I have used the products sparingly because so much of it was leaking out upon arrival.

I followed the instruction video exactly. The cleaner doesn't get out much dirt/stains, and it leaves a weird texture. Even after rinsing with a sponge two extra times and using the suede brush, my shoes are a weird texture and are a lighter color. And after multiple coats of the waterproofing spray, it doesn't work like it shows in the video.

I used this product following directions exactly and it didn't clean my uggs at all, I still have ugly stains from winter use. (Like the line from using salt on ice)

Not worth your money. Warning color discoloration!

I was hoping that this cleaning kit would revive, and clean my UGGS like it's suppose to according to the "UGGS" website and the answer is NO. I'm so disappointed this kit made my UGGS worse I should have left them how they were. Followed the instructions and watched videos before applying and nothing. Don't buy this kit it's a waste of your money.

It stained my uggs and the brushes put holes in the fabric.

i used the cleaner and sponge on a month old pair of ugg classic boots that had a tiny stain. not only is the stain still there, but it has a dark circle over it where i tried to clean it. i put the boots away for a month to see if it dried and disappeared but no luck. the cleaner does nothing and im afraid to use the other chemicals included in the kit for fear of further damage. as an aside, the classic boots are comfy but what good are they if they are destroyed immediately with contact with water? deeply unhappy.

Somehow made the stains worse. Packaging is terrible to get through. Kit does not come with instructions.

I used to product as directed and watched videos. My ugg's had some coke stains from a spill and I did not leave the stain sitting for long. A day later, my ugg's have a stain from the cleaner, I've used the brushes and everything but the suede feels different now and is darker than the rest of the shoe, now the damage is way more noticeable and not all of the original stains have even gotten out. I want a new pair of ugg's, i just got these and now they are out of stock everywhere in the style and size I got. I am very dissatisfied and angry! There was a cleaner kit a few years ago that I used to have and it never did this and worked like a charm. This new cleaner kit has ruined my shoes and I would've been better off with the original stains.

I was not pleased with kit. All the tools the clean fell apart while using. Would not recommend.

I sprayed the protector on my new boots twice before wearing them outside and the first time they got a little wet the boots had water marks on them.

Went ahead and cleaned my UGG boots as I hope winter is over. Discovered a worn place on the toe of one boot and will repair very soon.

Had to use Google Translate to figure out instructions. Not sure if I did everything correctly based on the translation. Nonetheless, I feel my boots turned out OKAY, but not worth the money or effort.

I'm glad I had a $20 coupon because I couldn't imagine paying regular price for this. With it being an actual Ugg kit, I feel the products should work better at cleaning my Uggs than it does.

Instructions were followed explicitly. Stain was not removed.

I bought this product with hopes it would assist me with protecting my brand new uggs. Instead, the product left several marks on my uggs. Do not buy this product.

I read the directions and the cleaner stained my boot. You'd be better off washing them on a gentle cold cycle.

Made the stain worse

The product was leaking everywhere when I got it. It was basically all half empty. And the instructions weren't great either I had to follow a YouTube video. And even then I don't think I used it correctly.

It turns your boots white and fades them. Save your money and your boots. I can't believe I bought $130 boots only for them to get ruined because of this product.

Don't use the conditioner. It will lighten the shade of your boots considerably and leave them feeling smooth, not soft, like the original suede. And it doesn't remove any of the dirty spots.

I have the Hot pink kids Nuemal 2 shoe and this cleaning kit Didn't clean much just wiped the color off my shoes. I can still see the stain but now the color is gone in that spot. Wouldn't recommended the shoe or the kit.

I had a small smudge on my uggs and the cleaning kit made it worse. I followed the directions and it still would not come clean. It ruined my uggs.
