Very soft shoe with lots of cushioning. This is what I need for the warmer weather. I was hoping the color was a desert sand. It is actually light gray.

Upper strap near ankle is not adjustable, I have narrow feet, and it made my foot look swollen between the two straps. I can only imagine what they'd look like if my feet did swell. Would reorder wider width other than narrow, but it's not an option. Length fit perfect @8.5, normal size, Clarks are my go to brand with my bunions. Sandals were super cushy, but because of the strap, I'm returning them. Loved the color blend. Saw the black color in a local store, that was nice as well.

Very comfortable to walk in but the roughness of the elastic concerned me. I was afraid that it would rub my skin with walking more than 10 min, so I sent them back. If you have less sensitive skin these would otherwise be great shoes.

Something happened with this one. I have 3 other pairs of the same sandal. The strap that goes over the toes was so tight I just could not keep them on. They skimped on the strap. Disappointed because these should be very comfortable.

I have 3 pairs of this sandal in other colors. I love them and they are very comfortable. This pair in the gold, the strap that goes over the toes was so tight I could not wear them. It is as though the strap was cut too short. Very disappointed.

The top strap was lose across the top of the foot.

The toe band of fabric was too tight and had no give to it. I liked the style and the footbed was comfortable but I couldn't feel my toes! so returned the shoes

Cute if I could get my foot in comfortably.

I liked the look of these shoes a lot, but I found that the elastic tops were so stretchy that they weren't supportive enough. On uneven grounds, the shoe naturally tips, but then elastic stretches out and my ankle turned. I only figured this out after wearing the shoes a few times, so I ended up giving the shoes to charity.

These fit perfectly and on wonderful cushion on your soles! But the elastic band that goes over your toes is really tight. I just sat around in them and watched TV for about 30 minutes and my toes were a bit discolored from the blood circulation being impeded by this tight fit.

I think because of the elastic- when I walked you could hear the heal area hitting the bottom of my heel - so as comfortable as I think it is, I have to return this.

Clarks Arla Jacory appeared to be a cute shoe in photos and I ordered my usual size. The upper strap, over the arch of the foot was much too loose for my foot and the base of the shoe seemed too wide. They seem like they would be comfortable on a person with a wider or plumper foot.

I need a lot of arch support and these didn't have enough for me. I usually buy Vionic sandals. They had to back. These are cute, versatile and stylish .

Shoes felt bouncy; not firm support. Made my joints hurt. Very cute and hated to have to return them.

The cushion sole is so comfortable, but the shoe was large on my skinny foot and the straps did not fit correctly.

Length and width were just fine. However, as I walked, my toes came off the top of the shoe! The back strap is too loose and ended up looking sloppy. I tried to make them work because they were so cushiony that I thought walking in them would be great, but not when my toes were off the end! So sad.

I just need a more aggressive arch support. They are so cute and otherwise comfortable.

I love the sole of Clarks Arla sandals. However, as others have stated not enough Velcro on back strap. The strap over the arch is lined so it only stretches a little where it connects to the sole. The connection rubbed my foot. I have the Arla primrose and like it.

These are good looking sandals but they were a bit too wide in the front: I didn't like the gap between the elastic and my foot.. If your feet are a bit wider than a medium (but not usually a wide width) these might work for you. I bought the 7.5 M.

I order the size 5 and they fit great. Unfortunately the front strap on the sandal rubs against my big toe and is uncomfortable. I had no problem with the second strap causing any irritation. The ankle strap was adjustable and fit well. Two pairs of sandals were returned due to this irritation.

these sandals have a super comfy sole and probably would be fantastic if I had actually been able to get them on. I wear wide or double wide and thought these would fit because they are made of elastic....BUT the only part that stretches is the strap across the toe. the other straps are all lined with a not stretchy material and I couldn't even get them on! I have a high arch and need stretch to be able to get my foot in.....so disappointed......back they went

These sandals are comfortable but do not have a lot of arch support. Will be good with a dress or pants for dinner but not for everyday wear. Would probably buy again if right color. These are called sand but as others said more of a light grey.

PROS: Really comfortable sole that has some "give" to it (isn't hard or inflexible) CONS: I found the sizing to be very off/weird fit. (Hope some of you ladies find the right fit, because the sandal is great. Perhaps a narrow/slender foot with longer thin shoes?!?!) I'm a 7.5-8 medium width. Ordered 8W. If you look at an aerial shot of the shoe, the sole sort of looks like a very wide number 8, so I thought the wide would even be slightly big - wrong! The straps are so narrow/restrictive that the top-side of my foot was squeezed in producing the equivalent of "muffin top" on the side of my foot! And 8.5W is going to be too long. My search continues.... P.S. Dear Zappos - I'm sorry that I've ordered 5 pairs of sandals over the past few weeks and returned them all. I just can't find the right fit for a comfortable, lightweight sandal with straps that don't dig into my foot/ankle and with straps that are flexible/soft material. Thank you for all that you do for those of us who are in search of the perfect shoes, clothes, and accessories delivered to our door!

Had to return even though I liked the style and they were comfortable. Problem is the velcro closing. Too short - you can't tighten back enough.

Loved them but sending them back because I have high arches and they have no arch support.
