havent used it yet but the packaging came all messed up and half open. whats the point of using a medium size box for a product thats small

DO NOT BUY IT WILL RUIN YOUR BOOTS!! I was gifted a pair of Uggs for Christmas, along with the cleaner/protector kit. I had the protect spray on the boots as instructed and of course they got water marks and salt on them even after using the protect spray, so I used the rest of the kit to clean them. Big mistake. It entirely ruined the boots. I had the light lavender ones and now they're patchy, look dirty and the material is ruined. I only got to wear them for 2 weeks. I followed the instructions and even watched the how to video on YouTube.. I'm so disappointed and when I contacted customer service they told me it's not covered by warranty even after I sent photos, and receipts for proof of purchase and to show how they looked before and after. I can't believe something they sell to protect and care for such expensive shoes actually ruins them and you can't get anything done about it.

I used the sponge material that came in the kit in a up and down motion and the little plastic Bristol stated to fall off I do not recommend this product to anyone

I am sorry to tell you after I used this product exactly how they put in the box and on the video I watched for cleaning both my Ugg shoes it's rounded and the colours changed and I can't wear it anymore I wish I can send pictures to let you see the difference

I read the directions and watched multiple videos on how to clean my Tasmanian uggs as i had never used this before. My mom had bought this kit for my ugg minis and it has worked every time. But when it came to cleaning my Tasmanian uggs it left patches of light stains on them and even some dark stains and the brush that it came with to brush off the cleaner once it was dried left brush marks on my shoes, and it didn't even take out the stains that were there to begin with. I just got them for christmas and haven't worn them much, but now i can't wear them at all as they are ruined.

The pamphlet that comes inside of the care kit has Chinese German French printed instruction languages but no instructions in ENGLISH !!!really what a joke!!!!

Don't waste your money on this product. I treated my tazz slippers and my boots with the "repellent" and tested with a few drops of water after waiting the proper amount of time for the treatment to dry. The water droplets soaked right into them. I treated them a second time in hopes it would work but got the same results. Totally pointless.

I am utterly annoyed and upset that this cleaner and protectant has disclosed my brand new black mini boots. I plan to write Ugg and show them as I have been reading this is happening to many others as well. So incredibly mad and disappointed in a brand I used to love.

I got the smallest spot of dirt on my new uggs but came prepared with the cleaning kit. I followed the directions thoroughly and waited 24 hours for the cleaner to dry and it never did and it left a huge water spot. Also the tools used for cleaning used and wore the material on my boots. I reached out to Ugg to see what else I could do or if they could fix it and I never heard back! Don't buy it and if you are buying uggs make sure you don't get them dirty because you won't be able to clean them.

100% not worth the money, and I'm not being dramatic. I would highly recommend looking into options elsewhere. The brush included is was too harsh for the material of the boot. It tears up the "fluff" of the exterior with just one stroke. And even worse is the water "repellent." I sprayed my boots a few days ago and as directed on the label. I purposely avoid wearing them in snow or rain to keep them looking nice. I wore them after checking the weather and it said no rain no snow, but then of course it started to rain (more like sprinkle). The droplets of rain IMMEDIATELY seeped into the boot. Literally not one millisecond of being repellent. If it can't repel a few drops of water, what is the point of the product? The product is marketed as a "stain repellent" as well, which is ironic considering the fact that after I wiped off the access water and the boots dried, a stain was left in its place. It left lighter colored streaks. The only reason I gave this product one star is because I like the deodorizer, I think it smells nice. Overall, I would never recommend this kit to anyone. Extremely misleading and marketed to do something it can't do. Considering the price and material of the boots, you'd think they would come up with something better to protect them to be a long lasting item, especially since it is made out sheepskin.

I recently bought two pairs uggs and bought the care kit to protect them. Both pairs immediately got water stains from walking on dewey grass, even following the treatment. I tried to clean them with the cleaning product in the kit, but it made the stain worse. I ended up lightening the stain using white vinegar. So dissatisfied.

Purchased our UGGS along with the official UGG care kit in October. Used the kit for the first time last week. Prior to using the kit, I read the instructions fully and even watched the UGG official video on how to use this properly. There were very small stains at the tip of the boot. The cleaner and conditioner discoloured my chestnut ultra mini UGGS horribly! So disappointed!!! Now what??

The waterproof spray works well, but I had a stain on my Uggs that I wanted to get out and the cleaner made it worse. My Uggs are ruined. I followed all of the proper steps and used a small amount.

I really had a lot of faith in this product and thought because it's from ugg themselves it would be the best option for maintaining my shoes. I was wrong. It stripped the chestnut color from my shoes and made them look completely different and washed out from when I first purchased them, which was only a week ago. Very disappointed with my purchase

i am very dissatisfied with the cleaner and conditioner (step 2) in this kit. i will say, the protector worked well. however, i had a very small stain on one of my boots that i tried to remove with the cleaner. i followed the instructions precisely and now the spot that i "cleaned" is now very discolored. i am very disappointed and wish i had left the small stain alone because it looked much better than it does now. i barely got to wear my uggs at all and now i feel like they are ruined.

The protector spray does not work well. Liquids left discoloration when they came into contact with the shoes. I used the cleaning solution and followed the directions carefully. My shoes are now much lighter and dull in color they look so bad. I'm so sad because I did not get to wear them much before they were ruined. Save your money.

I just bought brand new Uggs in the color mustard seed and so I bought the protectant spray for them. I wanted to test it out on my old pair of Uggs which are dark grey in case it made the color darker, which it did. I'm so glad I didn't experiment on my new Uggs because I would've been so upset if it made them 2 shades darker.

Bought an Ugg Care Kit but it arrived stained as the bottles were leaking. Ok, not a huge deal, it happens...so I requested an exchange, only to receive another kit that ALSO arrived stained with leaking bottles. Two defective products in a row. You'd think that with the price of these products, they would make the packaging a little better to protect the items during shipment. Customer service didn't help much with the repeated inconvenience either; the online exchange/return page wasn't working for me, and all they could suggest was for me to wait and try again or go in-person to a retail store (there's none near me)...no discount, no refund, no credit, no replacements, nothing. I'd just have to hope that the third replacement is not defective, but at this point, I'm not confident whatsoever. Whether I eventually receive a non-defective product or not, I will definitely never purchase again.

Care kit arrived stained. At least one of the bottles had already been leaking so there were stains everywhere inside the care kit box and on the other items. Wasn't much packaging/cushioning material inside the shipped box. Wish they could've placed the bottles inside sealed bags or something. Pretty inconvenient as I have to go through the whole exchange process and wait a bit longer to get a good one.

Product leaked all over box and packaged.

It came in a bad condition. Impossible to return.

I received the product with only 3 items out of the 5. Never had a chance to return it due to my busy schedule.

Used product a directed. Did not clean UGGs. Waste of money and time. Very disappointed!
