Love the look of these shoes. I found them to be a bit tight across the top - wish they had a bit of elastic there. The toe box was perfect. I ordered a WW. Very comfortable otherwise - but I had to return them.

I have gotten 2 sizes hoping that the larger size would not cause my instep to swell. Well, both sizes were unacceptable. sizes 5..5 and 6 were both very tight across the instep. So I am returning the second pair, since I have already returned the first pair.

The shoe is very comfortable but I had to buy a 1/2 size smaller.

I couldn't adjust the back strap to be tight enough.

The sole of this show is fabulous. It's like walking on a firm pillow. I like the Arla Shalie style better - it fits more snugly, but both styles have that cushioned sole. I am a very hard fit - size 13 M or N, with flat arches. So support is paramount. I tried to buy a second pair of Arla Shalie, but they are so popular they were out of stock. Many thanks to Zappos for a great place to buy shoes. (-:m

This is a very comfortable shoe. Love this style - but like some others I agree that the velcro is too short. So I went to a local hardware store and bought 1"x1" velcro and attached it next to the one on the shoe. Now it's a perfect fit.

I had the same problem as some other reviewers in that the back strap was too long, so I just cut mine off. They still look great, and I've no problem keeping them on my feet at all. So long as you're not dancing with the Rockettes and just going about regular daily life, removing the back straps is a great solution for anyone else finding them too long as well. I ordered the grey and white but will be ordering the black and grey ones too.

These are very comfortable. The velcro could be longer so you could tighten the back strap. I also wish the bands weren't as wide - they would be cuter then. But I wore them all day without thinking twice.

This sandal is so comfortable. I normally wear a narrow width which is hard to find, but the elastic straps at the front and around the heel help hold the shoe in place. The cushion IS just like walking on a cloud! The only complaint I have is the strap needs just a bit more Velcro; the strap catches a little on the hem of my pants. But I would definitely recommend this shoe; in fact I may order a beige pair!!

These are great sandals...a little squishy to get use to. It took a bit to get use to the softness, but once that happened, all is good with them. They look great with skirts and crops.

This is a good looking sandal and quite comfortable footbed, but my foot is tall and the straps on the top were way too tight for me. The velcro on the heel strap could have also used a bit more length. Sadly, had to return it.

I love this shoe! However, there is no arch support and it is difficult to add it to a sandal. Please Clarks, please add a molded foot bed with arch support. It is otherwise perfection.

I like this sandal, especially because the straps that go across the toes and top of the foot are wide and elastic. Because I am starting to get a bunion on my left foot, I was concerned about the strap across that area. It fits beautifully, snug but not too tight, so it does not "cramp" that part of my foot. The sandals look good on the feet, better than I thought they would. My only complaint is that there needs to be more velcro on the strap that goes around the back of the foot. I have to pull it tight and Clarks was a bit stingy with the velcro. I am having another inch or so stitched on by the shoe repair shop in my little town. But at this price, Clarks should definitely add some extra velcro. I'm not the only person who has mentioned this problem so others need a bit more velcro also.

I bought these for a conference. They go with anything! Comfortable sole with extra cushion. We walked a lot each day, and I didn’t have any foot issues. Wish the back strap was a little more snug, but otherwise they are great!

The shoes arrived but looked like they were worn because the packaging didn’t have the usual paper and inserts.

I really liked this shoe but it was too wide for my foot. I wear a 12B. I felt like my foot would slide side to side. I did not think I could walk in this shoe.

I wanted to give this shoe a 5 rating. I wore it today for the first time, and after 12 hours, my feet are still quite comfortable. The ONLY minus is that the Velcro across the heel has limited distance in which to secure it. I have a arrow heel and when I snugly fasten the back strap, the end extends beyond the Velcro, giving the shoe a somewhat sloppy look. Longer strip of Velcro, please. Step is very well cushioned.

Can't even get my foot into it - don't order if you usually wear extra-wide but can sometimes wear wides from Clarks. It would otherwise, I think, be a nice shoe, but I can't getr my foot past the middle strap so I can't even test the arch support. I have previously been able to wear Clarks wide - especially since they list their shoes as their wide being E on their own site, even though Zappos has their wide as D. Believe Zappos. E width this ain't.

This is the most comfortable sandal I have ever put on my foot. I purchased a gray pair in a size 7, and they fit true to size. The foot bed is so comfortable, and the straps across the top of the foot fit snuggly but are very comfortable, too. I plan to purchase another pair in black, and I know these will be my go-to sandals for the summer. Several folks have made comments about the Velcro not quite matching if you have to pull the heel strap tight. I added an extension of Velcro to the part of the strap that is underneath the top of the strap that shows, and they match and fit perfectly. Not hard to do if you have a sewing machine. Basic sewing 101. Maybe Clark's will read this one criticism in the reviews and correct this.

I have foot issues (plantar fasciitis and arthritis) so I MUST have a cushioned insole and these sandals meet my high standard for insole comfort. The straps are not as comfortable, but I think with time they will relax. My feet also tend to swell in the summer heat. I can't tell how uncomfortable the straps will be under those circumstances, but I suspect they will be tight. The strap across the toes is elasticized, which is great. But the other strap crossing the top of the foot is not elasticized--it does have an elastic gore for some stretch. The back strap also has an elastic gore for stretch -- which is why many of the reviewers have had trouble adjusting the Velcro strap to fit the sandal to their feet. This design flaw can be remedied with extra Velcro. And I felt the sandals sliding a bit when I walked on my hardwood floors which means they could be slippery on wet, polished floors--like in a mall or airport. Even with these issues, I like the look and comfort of this sandal very much. So I'm going to keep them and hope that the comfort outweighs the potential problems. I may write a follow-up review after the summer is over. I wear a 9.5M and that size in this sandal fits me perfectly. I love the beige color; very neutral and should go well with everything from shorts to jeans.

These are cute and lightweight but the toe strap hits my bunion so going back.

The sandals are cushy and comfortable, however, i wish they were a little wider.

This is a cute sandal off, but not so much on my foot. Just kind of blah and I can see the strap issue others discussed, although not such a problem as others had. It barely fits to size, but if I liked it enough to keep it I'd want to go up a half size more, and I'm afraid that would accelerate the strap-gapping problem. Didn't hate this sandal--just didn't like it enough to keep it. It does seem comfortable though.
