I was warned by reviewers that the SAS Viva loafer ran large. I wear a 9 WW in SAS shoes, but I heeded the warnings and ordered an 8.5 WW. I tried mixing and matching assorted singles and combos from my vast collection of insoles, but my heels were slipping up and down when I walked in the shoes. I could easily stick my index finger between the back of my heel and the shoe. So I will return these and hope that a size 8 WW will fit. If it does and my heels can remain unmoving inside the shoes, I do believe I'll have comfortable, nice looking pair!

My usual size 11N fit pretty well but they don’t seem to have as much arch support as the style Nora. They also had good depth in the toe area which is great if you need that to accommodate foot issues. My foot is very shallow so they almost felt a little big for me. They are however very nice shoes and I would have kept them but the SAS Nora was a better fit for me. I really appreciate Zappos fantastic customer service and easy return/exchange process. It’s difficult to find good USA made shoes. I’m so happy to find these on Zappos since the only shoe store in our town closed several years ago.

These are good looking shoes, they seem well made. They're not as flexible as I'd like, also they were too small, so I'm returning them.

Too blocky for me. I would have kept these if I worked on my feet like I used to, though. I think these would be great for restaurant and healthcare workers, anyone on their feet all day. I used to work on my feet all day... but I am old(er) now and have a desk job and I want to (only) wear better looking shoes.

I needed a comfortable loafer/flat shoe with enough support that feet aren’t hurting 8 + hours later. This SAS Viva is cute enough with good support ! First time purchasing SAS brand and worth the price !

Comfortable shoe but insole doesn't have a cushy feel to it. After couple of wearings, the toes have scuffed. I would recommend if you need a heavy weight work shoe.

This is a great value shoe! Outside right blow out after 7 years! Insert (washable) later longer!
Last pair lasted 8 years!

I've had black Breezy Mocs for two years and I absolutely love them. They are soft, comfortable and casually fashionable. They are my favorite shoe for casual occasions. I wanted to lighten up my summer look, but I never wear brown or beige. I hoped these were a dark taupemore black/ greybut they are too brown for my wardrobe. This shoe in grey or taupe would be perfect.

I bought the Cranberry color and they are beautiful shoes! Unfortunately they are a little rough and slip up and down on my heel when I walk. The leather is not as soft as on other SAS shoes. I can wear socks with them and problem solved. They are just so pretty on the bare feet.

v.s.the SAS twin loafer that I ordered which ran small, this shoe ran too large. I'd suggest ordering a 1/2 size smaller.

Thank you Zappos for easily letting me try many brands of shoe. These are so comfortable and supportive. Maybe not the most stylish but happy feet are more important.

I bought the shade with the design on them a brown shade. Looked great till I got a few drops of water on them. They spotted as thou I poured grease. Once dried I applied mink oil to protect from water . The toes also seems to be fading . I would recommend but beware of the new shades

These are, frankly, not pretty shoes. I wish they were but my feet are so difficult, I don’t have much choice. The insole of SAS shoes is the only thing my feet seem to tolerate. The wide of these seemed wide to me. I own Free Time and am absolutely in love with them. These have a bigger toe box which I like but they slipped around. I will be trying them in 8 1/2 rather than 8 1/2 wide as I wear in Free Time. I might go back and reorder this size again if the regular is too narrow. Shoes are so difficult. I have chronic plantar fasciitis due to spine problems. And one big toe that just kind of stands up. My toes don’t like stitches on the toes of shoes so that knocks out a lot of the less orthopedic looking SAS. Good luck out there, fellow shoe shoppers.

Depending on the brand I wear 9 or 9.5 N; these are too long in 9.5N, so I'm returning them. Also they don't have enough tread for what I want to do in them but I like the seamless toebox and they seem like they'd be comfy for someone who stands or walks around inside a lot.

I ordered these in a 9N and the fit was good. They're a little tight across my high instep but I think that would ease up with some use. I'm returning them because the brown is closer to tan and the tread on the soles is minimal which makes them not so good for walking the dogs on rocky paths.

I’ve been wearing them eight months now. Sadly, I have concluded these shoes don’t work for folks with high arches. They still squeeze uncomfortably on the top of my feet so I find myself removing them to relieve the pressure and get the blood flowing again. No amount of stretching has helped. Other posters had warned of this but I ignored them. Great shoes otherwise.

Excited to get these shoes. To me they run a bit big in size. I could have gotten a half size smaller. Overall a comfy shoe!

These are great fitting and comfortable shoes. However, after 5 years of use, the soles on both the Teak and the Black pair of these have separated from the leather. Something is not right with the glue.

A nice looking shoe, but not sized properly. I wear a 12 slim and it was way too wide.

I ordered these shoes as an all around comfortable shoe for errands, casual events, etc. They aren't the more stylish, but they were basic and I assumed comfortable. I generally wear 8.5 N, but have been trying 9's lately due to needing more toe room for foot issues. The 9N was like a boat on my foot. Went to 8.5N. Better but the heel was slipping and the back felt a bit wide. Tried again for an 8.5 S (slim, which is narrower than narrow) - still too big in the heel. Three strikes you're out. I am disappointed in my latest SAS attempts at a narrow shoe that really fits me - they are either too cramped in the toes or too big in the heel.

The shoe is too big. I'll try a size down to get it right.
