It is a close fit...meant for bare feet. Size up if you plan on wearing socks.

This is the best running shoe ever. I feat NB has stopped making it, I hope not.

These minimalist sneakers are cute enough to wear for everyday. I love the low profile, quick drying, breathable, support that these provide. Very compact and easy for travel. I might look for a second color!

This is my second pair of New Balance Minimal shoes. And I love them. First pair has also proven durable and long lasting. so so comfortable.

LOVE! So comfy. Make my feet look smaller and I can really feel the ground below me.

I have bought these in the past and wanted to get a new pair. Had a hard time deciding between regular and wide. I decided the wide works better especially with a sock. I use these as my workout room shoe. I've used them in the past as a running shoe. Love them. However, this pair came in a plastic bag and really smell like chemicals were sprayed on them.

These shoes were the solution to my feet issues! I don't do well with too much arch support, and these reflect the shape of the foot. They're my walking shoes, my hiking shoes (Appalachian mountains and other hard clay & tree root trails), and every outdoor excursion where a "sneaker" would be warranted. They get wet fairly easily, but are so lightweight. I was unable to wear them during my pregnancy as the hormones relaxed my feet too much, but was quickly able to get back into them when I started walking and hiking several months postpartum. I have had them for two years (counting the year break from much exercise) and they're still in great condition! I'm planning to get a second pair soon for whenever mine give out!

Great minimal shoe. I wouldn’t recommend for running but great all around athletic shoes.

I have had several pairs of NB minimus. My 15 yo son was complaining of tightness in his achilles and walking with these shoes helps him stretch.

LOVE these shoes... In a world where shoes are evolving into narrow toe and wide heal... This is perfect for the athletic foot!!! (Wider toes because of years running, etc...and a little genetics). I'm hoping to buy a second pair to keep in my closet for when these wear out... They're that great. I also LOVE that they feel almost like wearing no shoes at all...

I purchased the black version of these shoes about 3 months ago. Normal shoe size is 7.5 regular width. Reading reviews about shoe running small I ordered the 8Wide. Shoe is very comfortable without socks and with footies. I’m not a walk-around-the-house barefoot person, so was concerned when some reviewers mentioned no cushion or thin footbed. I had these on 4-5 hours straight and these were extremely comfortable. I have a moderate arch so some may consider arch support but I had no issues with that. The strap across the top doesn’t bother my stride at all, and I have Fred Flintstone feet.

I had to order a full size bigger than normal and in a wide (which I don’t usually have to do). However, after that adjustment, the fit is PERFECT. I love the wide-ish toe box. I also love how there is a bit of support and cushion (especially for the heel) even though these are minimalist. I tried the Merrell Vapor Glove and hated those because they were TOO minimalist. This shoe strikes the perfect “balance”. ?

I ordered a half size up and wide. This is my third pair and I love them! I’m not a runner, I like them because they are low profile for the heel. I hate how thick most soles are. I work in an ER, 12 hour shifts on my feet. These are very comfortable. I’m so glad I found them!

Feel great, comfortable shoes. I use them for CrossFit. They look great. I am ecstatic.

I love these shoes, but this pair was a half size smaller than the other pair I bought. I wear a 9.5, but in these shoes I wear a 10, BUT I am going to order a 10.5 because the sizing has changed. Disappointing, but I have to recommend these shoes because they are so comfortable, have great traction and look good. So, order a full size larger than you usually wear and you'll be good.

I ordered these shoes because my current running shoes were tight causing bunion pain in my left foot. I needed a better fit and light support and these shows are a perfect fit. I wear an 8 and ordered the wide to address the bunion pain. No more pain, they are light and supportive in all the right places and look great. These really are fantastic running shoes - the best I have ever worn. You won't be disappointed!

After reading reviews, I ordered a half-size up and went with the wide width. They fit great. The insoles are velvety soft, they’re really stylish and function perfectly without having to be broken in. I bought them because I read a minimalist style shoe should help with bunions and shin splints, both of which I’m prone to. Hopefully these help!

I’ve just bought 2 more pairs of these in 2 new colors because they are my favorite and I’m afraid that product lines will be cut due to economic struggles. Hoarding shoes instead of TP. Lol

These are my FAVORITE shoes. I have very picky feet with a wide toe box and joints that simply can’t tolerate pressure points or incorrect support. These are a minimalist footbed. They feel like wearing slippers with just a little structure in exactly the right places. They aren’t perfect for high impact aerobics, because they have very little cushion— but they are the perfect shoe for tag on the lawn and daily walking. And best— they DONT STINK. My fancy Nike’s, smell awful and I can’t get them clean—somehow, these shoes just don’t retain odor as badly. New Balance for the win.

The make and feel of this shoe is awesome. They look great. I saw other reviews that warned they ran small so I went 1/2 size up and got a wide (which I never have done). It wasn't enough. The shoe is too short. I generally wear an 8 or 8 1/2 shoe, normal width. I am returning my 8 1/2 wide and I immediately ordered a 9 wide.

Everything was just as expected. Shoes are light which is what I wanted. Had to 1/2 size up because of wearing thin socks with shoes. Shoes are great for exercise (walking, etc.) and provide plenty of support, even though the Mimimus doesn't look as 'heavy' or 'clunky' as a lot of athletic shoes.

Runs a tiny bit small but can make up for it with loosening laces. Great shoe!
