Way to narrow. Unable to get shoe on. Unfortunately, had to return. Will try again with another style.

Love the shoe - my second pair BUT they smell of strong chemicals or something. Unable to wear. I have put them in a open window hoping the smell leave.

I have been purchasing this shoe for years. It always fit well, accommodated my inserts and was comfortable. Until now. This pair, the same length, the same width.i could not get it on. Far too narrow, too short. I compared it with one of the exact same size which had been purchased last yearvast difference. Much narrower, much shorter. Marked as the same size. I returned them. Now I get to pay a restocking fee because the same size shoe isn't.

While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It's hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!

The shoes we ordered would no even go on her feet.

This is my very favorite shoe. I however do not understand the reasoning for the lack of a better tread on the soles. I am older and because of the lack of tread have fallen. I have been told the reason for the type of tread on the soles is because it's designed for walking on carpet. Come on, are you for real. Who changes there shoes from inside to outside on a regular bases.they are unsafe on wet or icy conditions. If the reasoning is true. Why can't it be available for both carpeting and indoor/ outdoor use. I really love these shoes but I can't take the risk of an injury. Please comsider my request cause I'd like to buy THIS SAS. Shoe.

I rated it 1 to get your attention. My wife already owns 2 SAS shoes and likes them very much. These shoes kept slipping off because my wife has very narrow heels. She liked the quality BUT... Idea: develop interactive process so customers can describe specific issues needing attention. May help you to design inserts etc. to aid customers with special needs. Eye glasses and shoes are 2 areas we humans don't like compromising on.

These are too tight on top of my foot. I need to send back and get a wider size. Waiting for return receipt.
