I have a narrow, hard-to-fit foot so I am keeping these. They're not perfect. They have very little style. They are too long, but I'm afraid the half size down will be too short. I will put something at the heel to keep it from slipping. The left shoe bumps into my ankle bone on the side so I will have to use a lift or do something to protect my ankle bone.

Based on many reviews that said these shoes run narrow, I first ordered a medium width instead of my usual 9N. I then ordered 9N. The length and width are fine and the shoe bed is very comfortable. The sides of the shoe, though, are high and they abraded my ankle bones on the first day. I hope that I can break them in so they no longer do so. I got these shoes in the grey color. I think it’s a very nice color. Grey with strong blue undertones and they look almost navy in some light.

the shoe is beautiful but not deep enuf for me unless I remove the comfort lining, then I'm walking on something hard. You can put in your own orthotics, but for me I found better fit with Munro. If it fits you, go for it as it is comfortable and pretty and much better priced than other brands.

I wanted to like this shoe because it fit and felt so good. But - it looks a bit too "old lady" to wear with jeans and casual skirts. The silver streak is very cool, but not enough to make the difference.

I really liked the look of this shoe, but my heels came out when I walked. Had to return.

A little old lady-ish, but am returning them be ause they were too long- I usually wear 7.5 W to 7.5 WW, these were 7.5WW, width was good, but mYbe 1/2 size too long as heels were loose.

I found it that the right shoe is smaller than the left. Wish the item could work for me. Styling was great. Bummed, I tried to make it work but I could not make it work and had to return.

Arch support and Comfort were fine, arch did not seem in correct position for my foot.

The width was great but he heel is slipping off so will have to return.

They are cut too high on my ankle so it rubs. Otherwise I would keep

I have a wide foot so I always buy WW. But, these shoes were too narrow and I could barely get into them. I liked the looks - but they did not fit.

Unfortunately, these shoes were just too wide - sloppy feeling, so they rubbed my heel and ball of foot. If they felt like this initially, I knew they just weren't going to work, so sadly I had to return them. I say, sadly as they were a nice looking shoe with good arch support.

So disappointed to return these shoes. OH how I LOVE LOVE LOVE them but they are too narrow. Already extra wide so can't get any wider. So sad. First time trying this brand and likely the last.

Shoe fit fine and felt good but looked like a boat on my foot. Also, the wrong shoe was shipped: I ordered black, the box said black, but the shoes were brown. They are being returned.

On the positive side they are well made and have good support and grip and they look nice. However I am sad to say I was very unhappy with these shoes. After carefully breaking them over time in by wearing them around the house then out on errands and then for short walks etc I finally took them as the main shoes on a work trip that required me to be on my feet a lot- but not excessively so. I swapped them out every other day with a well broken in pair of Clarks which I've been wearing for years. The SAS shoes ended up giving me terrible blisters at the back of the heel and actually cutting into the top of my foot on both feet due to how the shoe was structured inside. I could barely walk and only my big stash of bandaids got me through the trip. (And now I pack moleskin as well) I thought the shoe would have more give to it but it didn't. They were rather expensive and now that I have worn them I cannot return or exchange them. Very disappointed and am not sure I will purchase the SAS brand again.

The shoe feels very comfortable, but there is a stitching on the inside top of the shoe that rubbed very hard and left an imprint on the tops of my feet so severe the mark did not leave my foot for 24 hours. However, the shoe is generally a very comfortable shoe so I'm going to try to work through it.

They were comfortable but looked too much like slippers.

This would have gotten higher marks for comfort, but a large glob of hard dried glue on the inside made these very uncomfortable. For the price, I expected better quality control. If it weren't for the glue issue, I might have kept these. The style is plain and basic. The hand painted metallic detail around the sole is a nice touch. Very flexible and form fitting fabric. The shoe without the glue was comfortable. I could see standing in these for long periods of time without fatigue.

WW is too narrow and the upper is not as flexible as I though it would be. Returning. Look too heavy on me as well.

Cute, simple work shoe. My usual 10W was too narrow. I might try the WW....

Very comfortable and less expensive than the Munro Traveler. However, the demarcation between the sole and shoes is actually silver in color which detracts from a finished look

Based on other reviews, I ordered one width up. I am normally a 7 1/2 M and ordered this shoe in 7 1/2 W. The fit was excellent insofar as the wider width was concerned. I could not imagine a M being wide enough. On the other hand, the width came with a slightly slipping heal. In addition, the color is much darker than I want. It is really a deep slate color -- almost black. I want a lighter grey. So, these shoes go back. But, a good style and potentially very comfortable.

This shoe was comfortable when I slipped it on, but once I started to walk a little, I was so disappointed that the top upper where there was stitching rubbed and dug into the top of my foot, making it very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I had to return them.
