Too flat for me.

Shoe was extremely comfortable and nice looking. I wanted them for walking for long periods of time over all sorts of surfaces. Unfortunately the sole was somewhat slippery, even on carpet. Too bad, otherwise I would have kept them.

I love SAS shoes! They are the most comfortable shoes ever and hubby says they make me walk sexy! Way sexier than stillettos! That said, these ran small. I normally take a size 7.5M in SAS but, since one reviewer mentioned a low vamp, I ordered an 8M. The vamp was snug but that was not the main issue, my toes were. They hit the front of the shoe! So now I'm ordering an 8.5M. Another reviewer thought these looked like grandma shoes but I found them to be cute and spunky. It just depends on how you put your outfit together--especially your choice of socks! Happy dressing!

looking for a pair of comfy walking shoes for the upcoming trip to HK and Tokyo in the summer, so I don't have to stick with boring sneakers all the time. should have read more reviews, especially those indicated "buying for my 92 year old grandma", "my 80s year old mom loves them"....ones. yes, these shoes are very well made, very good material, comfy (no doubt), but the style is ancient ~ fit the stereotype of senior ladies born in the 20s. it's super comfy so it took me some moments to struggle before I decided to return them, and hunt for something that not only fit me but suit me too.

These shoes are very comfortable but I decided to go with less expensive shoes. The velcro tab makes for easy on and off.

Lovely shoe but doesn't provide the support I need.

These are the only shoes I have found for years other than athletic shoes that actually fit and are comfortable. They are soft leather, round toed, wide, and have enough support. Thank you SAS! They are a little short. I'm going to try 1/2 size up this time. They're not gorgeous, but for my feet, they are great and they are versatile.

Ordered 9 1/2 W to cover a bunion-did that-but unfortunately heel was too wide.

I liked these shoes and have been looking for a navy shoe - they are for sure not high fashion but look good for a wide serviceable comfort shoe. Unfortunately they were much too narrow, stiff, and inflexible for me. I sadly returned them.

I was disappointed in this SAS shoe. To me, it felt cheaply made, not up to their standard. I have worn other WW shoes from SAS and they fit nicely. This style was way narrower than a WW in the foot bed. It was a loose fit across the top of the foot with too much material.

Very floppy-felt like slippers, not walking shoes

The width and size were just right, but for me, at least, the fit just doesn't work with my foot structure. I've bought many pairs of SAS sandals over the years, and loved every one. But this shoe doesn't fit me right. Oh, and soles squeak embarrassingly on non-carpeted floors, but I suspect that problem can be fixed. I may try a different SAS style.

11 narrow. Heel slips. I have very narrow heels.

they were very unattractive. I was looking for something to wear with skirts - they are very clunky.

I was surprised that a shoe brand that caters to older people who offer a shoe with so little arch support, otherwise, I liked the shoe very much.

The Walnut color was nice. I think it was like a reddish brown color. The shoe was narrow for me in W(C) size. I don't want to size up to WW since W is my usual width in shoes. I'm new to this brand, and would try again. But this shoe fit too narrow for me in the toe box. Note, I did try these on with medium thickness socks.

The quality of SAS shoes is very good. However, once these shoes were on my feet, I didn't like the style, so that's my fault. They will be returned and will be replaced with shoes of a more traditional loafer style.

I like this style but ,even though I bought a full size larger than usual, the toe area was too flat. The color is dark; it looks black instead of navy.

This is a well made shoe but I wasn't happy with the way it looked in a 10.5. Also, this is my second pair of SAS shoes that weren't deep enough to accommodate my orthotics. I'll be looking at other brands instead. Thanks Zappos for your generous return policy!
