Bought this cleaning kit for my classic minis. Followed the instructions to the letter only to see that it took some color out of my boots. Now they have big sections that look lighter, almost faded. Real nice when you've spent almost two hundred bucks for a pair of boots. Never again.

Bought the kit with some new boots for my wife, and when we tried to spray the boots there was no mist, just a bunch of large droplets came falling out. I thought it must have been faulty but my wife said she bought some before for her old pair and the bottle did the same thing. When coating boots in a light coat you would think it would come out in a fine mist.

Did not work at all despite following instructions. I returned this item 2 weeks ago. It arrived to their facility 1 week ago and they still haven't processed my return.

Ruined my uggs. I returned and am waiting for a refund.

Not happy

There are no directions for use IN ENGLISH!!!! So, I don't know if it works or not.

Cannot do much without instructions!

I brought this kit to clean a stain from my uggs. The protector works just fine. BUT the cleaner cleaned the stain but left a huge spot on my shoes which was worst than the stain. I am so disappointed, in UGGS. No other shoe place would clean UGGS so I thought the best place to get cleaner is the brand itself, but I was sadly mistaken.

My cleaning kit was a gift along with a pair of ugg boots. I tried to use the cleaner and the brush I don't know where I went wrong but when I finished cleaning my boots I had the biggest mess ever.

I really love these boots, but it's taking forever to arrive (10 days) from CA, UPS carrier :(

I followed the Box and bottle directions and the outcome wasn't what I wanted

nothing is good about it it dried out mine and my daughters boots turn them a different color and now ugg won't return them in store

The cleaner stripped my black boots and ruined the texture.. now they are completely ruined and cant fix them or get my money back

I received a kit that the pumps do not spray. Not good at all. The older kit, the sprayers

Unfortunately this product did not work on my daughter's ugg loafers. I followed the directions and they still remained dirty.

The cleaner leaked in the box.

I got the Sheepskin cleaner kit to clean and protect my uggs. I followed the steps shown as exactly as I could. Completely ruined one of the pairs of ugg boots I was treating. When the product dried my uggs were two different colors. They were darker on top and lighter on the foot area. Can't wear them as a result . Very disappointed and upset this happened. Purchaser beware! On an end note, the other boots were fine.

I didn't realize that the bottles were going to be as small as they were. And the quality of the stuff wasn't that great. The brush looked like someone chewed on it. And not to mention that all of the product was wet and the box was ruined because the cleaner & conditioner was opened. Also, the instructions aren't very clear.

Not only did the reader ruin the material, but the chemicals messed up the feel of the fabric. I couldn't even return my uggs because they were no longer in stock. I'm too disappointed for such an expensive brand!

I tried to clean off my boots and the product didn't work. Took three months to get and it wasn't worth it

Don't like how it make your boot look darker then what it was . I messed up a great pair of boots .

This product does not clean your uggs. It only ruins them.

Didn't help my boots get clean

I bought this cleaner and used it on my new Uggs after a rainy day, I used the Ugg conditioner and followed the directions to a T, I left the Uggs over night and what do I know the beautiful lavender Uggs are a muddy brown and have some bright purple spots. I now can't even wear these Uggs that I loved in public. I don't think I will buy more Ugg products if this doesn't get resolved

I purchased this kit to clean and revive a few pairs of my classic uggs. While my boots can last for years, after quite a bit of wear and Chicago winters, these boots can become quite distressed. I hoped that this cleaning kit would improve their condition but I noticed no improvement at all. I'm very disappointed with this kit.
