any foot problems. I wonder why I didn't purchase them sooner instead of being limited to one pair and color of sandals. Silly me.

I love the look of Birkenstocks, but the sole is so rigid and inflexible, not only did they hurt my feet (and subsequently my knees, back, neck, etc--so go the feet, so goes the body), but they also cut into my foot and made it bleed. These SAS Relaxed sandals looked similar to Birks, so I decided to give them a try, but because I normally wear Dansko clogs most of the time for the much needed aggressive arch support, I was worried the SAS Relaxed might not have enough arch support for me, so when they arrived and I tried them on and it felt like I wasn't wearing a show at all (they're light as a feather), I thought for sure they'd be going back. HAPPILY, NOT SO! These sandals are awesome. Neutral look, great arch support, and super comfortable. I am very, very, very happy with this sandal. As someone with zero natural arches who has depended on orthopedic clogs, sneakers, sandals, etc, the SAS Relaxed were a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend! Best summer sandal I've had in a long time!

I love these sandals! I wear a 7N, need arch support, and very often the heel straps on sandals are too loose. The three adjustable straps on these shoes give me a perfect fit. And they are so comfortable! I was hesitant about the price, but they are a boon for my difficult feet. I have them in amber and may also buy them in black.

This is such a great shoe for me. I have very wide feet and it's not always easy getting those; so many styles I see and like a lot I can't use because wide width isn't offered. The beautiful, tight stitching and very soft leather are another plus in these SAS Relaxed sandals and it's like walking on a cloud. Couldn't be more pleased, and with brown and black pairs that go well with all my casual clothes I'm all set.

These sandals are well made, supercomfortable, and have excellent arch support and cushioning. My usual shoe size is 8.5 W, but thanks to ZAPPOS fast, smooth delivery and return system, I was able to try several sizes, and find the 8M to be an excellent fit. SAS is a new shoe brand to me, and I'll be coming back for more. Many thanks.

Love these shoes; like walking on a cloud and so pleased to finally locate just the right size and width (I need WW). The leather is very soft. These will be my every day, run around in pair. Very impressed with the workmanship. Delighted with your customer service, thank you for that.

This is my second pair of this style, and I love them. My feet need good support, and I have a history of plantar fasciitis, but I can walk 2 miles in these sandals with no problem. I will probably get another color of the same style soon.

I have these shoes in "Natural" and love them. The reason I purchased these, is I have arthritis in my feet, bunions and hammer toes so most shoes are painful. The soft leather and support feels so good and I don't have to change shoes every few hours for comfort. Many years ago I purchased a dark brown pair but the support isn't there any more and over the years I've wasted much money on all other shoe brands. I love SAS.

Most comfortable sandal I have. No break in time needed. Loved them so much I bought another pair in silver blue. I recommend this shoe highly.

These are perfect for anyone with foot problems such as plantar fasciitis. I have some health issues and it’s important I wear the right footwear on a daily basis. These are my go-to. The gold standard!

I Really, Really love these shoes. These are my FIFTH pair of SAS relaxed. My first pair was several years ago, the amber color. Then I got them in black, then the snake. I bought another pair of black when they were on sale. Then, I wanted another pair of snake, but they were out of stock. Finally, they became available again, and I put myself on a wait list for them at Zappos. My right foor has a bunion, so I usually get a wide, but with these shoes, i can easily wear a medium. They are a FANTASTIC shoe. I wear them for everything, even power walking. They are incredibly comfortable!!!I will always want to have an extra pair just in case they decide to discontinue them or some other rogue thing happens.

Love this shoe. I have the black snake and I think they look pretty nice—more like Birkenstock or a hippie shoe than a real old lady shoe. More importantly, they are so comfortable!! There are hardly any shoes I can wear with my foot problems. I can actually wear my orthotics with these. The orthotics are thin enough to work. I have a gold pair from a former season, and for those I had to use velcro to keep the orthotic heels down, but it worked!! However, I did order these in the plaid teal and had to return them— the color just didn’t look good with anything, even jeans, and stood out too much. I only hope SAS NEVER stops making this great shoe!! I plan to take them to Europe this summer, and on all my trips, for that matter! I have had to return so many shoes that I was afraid Zappos would ‘86 me—but not this one! It is a keeper!

OMG, these sandals are soooooo comfortable. I love these. There's a lot of comfort with your heels not slipping off the back and your foot not slipping from side to side. They almost have the feeling of a regular shoe, but looks like a sandal! I highly recommend! Thank you Zappos for all of your help and letting us reorder when shoes don't fit the first time. You guys are the BEST!

These are not your parent's orthopedic shoes! Well they are, but who knew they would be so, dare I say it, "SASsy?" Comfortable and great fit right out of the box. Top buckle strap irritated one foot for the first few minutes of wear, but that's why you can adjust the buckle, right? Cute and comfy.
