Cute shoe, but Clarks always seem to run tight in the width!

I had purchased a pair of the Cloudstepper shoes which I love, love, love. These I find to not be as comfortable mostly because of the platform. I have flat feet and really need a 1.5 inch heel with a very low platform on the sole. These were too "flat" and I seem to bounce in them. I would not buy these again but I will buy another pair of the shoes.

The bedding of these shoes are very comfortable, but beware the top strap that crosses over the top of the foot maybe a little tight. I have medium width and the strap is too tight. Shoes are being returned. I'm sad because the bedding is so perfect.

So much promise, but alas, did not deliver. The idea of an stretchy shoe seemed perfect but unfortunately the strap by the toe is stiff and not stretchy. It immediately cut into my foot so it is going back.

Perfect fit but elastic irritated my foot. Also did not like the howl strap being so long that it sticks out

I like the look of this shoe so much but the top strap was too wide on my foot. Sorry to have to send back.

Comfortable shoe but the velcro situation on the back strap is annoying. Not enough velcro to make my foot feel secure. Had to return them.

I bought this sandal last year and thought it was great - really comfortable to walk in, and very true to size. However, when I ordered another pair this year, I found they were WAY smaller than last year. The strap in the front was way too tight. Unfortunately, I'll have to return these.

The back elastic strap was too long, even after tightening it as far as it would go. It felt like I would slip off the sandal, hazardous.

The size fit perfect. I wear an 8.5 and the 8.5 fit fine. It's not the most stylish sandal and the top straps felt uncomfortable so I'm sending them back. They were very comfortable on the sole part, it's only the top straps that bothered me. I'm 65 and pretty active so I need a comfortable shoe with arch support, and they had pretty good arch support too, so if you don't have a high instep like I must have, you might love them. Great price.

Love the shoes but the right shoe was too big and my foot kept sliding nearly out of the shoe.

I really was hoping my foot might be the exception to the issue that has received so many negative comments, i.e., the stap that goes round the back of the ankle to keep the foot secure. There is NOT Enough VELCRO! The shoe is cute, it’s comfortable, but it’s not one you’d take for a nice walk because your heel will feel like it’s slipping out! So disappointing. And such an easy fix! I’d happily pay a little more if Clark would just fix this! Haven’t decided if I want to take them to a shoemaker to correct the strap or return the shoes.

These shoes fit well, but they are clunky, since the straps are quite wide. I returned them.

Top straps were so loose I could put three fingers under them. I need a wide for the footbed but not for on top. If you have a very high instep these might work.

The strap does not have enough velcro to tighten at the ankle. In fact, the strap is rather short but the main thing is if I pull the strap tight enough there is no longer any velcro to hold it.

The back strap is too loose and just barely catches onto the furthest edge of the velcro and even then, it's on the loose side.

Wow--perhaps I would recommend these to an elderly friend. They were comfortable, but the tan color I ordered was very unattractive and klunky looking. Klunky. Not clunky. It was that klunky...

These were an almost for me. The footbed and cushioned sole is comfortable and I thought they might work out. However, there is absolutely no arch support and the footbed becomes very hot as you wear them (even inside in air conditioning). Also, they are just a touch narrower than the usual generous Clark's width sizing. It's getting more and more difficult to find comfortable, walking sandals and I thought this pair might work but found them disappointing in several important aspects, so they had to be returned.

This shoe wasn't as attractive is it appears to be shown. That isn't my main objection, though--the sole is slippery. I simply do not understand why manufacturers make shoes with slippery soles (and many do!). Regardless of how cute the shoe may be. I'll continue to return shoes that don't meet my basic standards for safety.

I wanted to love these sandals as much as everyone else but they are not for problem feet. The heel to very soft and I need a firmer sole for support. The straps were comfortable but it cut my bunion in half so it was not flattering and it rubbed that area.

I have never written a review before, but I think these are not made properly. As other people mentioned you can not secure the shoe to your foot. I found it impossible to tighten them. I have average width ankles and feet. Very disappointed in this product
