"Worth it."
Order a size larger of you plan in putting on a hoodie on underneath your coat. It will fit as is, but it will be snug. And very stylish looking! Happy customer

Really love this coat - waterproof but super lightweight and soft in texture.

Husband loved the new jacket. It was exactly what he was looking for. He does a lot of business travel to San Diego, New Jersey, Chicago and we live in Texas. It's a great Spring/Summer/Fall jacket to bear the weather where ever he goes in style!

This is exactly what everyone needs in a lightweight rain jacket regardless of your activity level. Easily packable for long backpacking trips or any type of day hiking. Can conveniently be thrown in the car when rain is expected and doesn't take up much room in the vehicle. Very comfortable, doesn't feel like you're wearing a garbage bag. Durable materials and of course extremely waterproof with time proven Gore-Tex Paclite.
The only thing that I can think of that I would change would be to have a waterproof zipper. My guess is that they were trying to avoid zipper puckering.

The Gore-Tex Paclite shell is great. It is waterproof & windproof without the usual 3 layers Gore-Tex stiffness and weight. This jacket is soft like a fleece jacket and only weights 360 grams ! This is a prefect spring/summer jacket for the Vancouver rain (Canada). I got the light grey color looks great for both weekend hikes and weekday over my dress shirt and pant. The fit and cutting is perfect with enough room for a mid layer. Great jacket, thanks North Face.

The jacket is great. I thought that I would need a medium at first, but it was way to tight. I couldn't hug myself and when I tried it felt like I was going to bust out of it like the hulk. The large fit perfect, for the most part since it is not the active fit.

I love this jacket. I use it at work and play. It holds well and feels well made and looks nice enough to wear out in the city.

Selected for extended trip to Scotland. It was selected for potential wet weather, temperature and comfort. Fit and comfort is beyond expectations

I wore this jacket fishing in a Bass tournament where it rained ridiculously hard for a long time. The cuffs on the jacket are not very good at keeping water out when ever you are moving your arms around. I also I had my phone in the chest pocket thinking that since I'm staying dry my phone is too. However my pocket had filled up with rain water ruining my phone. I understand that the weather I was in was an extreme case but this is suppose to be a jacket for extreme situations

When I purchased an Apex Flex GTX jacket two weeks earlier I had been in a quandary whether to get that or the Dryzzle. I finally succumbed to my wants so to speak, lol and decided to treat myself so I purchased the Dryzzle as well. Both are Gortex as you know and that was my primary qualification. The store where I purchased the Dryzzle did not have the color that I wanted in stock so they immediately ordered it for me and I was able to pick it up from the store two days later. I would like to ad that all of the staff including the manager at this store (NYC - 73 Street/Broadway)
were very helpful, courteous and knew North Face's products fully. My compliments to them all. Thank you again.
Yours truly,
Sam Borkow

The jacket is a very lightweight shell - essentially one layer, yet it feels comfortable, sturdy and warm, without feeling plastic-y, like other cheaper windbreakers I have had.

This jacket is all about keeping you dry. I use it for the many soccer matches I have to watch out in the rainy weather. I really do love it and it is very light weight.

This jacket is lighter than I would have guessed, but it still feels warm. I'm very glad I made this purchase. My brother saw this jacket and liked it so much he went and ordered one for himself.
The ONLY reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the sizing is off. For the last 10 years I have always worn a medium in shirts and jackets. So that is exactly what I ordered. The jacket was far too big on me and I had to make a trip to a north face retail store to exchange it for a smaller size. The same was true for my brother, he has always worn larges yet the medium I had purchased fit him perfectly.
Bottom line, get the jacket in your size and you will not be disappointed.

so much for Gor-tex. Jacket let water in right from the get go. But what was worse was the warranty department NEVER returned a single message I left (I left 4 plus several emails. I even tried customer service and they barely acknowledged my problem). took me 6 months to finally deal with the warranty issue then they sent me back a different jacket so now I have to deal with that. It's also really cold in the winter months. I live in Vancouver, BC so we don't get significant cold temperatures but a lot of rain so I figured this would be good. No. The jacket itself would get so cold it would pull heat from my torso. I had to wear a lot of layers under it in order to prevent that from happening. Not happy with the jacket at all

If the weather is wet, I throw this on. If I'm running to the store I throw it on. Just an all around banger!

This is a great jacket. I got to test it out last night after getting surprised by a cell of heavy rain while walking the dog. I was impressed at the water repelling capabilities. The jacket never felt wet, the water runs off. It is very light weight, and fits great. I am 6'2" 190lbs, and the Large fits perfectly. I was actually wearing this jacket over a hoodie and it still fit great. Don't expect this jacket to keep you warm in temps below 50, but it does do a great job stopping wind and rain. Build quality feels excellent. Can't beat North Face Customer Service that's comes with the jacket for life!

Ok this jacket is just a shell, made of goretex so it's waterproof, and windproof. It cuts the wind quite well, was out after a storm and we just had very cold like arctic winds and i was doing pretty well and at times warmer then i thought. The great thing about this jacket is that it has air zipper vents under both arms to let the jacket breath a bit so although it's trapping in a lot of warmth, it can be let go by adjusting these zippers. Jacket is really nice for layering a light pull over layer, or hoodie underneath to keep you comfortable. What i dont recommend is like a tanktop or something sleeveless, as the goretex tends to feel plasticy inside lol, so i put that as a con, but it's really not, that's just how waterproof material will feel. Jacket is great for an early spring hike, late spring skiing, fall, early winter and just wet storms as it's goretex. It's stylish and i love the light heather grey color, it really looks good on casual outings as well. Great jacket!
