I found the shoes just a little too short. Since there is not a 10-1/2, I returned the size 10 for a refund.

These seem rather comfortable. I wore them around the house for a bit and ordered them for my spare pare for work.

Had trouble finding the right size in these. I normally wear a 9 W, but often have to up-size in Clarks, so I ordered 9.5 W. Well, those were a bit big and slide on my heal. I went to reorder and they were out of wide width, so I had them send a 9 regular. Unfortunately that pair was to small. These are super cute so I was disappointed. I will keep an eye out for restock.

For many years I mostly bought Clarks shoes, but then 4-5 years ago, they seemed to have gotten smaller, so this time I ordered up 1/2 size. Now this style is slightly too large, (width and length and at the heel), but I'd rather have them slightly too large than too small, so I'll keep them. They will be just fine.

I ordered these shoes in my usual size, 7 - nope. Much too short in terms of length. The footbed is soft as a cloud - no idea if it will hold up, but it sure does start out comfortable. I should also point out that I ordered three different colors. The black with light stitching is classy. The beige looks like “old lady shoes”. Brown is . . . Meh. I am going to try to black in 7 1/2.

Attractive on my feet, looking down. Lightweight, hardly know I'm wearing them. Pewter color a perfect complement to my wardrobe, whether pants or casual skirt. I wear a 7.5 Medium. This shoe insofar as size goes is an exact 7.5M fit which is what one wants unless your feet swell from wearing the shoes all day (which I don't need to do). The only downside for this shoe (at least for me) is that the elastic across the heel does not stretch as much as my particular foot needs for it to stretch, thus an uncomfortable "digging in" at the heel on the one foot that is larger than the other (typical) exists. Rather than return the shoes, I opted to have a shoe repair shop cut out the original elastic and stitch in its place a longer piece of elastic with more give. The modification is not noticeable. Happy with the shoes overall and would like to purchase a second pair in another color.

Great shoes with a small design flaw. I did not find the shoe ran small, as many reviewers did. They are lightweight, easy to get on and off, and they dry quickly, making them excellent dog-walking shoes. My only complaint is that they were crazy-hard to break in; the back of the right shoe rubbed my heel bloody raw over the course of at least 6-8 wearings. The shoes were neither to tight nor too loose; it was the elastic strap that must have been rough. A package of mole skin allowed me to finally break them in. I've had them a few months now and they are wearing very well -- look like new after miles and miles of walking and washing several times.

These were cute, but a bit short for me. Plenty of padding, but they're low-cut on the sides, so not much support there. Fine for casual use, but I needed a supportive walking shoe for an upcoming trip. Also, I couldn't figure out how to wear a low-cut sock without it showing. If you like Sketchers, you'd like these.

loved the shoes however they just didn't fit well and felt to big.

I sooooo wanted these to work for a summery sandal. I started with a 10N as I am always a narrow in Clarks. but the right one was sloppy. Tried a second pair 10N thinking maybe it was just that particular shoe. It was the same . the insole was supportive and verryyyy comfortable. I then tried a 9.5N much better fit but still loose on right foot. Great price.. great look as I can't wear open toe shoes. I tried a heel filler but still just was not quite it. Thanks Zappos for you easy shipping and return. Only wish all Online retailers where as advanced and efficient as ZAPPO's

I wanted to like this shoe, but the forefront of the shoe was not deep enough.

This shoe feels very comfortable, nicely cushioned, flexible sole. I haven't worn it very much yet so I don't know that it will hold up and give support. It looks good, casual but stylish. However, it doesn't come in my true size of eleven and a half so I'm hoping the size eleven will still be comfortable after more continuous use.

This would have been a great shoe. However, on me, it was too large and too wide.

I was really looking forward to owning these shoes; sadly, however, I had to return them as they were too loose in the heel for me. I gave this a 4-star overall because I like the style of the shoe. I wear a 6W and the Clarks I've ordered in the past were perfect in every way, so this pair was a bit of a disappointment. Have to say, that I absolutely love Zappos for their speedy shipping and easy returns.

This is a really cute shoe that I really wanted to have fit. It just seems a little small all over. I usually wear a 9 or 9 1/2. This shoe was a 9 1/2 and was still slightly tight. I might have been able to wear it with stockings, but want to wear it with light weight knee highs or trouser socks and that does not work. Also, I found it a little hard to get on.

I ordered the same size I usually wear for Clarks shoes, but my toe touched the end even before standing in the shoe.

Such a bummer, I love the shoe but if I could cut the top of the heel portion it would be perfect. That area cuts right into the top of my heel.

This shoe is the lightest-weight, most comfortable shoe I've put on in a long time. So disappointing that it came up too high across my instep and caused discomfort. Otherwise it would have been perfect for a casual shoe.

Well made, quality shoe. Just too wide and a tad bit too long for me. I have a very narrow foot and usually wear socks with athletic shoes (very bad neuropathy and flat feet) so this shoe just didn’t make it for me. Wish it did!

Weird... I ordered these shoes before, same size, and loved them. This pair, however, just feels "off." They are a little too narrow and cut into my feet. There is not enough padding for comfort, and my feet tend to lean to the outside of the shoe. Love the style and color, but they are just not for me this go around.

Very cute and comfortable! So sad to return hoping to exchange same color for half size longer. I wear narrow and width seems really good, just a little too short.

These shoes are to big in every direction. To wide and to long. I normally wear New Balance walking shoes size 8.5 wide. And following the advice on your web site ordered the same size. Returned the shoes.

The shoe fit fine but it hurt the sides of my foot by the straps. I like the style and was disappointed that it dug into the sides of my foot on the outside.

This narrow shoe was still too wide. I would also have to add some arch support.
