My instep was painful after wearing 3 hours. I was disappointed because so many people I know love this shoe. Also, I did not get a pair of slip on sneaker laces.

Wasn’t particularly comfy-like others have said, the tongue was a bit much.

Was pleased with the style but wasn’t the right fit for my foot. As others have mentioned, the tongue is a bit oversized. No shock absorbers while running.

I ordered my usual size 8 and had to return them due to them being too small. My toes were hitting the front of the shoe. I exchanged them for an 8.5 and my great toes still touch the front a bit. After wearing them all day, my toes hurt. They are also heavy compared to other tennis shoes I wear. I love how they look but the fit and comfort are lacking.

The shoe size was correct they just ran tight on the top part of the foot even after requesting wide for a 7.5 shoe size. I am not a heavy girl, I just had foot surgery so I wanted the flexibility these shoes offer. I plan to use them once the swelling of my let foot goes down. If you have uneven feet due to surgeries, try Easy Spirit wide. I was surprise how my On Clouds where not stretchable enough where the Easy Spirits are helping me right now while I heal. YOU will need to put in your own arch support orthotic if needed for the On Clouds.

These are Cloudflow 3.0 and they have changed the style. The tongue is very short and the shoe comes up higher than 2.0 so it rubs against my ankle bone. They are too uncomfortable to wear. I guess this is why Amazon is selling the older 2.0 style for $40 above retail. They also have an awkward slanted dark stripe across the toe box. I am a huge fan on On but not these modifications. Hopefully they correct this in the future or I will be shopping for a new brand.

The shoe is great. Zappos filled my order wrong, they placed a wide with instead of medium width.

I have heard so many fabulous things about this brand. Even though they are a bit pricey, I work in healthcare so comfort is priceless!! I wanted to love them but don't. They run short and a little narrow even though I ordered a wide width. They are definitely not work shoes.

Ordered an 8 wide but they were still too narrow. They look like great shoes. Wish they would have fit.

I've been reading rave reviews about this brand of athletic shoes and how comfortable they are so I decided to give them a try. I was quite disappointed in the feel, comfort and support of these shoes. Very little arch support, in my opinion. For the price, I expected much more comfort so returning.

I need a shoe with a wide and roomy toe box to accommodate by orthotic inserts. Although I ordered the ON in wide, the toe box is not roomy. Have to return

This is my third pair of On shoes. I’ve been pleased before but this pair doesn’t really match up to the ones in the past. The soles feel more squishy and they squeak; the support just doesn’t seem to be there. The color is nice. I don’t think I’ll buy this brand again.

I really wanted to love these after my local running shoe store watched me run and recommend them. I did one Orangetheory class in them and I couldn't walk the next day. For reference, I have been doing OTF for 4 years and I have never had this happen. I am so glad I didn't try to do a long run in these - I think I would have been down for days. Again, I don't understand the hype with these shoes unfortunately.

These shoes are adorable. That is where the good review ends. They have zero support and run narrow. I had to return. They looked cute but my feet weren’t happy in them.

I was disappointed. The balls of my feet were not supported well. These did not have as much cushion as I had hoped for walking. I tried them twice for a walk and my feet hurt. I was so hoping they’d be as amazing for me as for others. I’ll go back to the brand I had before.

They definitely don’t have as much cushion, support and comfort as I hoped. I got new inserts.

I LOVE the ON product, so comfortable and great for your feet/support. I didn't like this style because you had to physically tie the shoes. The other pairs I have, I can slip right into. I have ordered a different style. Love Zappos that you can just send them back at no expense.

I have 2 other pairs that I can just slip into. Didn't like that I would have to tie these.

Loved the look but even with the wide option they felt like they would be too tight on a longer run if my feet swelled the slightest bit. They heel area didn’t deliver the cushioned feel I expected. I would definitely size up at 1/2 size.

These are not comfortable for running . I used to wear brooks and decided to try these . I do not recommend these for running . They work great for lifting at the gym .

I love the color of these shoes but had to return them. The tongue sits so high up the foot (all the way to the ankle bone). I ordered a size up to see if it would be more comfortable to no avail.

First time buying this brand. It is a good looking shoe but unfortunately, I will be returning. I ordered a wide width but this show is too tight in the toe box. Wore them for a few hours around the house for 2 days to see if they might stretch. Not comfortable. I may have gotten an 'odd' pair because while the left shoe fits in length, the right was too big and slides up and down the back of my heal. Had to double-check the tag to confirm both were marked as the same size.

I like the look of this shoe, but the interior supports force your foot into a strange uncomfortable position. It turns your foot toward the arch side and back into the heel. Returned.
