Climbed Gothic Peak, Wetterhorn and Windom Peak the first week I had them. All good from Colorado.

Comfort straight out of the box. These were for my wife, I have two of the same model in use and one pair fresh in the box when I wear out my older two pairs.

Comfortable right out of the box. Doesn't aggravate my arthritis or old foot/ankle injuries. I wear them most days, all day, in the baking hot texas summer and they are not too hot, which I was worried about in a waterproof shoe. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a tough yet comfortable shoe that will last.

Great sturdy hiking boots. Great fut and my orthopedics fit inside. Havent twsted the waterproofing yet but it's coming....

Perfect fit, no breaking in needed, they are perfect for tough gardening work!

Perfect fit! This is my third pair of Merritt outdoor shoes. My last pair was worn out due to daily walks around the north end of Bellingham, Wa. I love the brand and have a pair of hiking boots that have lasted many years as well. Merritt is my only choice for quality foot gear.

I'd been looking for sturdy, water-proof shoes for walking my dogs through wet/rough terrain while also providing support for my plantar fasciitis. These get all those jobs done perfectly! They're a bit on the heavier side, but that's fine with me to get the features I need. (Plus cute, subtle color combo.)

They are definitely waterproof. I wear them for work at a farm like area, the dew soaked my other shoes and made them stink. These shoes are comfortable and don't get wet. Win win

I use these shoes on a cement floor of a farm market I work at & out hiking on the hills. Really love the sturdiness of the shoe & the comfort. I am breaking them in so I can wear them to Israel this December. This will help me with the terrain. I had a pair of Merrills that I literally wore out the inside materials of. So these are a welcome addition for me.

First time hiking in the beautiful state of Alaska. My feet stayed warm and dry . Absolutely the most comfortable pair of shoes I have worn. No sore feet , zero blisters , no aches and pain in my arches. I couldn't help but notice many people I had passed on the trails had the same shoes on. Truly a 10/10

My husband and I bought the Moab 2 waterproof wide width shoes for our trip to Alaska. We did a lot of hiking, and these were perfect. Very comfortable. We will get a lot of use out of these shoes.

Super comfy right out of the box! First test drive was three weeks trekking in Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. Lots of rain and puddles and never once had wet socks at the end of the day. Love love love my new Merrell Moab 2 Waterproof and although it's a bit risky to take new shoes on a trip like this, wearing around town for a couple of days prior to departure made me quite confident they'd be perfect for lava fields, pebble beaches, and cobblestone streets in Scandinavia! Great value for the price,too!

Moab's have meet and far exceed the performance need to keep your feet dry and stable on wet ground. Simply the best.

I plan to take these hiking shoes to Bhutan and ordered them in advance to break in. They are very comfortable in the wide width with socks.

I took my Merrells to Iceland. It was the best purchase I made. It can be cold and rainy there, but I was always comfortable in my waterproof Moab 2, and my feet stayed dry and warm all the time. I love them. There is no breaking in time, they were good to go the first day I wore them.

Fit great and comfortable enjoy wearing them. Lightweight

Although these shoes are a little heavier then ones I have previously worn, they are comfortable and provide stability

Just spent a week in Churchill, Canada hiking and seeing beluga whales. My shoes kept my fit comfortable and dry. Best of all, with the arch support, my knees did not hurt.
