the shoe is hard to beat and is of great quality for the money very comfortable as well

this is a very comfortable shoe as I tested the shoe for a week I found a comfort level not experienced for a long time my feet were not tired after being on them for 8 hours and the shoe felt great

The shoes look great, fit well and are long lasting. I have walked and hiked in my last pair of Moeb's 3700 km (2250 miles). Half of that distance was on trails and the other half on paved and concrete surfaces. To get that distance out of the shoes I: - applied a generous amount of vegetable oil on the uppers to keep the material soft when the shoes were 50% worn - replaced the Merrell sole inserts with gel inserts when the shoe was 70% worn. The Merrell inserts had become compacted and would of caused blisters on my heels if I went on long 30 km (20 miles) hikes on several successive days I just took delivery of my 4th Merrell Moeb 2 Ventilators today. I will use my old shoes around the house when painting or cutting the grass.

I purchased two pairs last year when I was in CT. A year later they show hardly any sign of wear. I can see they will last for atleast another year. What a great shoe! I will buy keep on buying them in the future for they fit and wear exceptionally well. I'm not a small guy either so for them to last and wear the way they do is simply incredible@!

Tried these on in the store but they didn't have my size in the colour I wanted so I ordered online. Did a few walks at home to break them in and never suffered a blister. Perfect from step one. Just finishing up a week on British Columbia and Alberta and really put them to the test. What an awesome pair of hiking shoes! Will absolutely be buying more Merrell product.

I don't even know how many years I have worn this same shoe. I have three perfect boxes in my closet from previous years and I know they last at least three years before I reorder. The ones I just received are perfect, just as expected.

A few years ago I tried several different hikers. Being 6'6" and 300lbs, I am hard on shoes and require a wide shoe with true support across the width. The MOAB has been amazing and has carried me hundreds of miles. I usually replace them every couple of hundred miles and often keep two pairs to rotate.

I wear a size 14 and mostly hike desert mountain trails, this model has served me well and is aging gracefully. I've found over the years there's no perfect shoe for all terrain hiking but this one is great.

I ordered these on line and they fit great. They are comfortable and look great.

Bought these as 1/2 size larger than normal to avoid pinching toes descending mountains. Fit was as expected - Did not pinch toes. Good sturdy soles to walk over uneven surfaces (rocks, ruts, etc.) without tiring feet. Yet soles flex enough to follow foot movement without causing any abrasion between foot and shoe. Great shoes for mountain trail hiking. High quality construction. I changed laces to small diameter laces normally found on boots; these small diameter laces hold knot much better than large diameter laces normally provided on hiking shoes.

Very comfortable shoes with great support!

Arrived the day before our italy trip. Good on the long flight to hard cobblestone of Rome to casual hikes in Amalfi hills. So comfortable right out of the box. Have other hiking boots for more serious hikes. A great overall shoe.

The size/fit was what I expected. As with all Merrell products the out of the box comfort didn't let me down.

This was my first pair of the Moab 2. The fit was what I hoped for and the out of box comfort, like all Merrell products was what I expected which was perfect! I am ordering a second pair in a different color.

This is my third pair of Merrell shoes. Love the fit and the comfort. As long as the comfort and quality of Merrell shoes doesn't change, I'll be a lifelong customer!

I wear a true size 7.5 if I can get the width. This shoe has perfect width and length for a shoe that I wear daily. My 2nd pair of Merrell's that just won't wear out. Great for all types of use as an Operator or for casual use. Great stability on all types of terrain.

This is the most comfortable and supportive hiking shoe I have ever used! Highly recommended. I can not think of anything negative to say about these shoes.

My daughter suggested that I get these hiking shoes for our hiking trip in Italy. She has a pair of Merrell hiking shoes. She is an avid hiker, kayaker, etc. She likes the strength of the toe box and the shoe in general. I obviously decided to follow her lead and purchased a pair. I have been breaking them in over the last several weeks and am amazed at the comfort from day 1. This is the first pair of "low cut" hiking boots I have owned and unless I am carrying a 50 lb back pack will wear these. Might even with a heavy back pack, but cannot recommend because I have not done so. All in all, the shoes are well made and I am gad that I purchased them.

This is my third pair of MOAB hiking shoes. They all have one thing in commonthey fit right straight out of the box. Well made, comfortable and priced right.

I did put a Dr. Scholl's insert in that provides even more comfort, but this is really a great shoe!!

I started wearing Merrell's several years ago for their good arch support. My feet were giving me problems and a friend of mine suggested this brand. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

This is my 3rd pair of the MOAB ventilator series...I was told by my orthopedic surgeon to try these with the Vibram sole to help with my chronic plantar fasciitis. These shoes are amazingly comfortable and I do believe they helped my PF tremendously! As a bonus, I can now do some hiking again! They are stable and just enough grip! Highly recommend!
