I usually love ECCO sneakers, but this one seems to run small and narrow, so I must return.

Not near as much arch support as I expected Cute, but not to stand or walk in all day

From reading the reviews, I decided to order the size 39 because of my wide feet, even though I usually wear size 38 (Chase Tie). The Marine color is beautiful and would've gone nicely with my travel outfits. The toe box for the size 39 is quite roomy and would've liked to keep it except my heels keep sliding off when I walk. I tried wearing thicker socks which didn't work and just made the toe box tight. Tried using heel inserts and they didn't work either. After much thought, I decided that this pair won't be a keeper. I wish Ecco would make this available in the Chase Tie which is my favorite style of theirs.

I LOVE ECCOs. They are my go-to shoe for walking. BUT, . . . these ECCOs were different than others I have purchased. They were MUCH shorter and a bit narrower than any ECCOs I've ever purchased. Since these were going to be shoes I walk 3 - 5 miles per day in, I didn't feel comfortable keeping them and trying to make them work for me. I returned them. I'm trying Via Spiga sneakers now and they seem to be working well.

I was really really excited about these shoes!!! Unfortunately, they didn’t work for me. They felt heavy and clunky, and not soft at all!!! While leather and the inside of the shoe feels nice and soft to the touch, when you are wearing the shoe - it’s just not flexible and not comfortable. Going back. I have a pair of similar looking sneakers from Uggs- and those are much lighter and softer. Wanted something new....

I wanted to like this shoe. I have big feet, and the shoe definitely made my feet look smaller. The length was fine, and it had good arch support. But it was too narrow. I was going to wear them around the house for a few hours before making the final decision, but after ten minutes, my feet were getting numb.

The fit was not comfortable for me. They felt too narrow and little arch support. Unfortunately, I'm returning these shoes and will try a different style.

Very squishy, tight. Doesn’t feel like the eccos I love. I’m going to try a larger size, but I’m not sure they’ll fit.

I have ECCO's black leather sneakers called "Chase Lace Up" that they made years ago & love, love, love, them. Since they no longer make that style I chose the ECCO soft sneaker. Not even close to my favorite Chase Lace Ups. The Soft Sneaker rubbed under the tongue, the back of the heel, and on the side of the ankle where the seam is also rough. So disappointed in these ECCO's. Sent them back! Still Love Zappos!!

From the description and photo, I thought I was ordering the original Soft sneaker with a slightly higher, more padded edge at the heel. What I received was an Ecco Soft 7 which is lower cut with less padding and is slightly wider at the heel. The heel on the Soft 7 doesn't fit as well and it slips and rubs. I sent it back. I would re-order, but I'm afraid Zappos will send the wrong style again.

Very stylish looking shoes. However the arch and support inside is defective. It’s the second time I buy Ecco and the second time I return it. I don’t think I’ll buy Ecco again. The shoes are expensive and the quality is not great. I feel like I have a stone on my right shoe because the arch is so big on the right shoe but not on the left shoe. I touched both shoes from inside and I can feel the difference. Pretty disappointed in this brand.

Wow, I liked that the reviews said they were on the narrow side, especially in the heel, but they're tiny. I usually wear a European 40 no problem, but these weren't even close.

The shoe I received looks nothing like this. It's a very dark dusty blue, looks more dark grey than blue, and the laces and bottom trim are not white like pictured, it's more of an off white. Returning... plus frankly, it wasn't comfortable either! very disappointed!! I have many Ecco shoes and love them. Unfortunately, this misses the mark.

I can't comment on the comfort of this shoe, since it felt like a full size smaller. I've been buying European shoes for years, and many of my shoes are Ecco. I generally like this brand. But this model was a quick disappointment, and will be sent back today.
