I typically like SAS shoes but these did not offer enough arch support or cushioning for my feet.

The Narrow shoe fit. The shoe seemed hot on my feet and the sole was slippery-May return

I just couldn't get a size in these shoes to fit me. I wear a 9.5-10N depending on the brand. So, I started there and ordered the denim color in both a 9.5N and 10N thinking I'd get lucky with one of those. No go. Both too short. Returned and ordered a 10.5N and that one had a lot of extra length but then it was too wide. Returned and ordered a 10.5 Slim. That size is both too long and too narrow. I give up! I think the style is really cute and I love all of the color options. SAS is such a good brand and I REALLY appreciate the offering of narrow widths! That is too rare these days. This style is just not meant to fit me!

I ordered my usual size, 10W and these do not have enough room in the toe box, though they fit everywhere else. They feel comfortable on the rest of my foot, but squeeze my toes. I thought of trying a 10.5W, but don't think that will help the toes, and then the length will be too long. A wider shoe will be too wide in the heel...do women with wide feet have wide heels too??? I don't, and that always becomes a problem when I get WW shoes. The style is nice enough and the material and workmanship are good quality. I am retuning them and going to look at a different style. Thank you Zappos for having wides, 10.5 and 11 sizes!

These shoes were comfortable and well made but the bottoms seemed like they would be slippery on a wet or polished surface. I am surprised that a shoe approved by Medicare and therefore suitable for older people would not be slip proof. I had to send them back. I have much less expensive shoes like Skechers and Keds that have better traction.

I really like the style of this shoe and thought it would have good arch support because SAS is usually so reliable. However the 8 1/2 WW was a mile too long, the 8 too short, the right shoe seemed narrower than the left, and the arch support was moderate at best. Since I have lots of other SAS shoes (all in 8 /12 WW) I wonder if I just got unlucky or if SAS is having some quality control issues.

Could not get them on, but then my foot is hard to fit for shoes. Found another style at Zappo's that worked for me.

These are really cute and I like the color but they seem to run both short and narrow . Sadly they are being returned.

I bought these to wear with custom orthotics. Although the size was fine in both the length and width—I bought an 8N—the shoe was too shallow, the top of my big toes were squished because the shoes pushed down on them. Not enough room there. I was thrilled to find a narrow orthotic-friendly shoe that wasn’t a granny shoe, but I had to return them due to the shallow toe box.

I know that a slim is best; however this shoe did not come in a slim shoe, so I got a narrow.
I thought the strap would make it fit better, but not for me. My foot could move around in the shoe. I have had them on in the house a couple of times thinking I could make them work. But no I need to return them. I best go to the outlet store and get a right fit.

I usually wear 5.5 and have to get shoes with a wider toe box to accommodate bunions. The 5.5W fit well. But I returned the shoe because the style was very frumpy, especially in black. I was looking for a casual flat to wear to work - didn't work for my purposes. Maybe it looks better in other colors. And that raises another problem - SAS limits the color and style options if you want a wider shoe for sizes under 6. I ran into that problem here. Shoe makers need to know that smaller people deserve comfortable, cute shoes too!

It is much too dark. It looks black. You can hardly tell it has any navy in it at all. It should be a pretty color of navy for as much as it costs. It is a comfortable shoe

I purchased this shoe in 2 colors because I wanted a shoe that would be a tad less heavy looking than my tie shoes and not quite as casual as my wonderful Tour sneakers. They have good toe room. However, they are not supportive and do not have good arch support for any amount of walking. So, I do not wear them.

I ordered these in the sand color. The style is very homely, and although they fit, they rub my heel and do not have adequate arch support, so I am sending them back. Mostly I am returning them because of the style.

Need a good walking shoe for London. This felt short - my toes were jamming into the toe box. Won't work for me.

Ordered 2 pair SAS shoes. One pair fit nearly perfectly. These did not. Size 12 was almost too long and they were too wide across the instep and the heel. Stylewise I wasn't crazy about them but desperate for a flat shoe so decided to see what they look like in reality. I prefer a solid toe box for style. This is half sandal half flat, IYKWIM. Returned.

Shoes are too wide at the back. They are slipping down so I have to return them. Leather is soft and craftmanship is great. Yet, I would not wear them with the skirts; they just would look better with the pants. Unfortunately, I ordered several pairs shoes from SAS, including sandals, and I had to return them all. I might try once more when Willow is available in my size.
Zappos service is wonderful. Thank You. E.

These shoes were very uncomfortable. They were at least a 1/2 an inch shorter and also were narrower than the SAS free Time Comfort Walking Shoes I just purchased. Moreover there is no size indication anywhere on the shoes so I don’t really know what size I received. Back they go. I am very disappointed in SAS quality control.
