The online pics didn’t show clearly a stripe running from tongue to toe that looked like the fabric was sewed in crooked. Perhaps that was the design intent, It was not an attractive design. Will try another style because the wide fit in the toe was comfortable for my bunions, but the heel was narrow and fit my foot well.

Didn't buy these for running. I've been an Asics runner my entire life and not planning to change. Got these because they're cute. I'm a true size 8, and never in my life I have purchased a Wide shoe. In these I ended up with 7.5 Wide. Tried 8, 7.5, and 7.5 Wide. 8 felt narrow in the middle but toes were bouncing around, 7.5 was small all around. 7.5 Wide was just right.

Good arch support. Hugged my narrow foot really well. I feel like the overall cushiness was not "cloud" like. Could use more of softness.

These are very, very comfortable. No breaking in necessary, wore them to gym and felt just great the whole time. A little pricey but I definitely like them.

This is my third pair of on clouds. This pair is just not as comfortable as my previous pairs. It seems like there is less cushioning inside the shoe. I think I will be trying another brand. Zappos is always very helpful in dealing with any problems I’ve had.

Really nice shoe. Excellent quality. Really light. BUT, they just don't fit my particular foot. I need a high toe box and these are too tapered in the front.

I like this brand but didn’t love this color combo.

The toe box is on the narrower side. The tongue of the shoe reaches up a bit high and the edge of it is somewhat sharp.

I am on my feet for at least 12-14 hours a day and these shoes are totally worth it. I Would of given the very expensive totally worth buying pair of sneakers a 5 stars BUT Zappos cheaper out and gave me the only one pair of shoe laces. I know that onclouds are supposed to be slip ons.

Love them but a shoelace popped and for the life of me I can’t find anything pointing me in the direction of a replacement.

The shoes are definitely too narrow for me. They look great but regularly make my feet fall asleep. I was hoping I could stretch them out with some wearing but was not successful. Not a great option for wide feet.

I have this shoe in another color/style. Tried this (mulberry/grey-ish) and this one is not for me.

I don’t know why they call them on clouds. They are rock solid at the heel. I feel like I’m wearing my weightlifting platform shoes when I have them on. They are light and cute, although this color isn’t as cute as the pic. The maroon is less punchy/edgy than I thought it’d be from the pics. Overall pretty disappointed. I almost never wear them.

I bought theseon the suggestion of a friend who swears by them and the fact that next summer I will be traveling and walking a ton. When I first tried these on, I was not sure I would like them as the footbed felt as though I was leaning backwards. I decided to wear them out risking a return. Super happy I did that! The shoe length and width were a perfect 5.5 size for me. The shoes are super lightweight and comfy. The only issue is the long laces – not sure why they are so long.

I heard so many positive reviews about ON shoes so I decided to treat myself to a good pair. I ordered these and although they are nice to look at they are very narrow in the toe area or in the widest part of the foot. Even after all my foot surgeries to improve my foot these still are too narrow. Other pairs aren’t from ON but this specific style is.

I ordered an 8 Wide and the toes were definitely narrower than any other wide width sneaker I've ever had (and I've had many brands). I absolutely hate the shoelaces. They are almost slippery and don't hold tight while tying - I've never had this issue with any other sneaker shoelaces. Other than those two issues, they are pretty comfortable to walk and jog with. They do have a little cushion feel for the outsole, but could use a little more cushion in the midsole of the shoe. They do look good and feel pretty light on my feet.

I love that these shoes are light and cool and the footbed is so cushy. A great ride. They are stylish without being bright and overbearing. My only wish is that there was a grab tab on the heel.

These shoes were lovely, but just didn’t fit my feet as well as others. Thanks for making the return so incredibly simple - even with my printer being busted!?
