I wanted to clean my ugg slides that are light blue, it had some stains on it but the kit didn't really take off anything. I cleaned it better with my own sponge and soap..

Water stain is 100% still there

Cleaner actually damaged the boots. Protector altered the color of the boots. Would not recommend!!

I bought it to remove a small stain on my slippers. I followed the directions exactly. However, it actually made the stain worse. Fortunately, Ugg replaced my slippers when I called and explained what happened. While I wouldn't recommend this product I have to recommend Ugg as their customer service is excellent!

I followed the instructions and I didn't feel as though using these products had an impact on preserving the shoes or cleaning stains.

I was very excited to purchase this to care for my new pair of uggs but very disappointed when it arrived! Upon opening the shipment box, all the products (liquid and brushes) were not inside the intended white UGG box packaging. They were thrown into the shipment box, uncapped/partially leaked out into the box, and there was a plastic bag just throw inside. Not worth the expense for half leaked products and this sloppy of packaging and care.

I love Ugg boots and their brand but this was not a good investment. The protector worked well but the conditioner washed the dye color out of my shoes and left a huge stain on my brand new Uggs. Also, It did not come with directions the pamphlet they did have in the box was not in English; so I did look at the tutorials online on how to use it.

I tried to clean one of my sheepskin slippers with the kit recently and I don't really like results. And I followed instructions.

I was trying to restore slippers. The cleaner didn't work exterior. Nothing worked for the insoles. I'm really disappointed that UGG doesn't offer replacement insoles for the Dakota slipper. The insoles are just going to get matted and "off" before the shoe does. I had to order insoles from a 3rd party and cut them down. Has me hesitant to order my next pair of slippers.

I think the product works fine, but the packaging was terrible! The product was sliding around in the box it arrived in, and the product leaked out of all 3 bottles. Very poor packaging designs, they should be sealed to prevent leaking.

I just got the care kit today. It was delivered to some place else before I got it. I t was taped back up with clear tape no packing stuff. Also nothing was in the product box . It was missing the protectant was not in there. I love UGG but am disappointed that the shipping company you use messed this up.

Came in huge box, 2 products weren't even in order box.

A little damp fold on shoe surface edge........

I have not used the product yet but wanted to comment on the poor shipment of the item. The box that was used was huge and no packing material was used. Hence, the brush and the caps off the spray bottles were loose in the packing box. Everything was jumbled and I was not happy with that.

Used this product exactly as directions required. It removed gray dye in different places, made creases more prominent, and a little apple juice spot didn't even come out. My boots were only 3 mo old, and they look much worse now after cleaning them. Very disappointed in general. :(

It's smaller than I thought. Makes ugg like a new product

I just got this package delivered and i got 2 cleansr and conditioner im missing the shoe renew

I used the product .. on my boots and they made it worse. Tried using the brush and it mess the boot up

This product is absolutely horrible. I bought to clean small water stains off my Tazz Uggs, and it made the stains even more noticeable and changed the color.

This product I never received and I had to wear by boots without any protection and now they are stained. Not happy with the company.

ruined my uggs and left marks all over

I bought this to clean my Ugg Tasmans and followed the instructions exactly. They are completely ruined and the company does NOT stand by their product. Very disappointed in their customer service and I would never ever recommend anyone buy this kit. I'd give zero stars if I could for the kit and customer service.

I ordered this for my platform taz sand Uggs, I love my Uggs but they got a lil dirty from rain and wearing a lot. I bought this kit to hopefully make them look clean. I used this kit once and it looked bad. It looked like my Uggs were stained. I the tried again and watched a YouTube video instead of reading the instructions to see a visual view. I did exactly what the video told me and they look worse. I loved them but I cannot afford a new pair. I'm only 16 saving for a car. I just am unsure of what to do because I love them, but they done look as cute as they once were:(

I used this kit to clean my uggs for the first time around 6 months ago on my uggs slippers. I followed the instructions exactly even they didn't make any sense I followed them exactly and in the end the suede started shredding and the stain on the slippers didn't come it and it actually spread. Recently I bought a pair of tazz slippers only about a month ago and decided to clean them because there was a splattered stain on them so I decided to use this kit again but this time I went on YouTube and found a video of someone cleaning their tazz slippers with this kit and it worked just fine for them and I followed it exactly and now my uggs are stained grey and are completely messed up DO NOT BUY THIS KIT ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND WILL RUIN YOUR UGGS!!

I bought this kit because I have multiple pairs of Uggs. I have some new ones I wanted to protect and others I wanted to clean. I cleaned my light Tazz Uggs they don't sell anymore. I followed the directions and watched a video from Ugg directly on how to clean them. My Uggs look dry and didn't get really clean. I sprayed them down with the protector after and they haven't kept them clean at all. I am not hard on my shoes but it feels like they are worse now I've clean and sprayed them. Everything is attached to them. They are just filthy now. I don't want to touch my other Uggs with this kit now. I am so disappointed and don't know what to do. I already put the protector on a new pair of another set and they are attracting everything as well. I wish I never would have put anything on them. I don't recommend this product at all. I am so sad it didn't work and I wasted money.
