I have worn an 8 1/2 for years, I had to return the 8 1/2 as it was too small in the length. I tried on a 9 at another retailer and it fit like the rest of my 8 1/2s.

These were my first ON shoes. Off the bat, the shoes felt good to walk in. I only tried them on a treadmill, but they held up well. The biggest issue for me is the shape. I usually wear NB which has a roomy toebox. These shoes had a narrow toebox and the upper isn't as flexible, making the problem worse. If you are looking for a wider toebox, the Cloudflow Wide or the Cloudstratus might be better.

I’ve only worn them a few times. They are lightweight and fit good maybe a bit tight. I ordered a size up as suggested by Zappos but it was too big I had to return it. Order the size you usually wear.

I really like these shoes. Everyone I know loves them but I do not enjoy them for running. My feet never hurt but I feel like there is not enough cushion under my forefoot.

WAY TOO SMALL. if these are 11 - I must need a 12

great comfort a little wide on the heels for me. would definitely recommend.

I wanted to like these SO badly. They are ALMOST perfect. Unfortunately the back of the shoe rides up too high and irritates my ankle. If it was cut just a tad lower, these would have been perfect.

The style and color are super cute. The shoes are very comfy, I personally would prefer a higher arch, but they are ok for daily errands.

A bit small, but I wear an 11 and that’s the largest it comes. I’m considering switching out the insert. Shoe looks grear!

The fit and size was very good. I am returning these shoes because of the way they are laced. I own two other pair of On Cloud sneakers that lace as traditional shoes are laced. For some reason these shoes were designed with several loop type laces in the middle. This caused a closure to be irregular.For this reason I rated the style a 1.

Was really hoping to like these shoes. All my girlfriends have them and rave about them so I finally decided to get a pair. I couldn’t even wear them around my house for more than a couple minutes without my arches hurting. I consider my arch to be high but these push right up into my arch to the point it’s uncomfortable. I knew I’d regret it if I kept them, but aside from that I loved everything about the shoes. I was also concerned the laces wouldn’t last very long. They seem very thin.

RUns a half size small

Very true to size but I didn't like how they felt. Not a lot of support around ankle and foot.

I wear an 8.5 in ASICS. I bought these in an 8.5 and they fit perfectly. They are light and fit great. I’m still breaking them in. They are ok, I prefer the fit and cushion of my ASICS. But these are more stylish.

Shoe not deep enough for Aertex orthotic. However, the toe box is just the right amount of roomy. Nice color.

Doesn’t fit like the very first pair of On but I’m hoping they will break in soon.

Based on other reviews, I bought this in my true shoe size instead of going up to an 8 as I usually do with running shoes. That was a mistake-they were much to small to run in. Also I agree with other reviewers, the tongue is much too long and cuts into the top of my ankle. Super uncomfortable-will be returning!

Very comfortable but a little bih

These shoes are really comfortable. I wish I would of tried a pair on locally because they are a bit big. I could of worn a half size smaller. I will get another pair in a smaller size. They are great for working out.

Great shoe, EXCEPT FOR THE TONGUE....too long and rubs the front of my ankle. Too bad as I preferred a full lace up but can't do this one.

Like the look and feel overall but sizing ran small
