Side fabric edge under the ankle came up to far and hurt my ankle bone that sticks out.

I love their flip flops but for me these shoes were terrible.....I got 2 pairs and sent both back. I was so sure I would like these that I wore a pair right away and left the house. Within a short while I couldn’t keep them on...not because they were too big but because they were so shallow....the back and sides just didn’t reach high enough on my foot to be able to keep them on. That was such a nuisance all day!! To be honest I didn’t really notice much else about them because my feet kept slipping out of them. Unfortunately I didn’t have another pair to change into. I did wear a pair of socks, because it’s freezing outside so maybe that caused the problem......but it’s never happened with any other shoes I’ve bought in the past. Their flip flops are the best!
