I ordered these a full size up after reading the reviews and they were perfect. They are THE most comfortable shoes ever. Love them. The one thing I was surprised about is that the shoes I ordered are really navy, not black.

Fit great and feel great without socks.

Sent the blue ones bacK and exchanged for one of the grey pair. On my coumputer I could not tell they were blue and prefer the grey color. I originally purchased an older version of this shoe when they first came out. I don't run in them. Use them for walking, hiking and just average every day wear. I have gotten used to the minimalist feel and find them much more comfortable than regular tennis shoes. I also have a narrow foot and this shoe style actually fits me well in a medium width which is rare. My others probably lasted 4 years of heavy wear. Glad to see they have shortened the shoelaces to fit the shoe as the older model came with shoe laces that were entirely too long. The only reason I gave a 4 for style is I would have appreciated a lighter grey in the color selection.

This is my third pair of New Balance Minimus--they've been my favorite sneaker by far over the years, and I wear them out. I am a perfect size 7M with no foot problems, but reading the other reviews and remembering former experiences with New Balance shoes, I ordered a 7.5M. They fit perfectly on my bare feet--no way could I get even a thin footie sock inside these things--but I always wear them barefooted anyway, so it's not an issue. I love these shoes for how they feel on my feet and for their usefulness in my everyday life--much walking outdoors in nature--and the blue and gray color scheme looks sharp without being overly garish.

These are my third pair. I absolutely LOVE these shoes. I have a lot of trouble with my knees and I have found the since these have no padding, it does not influence my knees especially as they wear....which these last a long time. I can do a normal workout regularly now. They would not be good for outdoor running on gravel.

Love the feeling of being "grounded"...very comfortable to wear with or without socks. Great travel shoes in addition to wearing around town and/or to the gym. Thanks to the wide width option, the size and fit is very comfortable for me. Purchasing another color now.

These run small, so I ordered a full size larger. Very comfortable, light weight shoe.

I read several reviews that said they ran small. So, I ordered a half size larger than my usual size. I'm glad I did; the half size bigger makes them fit beautifully. Just love 'em.

I bought these a half size larger than normal and they fit great. I got them in wide due to my wide forefoot (bunions) and they were plenty wide enough. They fit snug and tight but I hiked miles in them and they only grew more and more comfortable! If you like a minimal feel shoe, this one is great! Good traction too.

my mom is a size 8, in every shoe ever, for my whole life, including new balance which was her last athletic pair. So order a half size or full size up. I've been exclusive to new balance for running for years, I used to wear the old 760 line (I was a 9 in running, and a 8.5 for other non-running shoes). After New balance changed their numbering system I'm a size 10 in the 860v7. Not sure why or what's up, but my advice is order a full size up ?? After I exchanged for the right size my mom loves the minimus, she says she's been wearing them all day and they're super lightweight:) Got them for her to wear while spinning but it looks like they make for an everyday shoe too!

These are minimalist shoes. They give your feet lots of freedom of movement while providing some protection. They have almost zero support so if you are seeking support look elsewhere. They are very close fitting and fit like a glove on my sock less narrow foot in summer, while also being adjustable enough to accommodate a thick sock in colder weather. I have a pair for home and a pair that stays at the gym. I have also used them as water/portaging shoes in the Boundary Waters and hikers in Hawaii. Love these shoes!

LOVE THESE SHOES! So glad New Balance brought them back. I have been wearing them nonstop since I got them over a year ago. Time to order another pair or two in case they stop producing them again...

All I have to say is that these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned, and in the past few years I have transitioned almost my entire shoe wardrobe to Birkenstock, so that really is saying something. If my style could accommodate these NB full time, I wouldn't wear anything else. I own a few pairs because I know one day New Balance will discontinue them and I will be the saddest girl to ever wear a trainer. I. LOVE. THEM.

These feel almost as flexible as dance shoes! They make my feet feel about as free as bare feet can feel in a shoe! That is what I was looking for and I am thrilled! The extra textured sole is great for walking outdoors. They are not as supportive if walking on shale types of trails as the foot has room to move around inside, so I have found that less rocky/bumpy walking surfaces are best for this shoe. For hiking in woods with roots and rocks, I'd use a more supportive trail shoe, but I am thrilled that I found these for all the miles I put in walking in everyday situations! Awesome! I had to go a whole size larger than my usual size, though my daughter, who has very slim feet, only went up a half size.

I have Arthritis and bunions which prevent me from wearing many shoes! These are my favorite plus they look great! They are extremely comfortable and don't hurt my feet. This is my second pair. The first pair have never worn out but was happy to buy another pair in a different color! I love these!!!

They are very comfortable low profile running shoes. While low profile they are good shock absorbers
