So disappointed. Unlike in previous version of this shoe, material doesn't breathe or conform to your foot. It's as if the shoe is made of some sort of plastic. Please bring back the old version.

I have this shoe called Clarks Haley Stork from 2014 in 9W and most other shoes must be a 10WW. My shoe size varies so much I must order several pairs of shoes before I can pick just one out of the lot if I'm lucky. I have rheumatoid arthritis which has caused the deforming of my feet so much that shoes are difficult to fit. The left foot is much bigger than the right by size and width. This shoe is very, very comfortable because of the elastic design. I would say to stick to your regular shoe size when ordering this shoe as it is very flexible and comfortable. It's fairly stylish; as least it doesn't look like an orthopedic shoe like all of the other brands in the same category. I am buying it again.

I bought these to replace a similar looking Clark shoe I bought 2 or 3 years ago. These are not the same. The material is of a lesser quality, stiffer and not as breathable. I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. The older pair that I had never gave me any problems and I could wear them without socks with no rubbing or blisters. Not true with these. The quality of the suede is cheap and I'm getting a lot of blisters. Disappointing for a Clark product.

The Cloud Steppers line of Clarks shoes are always short in the toe and wide in the heel. I don't see how I can tell whether a shoe is part of the cloud stepper series online, which is super frustrating. Darn it Clarks! I wear a narrow size and your shoes are some of the few I can wear, and now you've gone and changed your sizing for the Cloud Stepper line so that none of them fit. So frustrated.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have had in years. I can walk in them without pain (arthritis & flat feet) for a long period of time.

These were a replacement for the Haley Stork (taupe) shoes I currently own. I love these shoes, currently also have them in black. I have a very wide foot, so I ordered an 8W. I broken my left ankle several years ago and have a plate and pins which makes my left foot wider than the right so the elastic makes it very doable as I now have a problem with a closed shoe. Hope they never discontinue this style.

Super cute shoe that seem solidly made and with nice stitching detail. I have narrow heels and wide toes and 7.5 is my usual size (and what I ordered). Wides don't always fit me, but neither do normal size shoes, so I took a risk. This shoe was too wide in the heel and too long. I was surprised at how long it was, because I have worn Clarks 7.5 in the past. It did feel like it would be comfortable, but I could step in and out of the shoe even with thick socks on, so I can't say how it would feel to walk in them.

I love these shoes for comfort, if not for style. They are incredibly comfortable. I have bought several pairs over the past few years. I usually wear athletic shoes when I want comfort, but I walked all over London and Paris in my Sillian Storks. HOWEVER, BEWARE: the sizing of these shoes appears to have changed. My old ones (1 pair of black, 2 of beige) are 10W -- and they still fit. But they are looking worn so I bought another pair of 10W. They were WAY too small. I figured they were an isolated case so bought another pair of 10W and they were too small as well. So I just bought a pair in 11W and they fit just like the old 10W. Note that this is not a case of my feet getting larger (they're large enough, thank you), because I'm still buying Clarks and other brand shoes in 10W. It is definitely the cut of this shoe. Order up.

I usually have trouble finding shoes that fit both my feet, since 1 is a size larger than the other. This shoe seems to fit both my feet the same, which is probably due to the 6 different points where there is elastic in the straps. Both shoes feel a little tight with socks. I think they will be perfect with knee high stockings. The insole is exceptionally comfortable. I like the style and the way they make my feet look smaller than most shoes do. I suspect the synthethic material will be relatively durable.

Argh! I so wanted these to work, but the back of the top of the heel rubbed when I walked. On a positive note, they were super soft and could have been great with jeans/pants. The search goes on for perfect shoes for my long, skinny feet and narrow ankles. Sigh.

Love the look and style of these shoes. However, I am returning them because my heel slipped a little in them and I know that I wouldn't be able to wear them long. Wish they had worked because they are really cute!

lovely shoe, but too wide for my foot

I was excited to find this shoe especially with a little higher heel; however, this shoe is extremely uncomfortable on my feet because the rigid heel comes up too high and rubs with every step. I would not recommend this shoe to anyone. Please bring back the original version of this shoe with the softer heel!

I was so disappointed in these shoes. They rubbed on the back of my heel and were very tight across the top of my foot so I had to return them.

I have a pair of these in red that I got in 2013 and wore all over Italy and France. They were so comfortable. I hesitated to try a new pair as the reviews indicated that they had changed the design and were stiff. I don't think so - this new pair looks just like my old ones from 2013! I haven't worn it about yet, but comparing to my beat up pair of Clarks they look to be the same comfort and quality. I teach and am looking forward to standing all day in these shoes!

These are my new favorite shoes! I've already ordered a pair in another color, and will probably go ahead an buy another so that when one wears out I'll have one in reserve (I'm very hard on shoes). They have terrific arch support which is really lacking in so many shoes these days!

I am exchanging this 11 Narrow for two pairs of this same shoe in a 12 Narrow and a 12 Medium, with the hope that one of these will fit. This line of Clarks' Cloudsteppers runs significantly smaller than very similar Clarks' shoes I have bought in the past and still wear every day during the summer.

I was surprised to read a review from a year ago that complained this shoe was stiff and uncomfortable. I found this shoe to be very comfortable right out of the box and had no issue with breathe-ability. The memory foam insole is very cushy, yet supportive. The neutral color allows them to be worn with just about any casual outfit. I’m glad I made this purchase.

I tried on a black pair at JCP, but wanted the sand color. Mr 12 yr old grandson told me to check Zappos. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I'm 72 yrs old, have neuropathy in my feet and show dogs...dogs that have to run around the ring. My feet will often cramp while I'm waiting for my turn in the ring. Just finished two days of showing in new shoes. All went well. No pain, fit great (no break-in period with Clarks) and no leg leg cramps on the way home. These are keepers.

I love this shoe, but, the detail at the heel, the cut outs, are most uncomfortable. The heels should remain solid so no rubbing. This shoe is the most cushy, great arch support, well fitted toe box, but that heel detail ruins it. Dang!

I've had several foot surgery and have problems with hammertoe. I also have a fallen arch and need arch support in a shoe. This is the first one I've tried in some time where I appreciated the arch support! Great shoe!

I bought these shoes in size 10 and 11 as I am a hard to find 10.5. The 11 were too big and too wide. The 10s were close fitting in length but, because the leather is soft, I think they will "give. The width was perfect. I do have another pair of Clark's that have laces and had to buy the 11 so I think sizing for those that are hard to fit may vary among styles. The insole provides a good cushion and arch support. I have been wearing these without socks and they are quite comfortable.

I love these shoes. I have probably returned more shoes to Zappos over the years than I have kept, so this is high praise indeed. I have hard-to-fit feet, wear an 11 wide and have bunions, arch issues, you name it. These were comfortable right out of the box and I kept them on and wore them out to lunch, enjoying every step. I have several pairs of the very similar Clarks Haley Storks and am happy with them, have even worn them happily on European trips with lots of walking, but those soles are thin and flat and I feel every pebble under my feet. In comparison, the thicker soles and cushy (removable) insole on these Sillian Storks make every step a treat, and they even have noticeable arch support. In addition, they are a true wide; I often have to stretch some part of most other 11 wide shoes (that bunion...). The length is generous, too - no big toe hitting the end of the shoe, which is common for me. I like the look of the rounded toe and the resulting roominess, and the off-white topstitching is subdued so keeps the shoes from looking too casual. Can't say enough good things about these shoes and I hope Clarks makes more styles with this fit and comfort and quality. By the way, Zappos had the best price online, too.

I wanted a casual shoe to wear other than sneakers and these are perfect. With a narrow foot it's difficult to find shoes that fit and look good. These fit both categories! The cushioning is comfortable and provides a moderate amount of arch support. I hope these are continued and have additional colors in the future.
