I really liked these shoes. The sole support was comfortable while wearing. However, afterwards, the soles of my feet were so sore, it was horrible. It took over 12 hours to get over the discomfort. The shoes had support along the outside except where my metatarsal went over the side. Unfortunately, am returning. I used my own insole with arch support so I can’t comment on what came with it. I have plantar fasciitis. That didn’t affect my wear.

I wanted these shoes to work. My husband has a pair and loves them - he says they're super comfortable - so I was hoping for the same result. My feet are a good B width, and the toe box is just too narrow for me. Other than that, I loved them - attractive, on trend, and most important for me, lots of support. Sadly, they go back.

Not good running shoes!! Probably fine for walking but after a while i did not feel much cushion or comfort in the sole. The instep does feel pretty supported. They seem to be good for supination, at least in my case. They look great but I had a hard time with the size. I wear 8.5-9 and 8.5 was too small and 9 felt too big. I wound up with the 8.5 wide, which felt more comfortable but after < 1 year a whole developed at the big toe. They look great. I sewed the whole and use them to walk the dog. I still love them, but there are definitely more comfortable better quality running shoes out there.

First time trying this brand and I am not impressed. My heel actually hurts after using for 30min. The back doesn’t seem to fit well on my heel.

Small and narrow,

I have a narrow foot and these still felt too tight across the top of my foot

I've tried wearing them to stretch them out still too narrow even though my size in wide. Not sure sizing up would make a difference. Cushion for days! Sad they hurt my wide feet.

Very light weight show. I ordered a wide and they were still to narrow.I wouldn’t recommend if you wear wides.

This product is not worth the money. The shoelaces are cheap and frequently come undone, which is quite annoying. The style and size are good, but when worn, it somehow appears smaller—I'm not sure why. Considering the shoelace issue, I don't believe it justifies the price of $150. They should improve the quality of the shoelaces."

After a couple of hours wearing in the house, my knees hurt.

Much too narrow in a wide shoe more narrow than my regular shoes!

I wanted to love these buuut they don’t have enough support. The brand does run a half size smaller so I sized up and ordered a Wide width. I chose the Hoka Clifton 9 and returned these.

Very comfortable but the stripe down the front of the shoes was an unattractive design and the materials appeared lower quality than other cloud shoes. I returned them.

I like the overall shoe, but does not fit like a wide

Shoes didn’t work out. Looked great, had to order a half size down from my usual On cloud size. Originally felt ok in my feet but as I went out jogging they kept causing pretty bad heel pain. The heel part in general wasn’t cushy. The tongue was a little longer than other shoes as reviewers mentioned, but that didn’t seem to bother me. I had to return, and thankfully got them from Zappos as they had no problem returning them after wearing them outside even. Best customer service and keeps me a loyal Zappos customer!

This is a very cute shoe but for the light materials they use its not great for winter.

Fit and size fine. Nothing special about this shoe, pretty disappointed considering the price tag. Can get better value for a lot less with Brooks Ghost.

Loved the looks of these but they were too wide across my foot and did not fit right. I was bummed as I loved the color combo so had to return.

These shoes feel uncomfortably narrow in comparison to other On shoes I've had in the past.

I love these. They are very comfortable for being on my feet all day. I work at a hospital and am on my feet for three 12 hour shifts a week. But after having these shoes for less than 2 months (they were delivered 8/5/22 and today is 9/27/22) they are already wearing and literally tearing at the ankles on both shoes. I don’t expect them to last. And for their price I feel that they should.

Where do these shoes come from? I ordered Wide width but it seems to be more like a narrow size. I like the style, but after 2-3 hours I have to take them off because they are squeezing my feet.
