I use this as my primary rain shell for hiking, biking, backcountry skiing, and casual day to day wear. The only issue is I typically wear a large but for this jacket, the medium fit perfectly. I would not know that unless I tried ti on in the store first.

The jacket is perfect for cold wet weather conditions. Many other insulated jackets are far to warm once you start moving.

When I got this rain jacket it wasn't raining outside at the time so I put the sleeve under my sink to test it out. The water bounced off of the jacket and it was dry in a few seconds. I have since been in a few rainstorms and can confirm that this jacket works wonderfully. it wasn't designed to be used as a winter coat so I usually layer it with something else and use this as the outer shell. Best rain jacket I have ever owned.

Used this product as my shell during my climb up Kilimanjaro. Worked great for both rain and snow. Would highly recommend.

I use this jacket as a shell for skiing. It's light weight and is perfect for staying dry and stopping the wind. Some people think that you need a super think ski jacket but in reality, that why you wear layers. Great jacket.

I have another North face rain jacket, along with another brand of rain jacket, and this one is the best one. It is more expensive, but worth the money of you are looking for a rain jacket that will keep you dry.

North Face is my first choice for my travel rain gear and an outdoor weather jacket. This is not my first jacket and will not be my last... I am always satisfied with my North Face Gear

This is a relaxed fit jacket and fits a bit on the larger size. Great jacket, super light, and will be ultra versatile. This is just a thin shell, so layer as necessary!

Stylish and lightweight. Fits slim, not much room for layers. Unfortunately, it is not at all waterproof. Could keep some light rain off, but won't stop rain. The Paclite fabric seems to work well and is light, but they didn't add water resistant zippers. The pit zips leak like crazy, the chest pocket traps water and the hand pockets leak. Unfortunately, the hand pockets also have holes in them for the waist adjustment cord so water gets in the pockets through the zippers and leaks through the holes which are usually just above the waistline on your waterproof pants and down the front of your pants. The result is wet pits, wet chest, wet belly and wet crotch. Not fun. Best use is casual walks in the park with an umbrella.

I've used many waterproof jackets for active wea like mountain biking and hiking so I know how a good breathable jacket should perform. This jacket is no more breathable than a plastic bag... literally! Even after some time in the play park with my daughter on a cold day the jacket was wet on the inside and felt uncomfortable, even with the pit vents open. V disappointed. Good looking jacket for around the shops in the rain but an expensive option if that's all you can do with it.

I bought this jacket for my boyfriend, he's 6'5" and has a lot of trouble finding jackets that fit his extremely long arms. I ordered the Dryzzle jacket online in a large, and we were nervous about the sleeve length, but he tried it on as soon as it arrived and it fit great! So happy with this purchase! Highly recommended.

This is a follow up on my previous comment. I submitted it to NorthFace and had it returned. It "passed " their Gortex test. It did not leak. I am dumb founded. No more NorthFace for me. The quality has gone way down hill due to mass production.

It was not as advertised. Leaked at the seams the first time out in the heavy rain in Seattle. Trip to Europe leaked more. Lucky wore inside down jacket that kept me dry but got the down wet. Short and stylish, but tight fitting for someone HWP. Returned for refund given leaking even as a Gortex jacket.
